Hands down the best veterinarians in Houston. Dr. Pittenger, Dr. Rose and the entire staff are remarkable. Highly recommend Memorial 610 Hospital.

Experience is always great, everyone I've interacted with has been understanding, well informed, and accommodating. I've met with every vet and they really take the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your pet and what steps you can take. They are all extremely knowledgeable.

Lots of staff turnover. Probably one of the most expensive clinics in Houston.

A review during Covid months may be different than if we were visiting in person, so I'd like to share our experience. We sat in the parking lot while our dog was taken inside, then the vet did the initial check-up, called us on the phone, hung up, then our dog was brought outside with paperwork. All that happened within 25 minutes, but the waiting portion was more than 15 of those. The conversation with the vet was very short, in fact she said she had to go after just two questions. The total bill came to over $200 for spending less than 10 minutes with our dog. Under normal visiting circumstances, when you see each other in a visiting room, you get to see what happens to your dog and you get to ask questions to the vet in person. In fact I have long questioned why they take away your dog when they vaccinate or test them for things! What they do behind those doors, I have always wondered. But anyway, in pandemic months, when you don't get to see the owners of the pets, my suggestion to the vet(s) is to be more mindful that many pet owners may be nervous, anxious, worried, and have more questions than you allow time for. You're not seeing us, so you don't know and can't read our expressions.

I just took my dog to Mem 610 for her annual check-up. They were right on time, I stayed in my car and they came out to get Luci, the doctor called from the exam room and talked about her health and answered my questions, then they switched me to the front office to pay and brought Luci out to me. I have been going here for 17 years and highly recommend this clinic.

They took great care of our cat.

We found them when we had a very sick pup. Although we could not fix our pups health issues, we have all of our furbabies as patients now. Tare very educated, professional, clean & kind. Sure wish I had known them long ago!

I Don’t normally write reviews but if I could I would give them more than 5 stars. When everyone els turned me down and nothing could be done for my Hayle Dr Pittenger gave me that hope I need. Drs and staff definitely go above and beyond to give your pet the five start treatment they deserve medical????

I have an account at PetSmart and they had informed me that Ted had cancer and that I had to take him to a specialist. I was devastated, cannot even describe my feelings. Then my neighbor Clara told me to get him also checked at the Memorial 610 Hospital. OMG! Such a nice positive place!!! All the employees are smiling and so nice. They checked my baby boy and he was perfectly fine. Thank you and Thank you! I have advised everyone who asks me to take their pets to come here and call and give Claras name as she has been going here over 15 years. The reason is obvious. Before having any major operation work done to your baby please take them here to get checked out. ????????

Dr. Garrou is so personable and sweet with animals. She's thorough and explains everything well. I never feel rushed. She's a compassionate, wonderful vet!

They are incredibly kind, take such great care of our four-legged family members, and genuinely care about the health and well-being of our entire family. We took our Greyhound here to have a corn removed after being recommended here. We couldn’t be happier in the service, cost, responsiveness, and just overall care that our dog got from Dr. Pittenger. If you have a greyhound, take your dog to this vet. If you have any other breed I’m sure the quality of care is just the same, highly recommend

Dr. Carly Rose is my vet and she also offers Veterinary Acupuncture which has help my furry baby. I recommend Mem-610 and Dr. Rose highly!!! Since I wrote this I have adopt 3 more dogs.
