Hands down the best grromers in town for a Shih Tzu dog, and I'm sure they're great with all the other breeds too if theu can get the Shih Tzu cut down.

They left a cotton ball in my dogs ear , it was lodged so far down it took me a month to notice it . I took him immediately to the vet , he’d developed an ear infection . Contacted the manager , she said she would pay but flaked out on paying the vet bill . I’m in the process of contacting an attorney . My poor dog de eloped a horrific ear infection due to their neglectful practices . DONT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE !

Wish we could rate them higher but we are done with them. They always ask that we bring our doggie in the AM, then don’t get to her until late in the day. They put THEIR scheduling problem on OUR back and we are tired of it. Happens all the time. Guess we’ve been there 10 times? Happens EVERY time. Plus they charge a lot and one would expect better service for these prices. Today, for example, we dropped her off at 9AM. Came by at 4 and they hadn’t even started!!! Poor thing in a little cage all day to make it convenient to the service provider?!?! Nope…..no more

I've been looking for a solid groomer for my Toy Poodle for years- I'm so happy I found Bunker Hill Groomer!! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and they do such a awesome job grooming my little girl, Cookie. I always walk away impressed by their service. Highly recommend!!

One of my Malteses starts limping after the grooming. She is small and only weighs 7 lb. She’s been suffering more than two weeks. She seems to have muscle sprain. It breaks our hearts. It’s up to you. I would not visit.

Love Bunker Hill Groomers. Maxine, the owner, is such a nice person & so knowledgeable about dogs, particularly Boston Terriers. Yavonna is my go to groomer, but you can’t go wrong with anyone there. They are very sweet to the dogs. My little Yorkie gives them kisses when she goes - so you know they are good to her!

I love the work they do! I also love that they are open on Saturdays and I can drop them off go run some errands for the day and by time I’m done they are ready to go. More importantly one of my dogs had an episode the last time she was there and the groomer immediately called me and let me know what had happened. Thankfully she was all right but the fact that they called me and let me know what was going on and were worried about her shows me they really care about the animals. I highly recommend this place!

After being super frustrated with PetsMart lack of accommodation, called this shop about a nail trim and they said “come on in.” Showed up and was immediately helped, with the nail trim done in 10 mins. Great staff, good prices- will be returning!

My first visit was pleasant for the most part besides the long amount of time it took to groom my puppy. Unfortunately, the second visit was not pleasant at all! I called them early in the week on Monday and booked an appointment for Friday. I informed them I would be having a friend drop him off at 2pm and needed him finished at 5pm when I get off work and They confirmed that was fine. I confirmed with them Friday morning that she could still drop him off at 2pm and he’d be ready by 5, this time I let them know I had somewhere to be right after so I really need him done by 5. The lady assured me that would be fine, they could have him ready. When my friend went to drop him off, a lady who worked there told her it was too late to drop my puppy off and they couldn’t take him. My friend, who drove 30 minutes to the location called me and told me and I asked to speak to the woman. The woman, who I assume was the receptionist had a nasty attitude. She was rude and very disrespectful. I told her I spoke with someone early that morning about dropping him off at 2 and her response was, “I don’t know who you talked to but no one here has spoken to you” basically calling me a liar! I was offended, and felt extremely disrespected. Then she sighed and finally said they would take him. I was a nervous wreck thinking they would harm my puppy because of the rude mean attitude the lady had on the phone. I picked my puppy up unharmed, thank God!! But the customer service was at an all time low this day. I assume the lady who I paid was the lady I spoke to because she never looked at me and she looked angry the whole time. I won’t be returning to this place, I am a customer and should be treated with respect. Additionally, I do not like the disorganization at this place as well.

I go out if my way to come here. My dog hates all other groomers except for Bunker Hill. It is all about the dog????

I love this place. I've been bringing my dog for years and they always do a great job. Every time I go they remember me and my dog. My dogs tongue was cut once with their very sharp scissors but it wasn't the fault of Bunker Hill Groomer (my dog likes to lick the scissors). Nevertheless, they immediately told me about the issue and I appreciated their honesty.

Pup loves going and comes back so cute!

Took my two dogs here to get their nails clipped. No appointment needed and they got them back as soon as we got there. They worked fast and we were out in no time. Thank you!

The best.. we tried many places but we picked one hour drive one way because of their work . Highly recommend especially for small dogs when hair cut and style matter a lot
