This company has become part of our extended family. The walkers & sitters I've contracted through Houston's Best have been exceptionally high quality in their reliability, friendliness, and knowledgeability. One young woman literally became my dog's Best Friend, and I was also completely satisfied with the several times she provided long stretches of overnight services for my dog's care and housesitting. Highest recommendations from me.

Denis is our pet sitter and he has been amazing with my pet family - the dogs and cats love him, and all get special attention every time . This company has been amazing - one time I was out of town and my flight got canceled at the last minute and I wasnt able to get home. I contacted them late Sunday evening and I was assured not to worry: Denis went and took care of my pets without hesitation - how can you top that??? Prices are reasonable and every request is confirmed promptly. This is a great pet sitting company!

I can't speak highly enough about this company and its employees. When I was researching dog walking options, I read and heard so many horror stories about dog walking apps and lost or injured pets, break-ins, and so forth. I trust the people at Houston's Best Pet Sitters implicitly, and never have to worry that my dog is receiving the best care when I'm at work. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and care is rare and absolutely invaluable, and I would recommend them to anyone without a second thought.

We were travelling for 3 weeks, and was anxious to be away from our two and very active Bengal mixed cats for that long. We had the pleasure of having Amy G. as a cat sitter. She was exceptional and the best cat sitter we ever had. She took extremely good care of the cats twice a day, played with them and was very responsive and communication and reports we got were excellent. We have a quite specific food program for them and that was no problem! When we came back we could see they had had a really good time. We have already booked Amy G for our next 1 week trip, and it feels very reassuring that we now have a cat sitter that we know will take perfect care of our two fur babies. I can highly recommend HoustoBestPetSitters, and communication with Bobby has also been flawless and responsive.

Houston's Best Pet Sitters is wonderful! I needed someone reliable to come by daily and let my dog out of her crate. Amy was always prompt, she always sent pictures, and my dogs loved her! We've been using Houston's Best Pet Sitters for about 7 years now and they are incredible. Melanie is super responsive and our pet sitters have been really great. Our sitter checks in with us daily when we are traveling to let us know how our kitties are doing and even sends us pictures of them each time they go visit! They make us feel very comfortable about leaving them when we're traveling. We feel really lucky that we found them and wouldn't think about using anyone else!

This company is not professional. They dont follow your instructions and one of my cats (which is old) was very weak after I came back from my trip. Sage, the petsitter complained that it was too much work. On top of that Bobby charged me a lot of money and 10 dollars to drop off the key!

We love Houston Pet Sitters! Melanie (the owner) is so helpful and responsive and always has your pets’ best interest in mind. We have loved the dog walkers we have had and they have been reliable and professional, and the dogs love them. Everyone has made us feel very safe and comfortable welcoming new people into our home. Can’t recommend them enough!

My biggest fear for booking the family vacation, was that I don't have a place for a dog to stay. Because we had bad experience with our previous dog sitter. When I called Melanie, I felt so relieved, from the very first seconds of our conversation I knew I can trust them. Hands down, the best pet sitters in Houston! I have used their services consistently over the past 5 years, and I HIGHLY recommend them. The owner, Melanie, goes above and beyond to provide the best sitters, service, and care. The individual pet sitters she employs are professional, courteous, trustworthy, and hard workers. My specific one is amazing! She cares for my cats as if they were her own. And my babies love her. When I'm away she texts updates after every visit, including pics of each of my cats. Houston's Best Pet Sitters took care of my two dogs when I went on an overnight trip recently. Rachel, the sitter, did a meet and greet before my trip which is beneficial on many levels for all involved. My two dogs took to her immediately when she arrived so I felt very comfortable with her taking care of them while I was gone. The evening that I was out, she sent me pictures of my dogs in the backyard playing ball with her. I could tell by their expressions that they were completely relaxed and having fun. Their website is easy to use too. I am a satisfied customer!

Melanie and Sage have been caring for our four-legged friends for YEARS and they do a fabulous job. When we are away traveling (sometimes two weeks at a time) I know all our animals are in excellent care. I’ve been especially pleased with how they handle our XL breed dogs, especially as they have aged and needed a little extra tenderness and vigilance. Houston’s Best sitters are gentle, kind, and unintimidated by their size. I wouldn’t think of using another pet care service for our furry crew. They really are Houston’s Best.

Melanie and company run an amazing organization. I've used Houston's Best Pet Sitters for two year and I feel completely comfortable leaving my two kitties in Judy's care. I highly recommend it! During my previous vacation, my cat stayed in a cat pension and was completely scared all week long. This time, we decided to use the cat sitting service so that she could stay at home where she feels secure. Of course, we were worried about giving our keys to a stranger but we decided to take the risk. And everything went well!
