I just spoke to report a loose and aggressive dog that got into my yard, first thing the lady put me on hold with the old excuse that her computer died, later I asked for someone that speaks Spanish and she said there was no one there so I proceeded in English and she got crazy and discriminated me for not being a native English speaker, she said she wouldn't understand my English, I told her to calm down, she was supposed to help, she went into arguments and eventually she understood everything I said except when she needed to understand my address, horrible person, rude and discriminatory that shouldn't be working there, I can't believe that in Houston I was discriminated for being Latino.

They came out they where very helpfull.
