This is my dog Mace’s favorite store to go to. They have the best bone selection in Houston and they also have really good toys and dog equipment. Pictured is some of the bones and a leash that I got from them. Every time I go Trinity helps me out and does a great job. She never forgets to give Mace a treat each time we are there. 10/10 recommend!

I want to let everyone know how GREAT the service is at Kriser’s Natural Pets. The employees are customer friendly and take time to make sure you are happy with your purchases. I bought something, but when I opened it the design was not the one I wanted. I returned to the store and Damon immediately began the process for return. He also gave my babies(dogs) some treats that they loved! Trinity remembered me and asked if the items I bought for anxiety worked that she recommended and I was happy to say it made a world of difference that kept them calm during the thunderstorm. Thank you Damon and Trinity for making us feel like you really care about your customers.

Visiting this Pet store was the best experience I have ever had when shopping for my dogs! As soon as I stepped in the store I was greeted by the friendly sales associate Trinity. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed! She took her time to explain everything I had questions about purchasing. I highly recommend shopping here for all of your pets needs! 10/10 would recommend!

Stopped into Krisers after taking my dog to the park nearby. I’d never been in before today and I can absolutely say I will be back!! The staff was super friendly and so helpful. I have a short coat dog who has seasonal skin problems, trinity was very knowledgeable about the products and recommended a few different things for me to try. The salmon oil has been a big hit with my dog!! They told me all about their grooming services and I went ahead and got a nail trim while I was there. Chelsea the groomer was also extremely friendly and professional. My dog doesn’t always like to get his nails trimmed and can be a little difficult. Chelsea handled him well and gave him a treat afterwards. As I was checking out, trinity explained how their loyalty programs works and I went ahead and signed up. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Krisers, so glad I found this hidden gem of a store!!!

Discovered Kriser's a few months ago when I popped in to upgrade my dog food game. I was just tired of the big box stores and felt my puppy needed some real food. Not really knowing where to start, one of thier employees named Trinity helped me out. She guided me through the process and helped me plan and buy what my dog needed most. She was soooo helpful. In fact, since I have now visited this store on frequent occasions, Chelsea has groomed my pet and I think the manager is named Damon and he runs a tight ship. All top shelf service. Trinity even remembered me upon my return and she is super customer oriented. Can't say enough about this Kriser's store, soup to nuts they have been a huge benefit to me and my pet. THANK YOU Kriser's !

Specifically asked for Chelsea ended up with someone else. Asked for a puppy cut ended up with the front end of my dogs ear hairs cut off. Photo of the day before she got a cut, what she looked like after and what her ears and face would normally look like. I feel like I asked for a salon cut and ended up at great clips/pet smart. She did get a haircut, was it worth the price? No. Was it what she was supposed to look like? No. This wasn’t her first time here, but it’s the first time she’s come out looking like this. Oh also don’t get me started on her butt area... it’s like the groomer took guard off the wide clippers and just shaved all her fur off. I didn’t ask for a baboon.

Had everything we needed, but people were posted up asking for donations outside the store.

I'm so happy I found this place. My dog has allergies and stomach issues. Trinity was very helpful in finding a food for him. Farmina works great! ????

I recently adopted a young special needs dog. Damon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the food and supplements that would help his GI issues. I am grateful and Buddy loves the Primal freeze dried treats.

We bought on sale Birthday snacks, and a cupcake for our family Lhasa Apso. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is well organized.

I've been getting my dog's food here for about 2 years or so. I've never once had a bad customer service experience. Every employee there is so nice and friendly. A couple of them even remember my name, which also makes you feel special. Will continue to shop here ☺️

Love Krisers off Buffalo Speedway! They are so helpful every time I go in. My dog loves going in and looks forward to trips to the store. Great selection. Most important though is the wonderful expertise and customer service!

I have been taking my dog to be groomed here for over 2 years now and even though I moved much further away, I refuse to go anywhere else. The quality of the groom is always amazing. She comes back to me smelling good, with her nails nice and short and so soft I spend the next day petting her constantly. Even more important to me though, is that my dog isn't afraid of the groomers. She doesn't love going back, but they are so kind and gentle that she isn't traumatized when she leaves. In addition, the whole staff are amazing. They are more than happy to answer questions and always have a smile on their faces. You can tell that they truly love their jobs.

Wonderful shop! A++++ customer service and expertise!!! I have an Old English Bulldogge who is a super chewer. Mike showed me the Wunderball. Its made from recycled rubber and my super chewer has yet to destroy it, and we have had it for about a week! Thank you so much for taking the time to show me around and recommend such a great toy for my pup. I will for sure be back soon!!!

Everyone is so nice and friendly especially Drew. You can tell she really cares for animals. The entire staff, in general, was very welcoming to me and my pitty Kahlua. I will definitely be a frequent customer. Thanks again!!!!

Very rude staff. What happened to the other staff? Since this new staff has been in, it has been a nightmare. I will go to Natural Paws.

Love this place! It is not a weekend unless we visit Kriser’s. The whole team including Michael, Damon and Ryan make my boy Buster feel so special. The store has a great selection of food and treats for my picky Pitbull mix and are incredibly helpful and so nice. We highly recommend this store to all animal lovers.
