Called to just reschedule an appointment. Don’t mind paying more to reschedule. Left 2 messages with zero response until the next morning. I have cameras at my house. Owner called to say that groomer was at my house. Zero groomer insight on my cameras. I tried to explain that I had called twice the day before and I was met with your lying I didn’t get the message. I have used this company before. Most times the groomers were there on time but most often not due to the truck always breaking down and having to wait most of the day on groomer to show up. Owner is very unprofessional and always willing to put up an argument for basic explanations. I will never use this service ever again.

I was a customer for 9 years. I paid them approximately $2,300 last year, including tips to their groomers. The attitudes of the office representatives are awful, especially the last couple of years. When they make mistakes and have nasty attitudes, I will NOT tolerate it. Also, they never answer the phone so you have to leave a message. (The outgoing message mentions sending an email through the website which I could find no way to actually do, but there seems to be little connection between what they say and what they do.) Oh, they also do not return the messages they force you to leave. For example, I left a detailed message on Friday, October 29th, 2021 and never received any response: no phone call, no text message, no email, no response. Vote with your dollars for one of their competitors.

I've called for 2 weeks with no response. Would rather use someone a bit more accessible, responsive, and reliable. Pretty disappointed since they came recommended from someone. I also see from their response to me and other reviews that they are quite defensive. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. We called up trying to set an appointment and when the person we spoke to pulled up our file she said that our dog was too overweight and hung up. We called back and asked if she hung up on us and she said yes she did and that she couldn't help us and then hung up on us again. We called back for a final time to ask for the owner and the person on the phone said she was the owner and hung up for a third time. I am okay with refusing our business but the out right be rude like this is totally uncalled for. My business will be taken else where from now on. I stand by my review, we did not hang up and the fact that you are arguing the point leads me to believe that you are not trying to earn business

There are videos on Instagram of the groomer treating the dogs HORRIBLY! It is awful and abusive. I couldn't even finish watching the videos, it was so sad.

I have used Mobile Grooming for years and I have used this company also. NEVER AGAIN. Who you get makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE, and yet pricing still the same. My last appointment person was soooo rude and did a horrible job and was constantly texting me afterwards being rude and companies RESPONSE TO THIS BEHAVIOR Ridiculous and yet I still paid and tipped. But last piece of change they will ever get from me. They need to better access who they hire as Groomers. EXTREME DIFFERENCES with SAME PRICE TAG. :-(.

I had to beg them to groom my cat and still they canceled the appointment. They are unprofessional and rude do not go here!

I would equate the grooming my Pomeranian received to a very expensive home bath. I could have done a better job. Not terrible but not great. Only one shampoo, no conditioner, non existent nail trim and NO under coat brush out. If you have dog with a dual layer coat you know this is imperative. Next time I will Save the 100$ and either wash him myself or go to our usual groomers. Will not be returning. Although I will say the groomer was nice and my dog liked him.

The owner was short with me from the start. I was not expecting my 5 lbs dog service to cost $90. I had a 120 lbs shepherd previously and with deshedding at high end groomers he cost $90. I can’t believe they feel it is ok to charge me over $200 for my 2 shih tzu puppies. And when I asked she was so rude about it and didn’t apologize for not disclosing the price before service as stated on the website. I would not use this groomer due to the outrageous prices and lack of customer service. They also require a card on file to book services and then charge you a $4.50 processing fee for paying with a card, on top of the over priced services.

Ive decided to switch over to mobile grooming bc my dog is 14 and she nearly had a heart attack the last time I took her to the groomers. Haute pets is a little more expensive but it is worth every penny. My dog came back so happy! Her haircut is the best she’s ever had! And they even put the cutest bandanna on her. Definitely will be using haute pets again.

Fantastic care for our shy ChiTerrier. She was overdue for a full service and our faith in Haute Pets was well places. She smells and looks amazing and the sensitive skin care has her relaxed for the evening.

We usually get groomed at the brick and mortar location in the heights however, today we just didn’t have the time. I requested an appointment via the website and within 10 minutes I received a call to book my dog for grooming. Jamaal arrived at 2pm and was finished before 3! We had a full bath service,nail grind,and a blueberry facial. Jamaal was amazing! My pup is dog aggressive and it was really nice to have the mobile service. Yes, this cost $125 versus the $80 Ish it is onsite but totally worth it... my pup even got a bandana like wow,so cute! Will defiantly be booking Jamaal again! Thank you so much!!!

The lady did the exact opposite of what I requested. This is the 3rd year I've used them but probably not again. I specifically said no lions cut more than 5 times. What does she do? Gives him a lions cut. Not a trim. Then I call the office and I get told I told the lady I didn't know what I wanted. No lions cut means no lions cut. Not sure where the miscommunication is there. Terrible service

Absolutely shocking treatment of a loyal customer!!!!! Through sheer greed and unprofessionalism! I feel i must write this awful review of customer treatment. Charged a ridiculous and downright greedy $45 no show fee when husband and daughter both in the house waiting. Security guard called wrong number and turned the van away. Tried requesting another appointment due to exceptional circumstances and using the $45 towards the grooming session. After endless emails and phone calls they will not discuss. Rotten approach..........Would NOT recommend them. Seems to be ok for them to change their timings though!!!!!!!!

I have a 12 year-old chow mix that is timid in general and especially horrified of the grooming experience. Over the decade I've had her, we've tried multiple different grooming services, and I am confident in saying that Haute Pets is the best fit for us. She's in-and-out in under an hour and a half and she hops on the truck along the route of our normal morning walk. So the stress of getting in the car, driving to an unfamiliar location, standing in a loud lobby where other stressed dogs are causing a ruckus, and being shuffled from cage to work stations over the course of 4 hours is completely negated. On top of the positive experience, the results have been fantastic. Being a mutt, there's not a standard cut to point to for guidance, so I always have to have a conversation about the specific look we're trying to achieve. Both Candace and Randi have been ON POINT as far as taking direction, understanding, and then delivering best-case results. This may sound like a basic achievement, but believe me when I tell you about how many horrible haircuts Ruby has had to go through with groomers that either weren't skilled enough or simply didn't care. Bottom line, I'll continue using Haute Pets and I am under the impression that the stellar experience is worth the price.

Henry our standard poodle has been groomed by Haute Pets for years now because he has addisons disease and everything is stressful. They always take that into accommodation. Even though we have had 1 on hair cut that we didn’t love every other cut had been AMAZING!!! Our favorite groomer is Tiffany.

Worst experience ever. We have used their services many times before and been happy. This time it was AWFUL. Our Malzy is our baby. He is 8 years old never had fleas. He is a small dog. Never goes outside or comes in contact with other animals. I use the mobile grooming service on purpose. I paid $100 for full service. Everything seemed fine. About a week later I noticed he had flea dirt and fleas. He could only have gotten them from Haute Pets Mobile grooming Service. I called and they told me to text pics and they would call me back. They did not call back. I called back and left several messages that day and the following day. She finally called back and said that there was nothing they could do. I asked to have my service refunded since I had to spend over $100 to have my baby and home treated for the fleas. They said they could only offer a 10 percent discount which would be about $10 bucks on out next visit. Worst customer service ever. I have never complained before. Poor business practice to risk bad reviews and bad publicity and to lose a customer over not accepting responsibility. Will never go back.

Having two Maine Coon cats is a challenge when it comes to grooming, but we could not be happier with the finished results and the wonderful personality of the groomer. Would definitely recommend!
