The Doctor here is great. Super patient, kind and professional. Prices are affordable and reasonable, also. I know my cat will be well taken care of.

I got my dog spayed here. She's healthy and she was back to normal after 2 days. I felt that they should have given her more pain medicine but I was able to make it work. They gave her 2 pills cut in half to last four days. After Googling the meds, they only last 8 hours. Overall, a good experience and the staff were nice.

Some of the receptionist’s have an attitude and are rude. They also gave me the wrong medication and dosage for my dog. 60 pound dosage for a 24 pound dog. I would recommend another vet, while the doctor is nice, the people working there will treat you poorly and give your dog the wrong medications.

The Doctors were extremely nice and caring The office staff were unprofessional, lacked knowledge, non caring They need to update their consents forms to include what procedure etc is being done.

staff here are very disrespectful toward the animals. There is no kindness. It looks like they don’t want to be working ever.

Seems to be a small nice reasonably priced clinic. Fast friendly and polite staff, they communicated with us through out my pets surgery and kept us informed. Would recommend, and would use again.

Ai take all my animals here but it gets crowded sometimes.

Young receptionist probably has the worst customer service anyone could ask for. Spoke unprofessional language in Spanish thinking the people around her wouldn’t understand. Swatching makeup at the receptionist desk, interrupting customers to speak with the coworker off to the side, doesn’t greet anyone that enters, and acts like helping is a burden. Not only that but she wasn’t able to say what room my dog had just gone into and took 10 minutes to figure out which of the 4 rooms had the dog. My dog had an allergic reaction and 50 mins later still no sign of a vet. Will never be coming back here I can’t even trust the receptionist who knows what the vets are truly like.

Omg ???? I had the worst experience at this place! To start it was super dirty and run down and I’m not talking about animal hair, I mean grimy and dirty. Prior to arriving I called to verify the prices and information on the website and was told that they would switch 1 of the shots I didn’t need for 1 that I did need on the puppy shot package 3. Once I arrived with my puppy I filled out the paperwork as it was our first time at this location and the receptionist was nice and quick. The issue started once we were in the room. The tech that came in didn’t understand how to read my pups records from previous vet so I read them for her. Then she gave me a quote that was twice as much as the quote given over the phone or their website. After pulling up the website to show what the price was and what was included she said that she wasn’t good with dealing with people and she preceded to get someone else to assist. The next tech to come in was super rude and began to talk to me as if I was lacking the understanding to comprehend her explanation. I told her they needed to honor the package on the website because that is why I was there. She walked out called the vet and explained what happened of course the vet said to honor the package but the entire time we were there the staff unprofessionally talked about us loudly to ensure we heard every word. Unfortunately the office visit ended with me vowing to never return. Super unprofessional staff and they will try to rip you off so know your prices before you go. Btw they said none of the info on the website is correct!

I used to go to this site to visit Dr Rutledge. New staff (one lady in particular is extremely condescending) has demonstrated to be rude on 2 separate occasions. Im done with this place.

The doctor and the receptionist are terrific, the rest of the staff rude, but they do deserve 5 stars!

The Dr and staff were very kind and compassionate. They were also efficient and helpful I directing us to where we needed to be doing for our Zeauy...so grateful!
