Great grooming service at a great price!

I hadn’t stopped in Fur Babies since it used to be in it’s old location until today. I was happy to see them still carrying the same great products I have always known the store to have. I picked up 4 cozy coats for the upcoming winter and I highly recommend everyone stop in and get one for their pup or kitty soon too!!! ????

We went to the dog wash for the first time today and I love it! My dog not so much but I think he will if we make it a bi weekly thing. I told the lady at the front that it is our first time coming in and we had a young man help us calm my nervous dog down. He stayed with us for a few minutes and explained how everything works. We will definitely come back!

Love these guys for their groomers. They are our go to groomer. They have always done a fantastic job.

I have used several groomers and there are many that do not take care of your dog. Fur Babies does an exceptional job and they get a cut and wash done in about 1/2 the time of other groomers. The owner is nice and efficient. The staff all seem to love dogs, which makes a big difference.

Dog self service is just perfect setting ! Is family own but , I felt like the atmosphere is ???? . Family own like the have post on the webside it doesn't feel like it! Custumer service team is not very welcome . No grettins to walks In's. The service team didn't offer help at all . I have to approach my needs , and ???? very quick short answers I felt like I have to rush to finish talking!

In a rush to get Maddie groomed for Colorado on July 2nd, Fur Babies accepted Maddie as a walk-in and did a FABULOUS job! Thank you all so much and she looks amazing. Will recommend to anyone in Houston, especially the Humble/Kingwood area. #Way2GoFurBabies ????????????????

It's the only place I'll go on the Houston area for grooming. They also offer great nutrition advice for my kiddos! You guys are amazing!

We have been taking our Goldendoodle and Standard Poodle to Fur Babies for all their grooming and nutrition needs for many years. Their customer service for grooming is top notch and they always have goats milk or First Mate food available. Simply the Best for your pets needs around the Kingwood area!

Worst customer service ever. Never taking my dog back.

They take very good care of our dog that hates baths and trimming of his nails. He always comes out smelling and looking great!

I initially brought my puppy here for their first groomer experience, just a nail trim, sani and hair trim. It was good. I returned with my 6 month old for their first full groom I chose the hair length that “most people choose” for a summer cut. It ended up being way too short for my doodle puppy, which was ok since I chose that. Upon further inspection, I noticed patches of uneven fur on both legs and severe razor burn on her sani area. Poor pup is so irritated down there. I would have been less upset if I had been informed about it when I picked her up. A simple your puppy kept moving while we trimmed and this happened would have sufficed. I will not be returning. They also no longer provide the bow or bandana their website states.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT HERE! The dogs enjoyed it as well. Katie is an amazing groomer and made all three of our dogs feel comfortable. Hands down best grooming experience we have had! I highly recommend her! You can get your pets groomed, have them bathed,or even bath them yourself. The self bathing area is clean and has all the tools you need. Wonderful welcoming place with exceptional customer service!

I just went in my friend talked to me about freeze dried suck heads so I went to look for them. The lady was very nice and wrested my questions

It's clean and spacious inside. Lots of high quality food and treats! I'm planning on a special trip to snag some goodies when my girls celebrate their gotcha days!!

Bad customer service! I have been in this shop before and customer service was great but this trip I was totally ignored while shop clerks visited with one another. Had called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted. They cater to smaller dogs than mine and sometimes they don't have what I need. I was assured they had a car cover in stock. I roamed all about the store and found none. I stood by center check out waiting to be acknowledged while clerks visited with each other. I finially left. I went to Petsmart where a clerk assisted me and I made my purchase. Would like to see them succeed but I would not recommend this store to anyone who has a medium to large dog.

We love bringing our fur babies here as well as picking up some goodies for them! The staff is always so kind and knowledgeable!

Went inside the store and saw an employee with a Trump shirt and no facial covering or mask. As a customer I do not feel comfortable being in establishments that favor very controversial issues. Please do better to create a more inclusive environment. Please note the use of employees not wearing a mask is against CDC guidelines as we are in the middle of a global pandemic.

I love taking my dogs here to bathe them. The employees are super helpful and nice! You have everything you need to groom your baby!
