One visit tells me this place is unorganized. Never will I be back.

We took our British Bulldog there for a shot and we are so happy with the service. Our 1st pet we used to take here and I’m so happy to be able to bring our next family member. They are so very nice and knowledgeable about animals. Definitely will be back!

Beyond easy. Lord Fifi-Wooington, our 7 year old chihuahua, developed a wheezy cough and we needed to get a jump on it. I called the vets office around 2pm, had an appointment scheduled for the next morning at 9am. Filled out new patient info online so no paperwork. We took FiFi, called when we arrived & they came out to our car and took him inside (COVID safety!), They told us to wait in our vehicle while the doctor checked him out, and then the vet came out 20 minutes later, with FiFi, then a nurse came out gave us an antibiotic & an anti-inflammatory, we paid, and we were home before 10:00! Lord Fifi-Wooington is resting peacefully after his first dose of medicine Talk about in and out service with a smile! *Pricing was cheap! Very pleased! Thank you so much!

Dr. Jacob is one of a kind. I appreciate the time and care that he and his team gave my Persian cat when he was sick and refusing to eat. They treated him and kept him for several days under their care, even on the weekend! When you find a doctor and clinic that will treat your animals the same as you and even better, you should never go elsewhere. Not only was it wonderful care, they charged me a fair price. Thank you for all that you have done. You have a customer for life!!

Literally just took my money! The techs were sweet and so nice but I came in with 4 sick and abandoned kittens, put down one and the Doctor literally said “buy them formula and clean the maggots off them and good luck!” Then charged me $60 for that. Came in because one of my kittens wasn’t eating. The first doctor I saw said that he couldn’t give them any medicine but the second doctor I saw gave them a dewormer, but they sold me medicine when the kitten was dying and paid all that money for the kitten to die 3 hours later. I regret not going somewhere else. All three kittens passed due to not getting proper treatment sooner! They would’ve survived had the vet done his job!

My dog was injured very badly. They were able to see him right away. Luckily they were able to stitch him back up. Very nice and caring staff and very professional!

I'm well satisfied with Dr. Jacob. He is the best. He will patiently listen to every concern about your furry family member. I'm never there for a long period of time and he is able to supply medication if it is needed. His prices are pretty reasonable. I won't take my pet to anyone else when it comes to her health.

I was in a crisis and they tried their best to help me and my little girl. Unfortunately . . . my baby wasn't able to make it but I seek comfort in knowing they did the best that they could and I am eternally grateful.

A couple of weeks ago I had to make a very sad, hard, painful decision to put my cat "Tiki" to sleep. Dr. Jacob and his staff were VERY COMPASSIONATE, SYMPATHETIC, EMPATHETIC AND ALL AROUND JUST DOWN RIGHT NICE AND THERE FOR ME IN MY TIME OF SORROW. Tiki left behind a brother and a sister who every now and then make noises and look for him. Dr. Jacob and his staff gave the proper amount of time for me to be with Tiki all the way up until he took his last breath. The process was explained to me in great detail...but I also want to say that THE OPTION OF EUTHANASIA WAS THE VERY LAST OPTION. IT WASN'T THE FIRST CHOICE. I thank Dr. Jacob and his staff from the bottom of my heart and I will never forget what you guys did for me. Also Dr. Jacob gave me the suggestion to have him cremated so ill always have him around...Tiki is gone but his spirit lives on through his brother and sister.....He bought joy to so many people...IT WAS HE WHO FOUND ME.

My furbaby, Jellybean, was well taken care of. I was even able to call and email just to check on her. I used them for pet boarding and they are very affordable.

Very nice people here. Service was affordable and excellent! Would definitely recommend.

I haven't had a dog in over 5 years. When my kids wanted a puppy we went to adopt one. My puppy was a rescue so it had a lot of problems from fleas to worms. We went to one of the big animal hospitals(won't mention the name) but they didn't have any opening for a week. I called Cambridge animal clinic and was able to get an appointment for the same day. We were greeted by a lady that was very nice. Dr. Jacob made sure I was informed in all the issues that may arise when adopting a shelter puppy. We got a lot of medication the first time. I had to return because my puppy started to poop worms. Went back because the puppy had an upper respiratory infection and got more medication. Today I got a call from the staff asking about how the puppy was doing. This is a neighborhood clinic that treats their customers with respect but most importantly they care about your pets. Dr. Jacobs is great. He always finishes his visits with "calls us if anything happens". Great place.

I've given this clinic two chances, more than I usually give any business. Both times I was met by Ashley's unhelpful and rude attitude. Being located in a rundown area doesn't mean you should run a business like so. Not to mention, prior to coming here I called to see if there was an item in stock. Being told yes, I came here. In the end, I had to go to another business because they didn't have what they told me they did.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. Dr Jacobs is great and so is the staff.

This is a Great Place to take your lovely Pets. The staff is Great band Dr.Jacob is Awesome????????????????They really took care of my Bo he had to have surgery and they took good care of him over night and his surgery.

Everyone so nice and they care about your babies

I moved and had to find a new vet for my dog. This place is very close by and they were able to see me immediately when I called asking for an appointment for my dog's vomiting. The vet is very proactive and made sure to send me home with the correct medicine in case there was an underlying issue, and both the vet and the staff re-iterated instructions on aftercare and stressed calling them if anything were to happen. I'm glad out of all the vets in Houston, this is the vet that is closest to me because it's been the best experience I've had so far.

Best doctor ever, he's so patient and willing to go out of his way to help others

They miss treated my dog when I left her there so they can groom her , I came back to pick her up and she was scared out her mind and she is a very friendly playful dog who gets along with everyone . She was scared and she just wanted to run out the door . Do not take ur dogs here if u don't want them to mistreat the pets .

I take my fatass cat here because it's across the street from the neighborhood in which I reside.. Good work by good people *sips tea*
