We've taken our animals here for years. They're very friendly and can usually get us in quickly if needed. They're not open on Sundays as of November 2021 so plan accordingly, especially for boarding.

I love my JV Animal Clinic staff. I never worry about my Carmel when leaving her here. Everyone is so kind, caring and they go out of their way to make you feel like your pet is their pet. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area.

I recently moved to Jersey Village and was recommended to Jersey Village Animal Hospital. When one of my pups hurt her foot around 7AM yesterday morning, I called hoping they would be able to fit me in. I was able to get in at 10:30 and of course, by that time my pup wasn't in any pain. I went ahead and took her so they could look and because I wanted to get familiar with the facilities for the future. I was blown away by the friendliness of every single staff member. I was nervous taking her to a new vet but they exceeded my expectations by far and made me feel very comfortable about the change.

We have had such excellent care and service by Jersey Village Animal Hospital. We recently had to put our dog down, which was a very sad thing for us. They were so patient and compassionate with us, and affordable too. They let us stay with our dog until the very end. I can't speak highly enough of them.

My dog TuckerD has been getting the best care here for 3 years now! AND we love their boarding staff and accommodations. I travel throughout the year and I know he's in good hands PLUS he always comes out with a smile on his face! Consistent professional, personable quality care.

Good service. Sweet techs and doc. They were so kind to us and our puppy and made us feel so at home there. They treat our puppy like royalty when he comes in the door and that means the world to me because he means the world to me.

Dr. Stenseng is awesome! She is so compassionate and kind.

I was visiting out of town and our 8 month old border collie hadn’t pee’d in 18 hours cause of bathroom anxiety. I forget who helped me on the phone (11/20/2021 around 1:30pm) but they assured me nothing was wrong and it’s normal. They were extremely reassuring and truly addressed my concerns without blowing me off like other Vet Offices in the area. Sure enough our dog finally pee’d after 26 hours and all was well!

We have A LOT of animals and this is the only place we trust to take them. They may not be the cheapest but they truly care and know what they're doing. It's worth the price for our pets!

Dr.Stenseng and the staff at JVAH are knowledgeable, professional and caring. We took three of our poodles for dentals, bloodwork and yearly appointments yesterday and were pleased with their treatments.

Love how they care for our pets but if they start closing on Sun for boarding pick up we will be forced to find another place. Many trips /vacations end on Sun. Employees must be there anyway to feed and let them out for potty breaks at least twice. Opening for 3-4 hrs to let us pick up our fur babies should be important to them.

The doctors, particularly Dr. Melcher, are always listening and showing concern and compassion to my pet. The staff is friendly, efficient, and a delight!

They were very kind and empathetic when caring for my dog who is elderly. The doctor gave me multiple options for care, being very upfront and considerate of costs and budget. I feel very confident in the care they provided and am happy to have found a great vet so close to home!

Clean business with plenty of helping employees.

Carol McDonald groomed Lola yesterday and she did a great job as usual. She is definitely an asset to your clinic.

Very impressed with JVAH, specifically Dr. Daily’s thoroughness in examining and addressing my beloved Riley (senior retriever’s) orthopedic problems, as well as other potential problems never addressed by my long time vet. She took the time to explain it all to me! Great 1st visit, this will be my new vet home. Very clean and well managed staff also.

My dog stayed here. They conveniently forgot to bring out his food (Tupperware container)and when I called they couldn't find it....

Our sweet dog Gilleybear left us in the most unexpected terrible way. We were so hurt and overwhelmed and didn't know where or what to do. I googled vet hospitals near me and what a godsend Jersey Village Animal Hospital was. To the person giving us directions and the staff waiting at the entrance your kindness and compassion was so needed. We have been coming to Jersey Village animal hospital for over 10 years. They are always welcoming and answer all my questions. My dogs are always happy to be there. Even when we lost one to old age they were there and made it as smooth as possible.
