My two German shorthaired pointers have been going to this location since they were puppies. I have always felt comfortable and confident in their abilities and the quality of care that my dogs receive. It may be more expensive than other places around Conroe, but I would not trust my dogs to anywhere else. Both have been spayed, microchipped and all vaccines at this location

There is a huge project in the COVID environment; Exporting dog to Japan. A lot of steps we need to go but I had a great help from Stone ridge veterinary medical center. I had following services from them, Blood sampling and logistics Rubies blood test at Kansas Rabies research center Health check up Microchip confirmation Export documentation and logistics from/to USDA@ Austine Actually this is all-in-one service. I didn't do anything about. They are awesome people and very kind. I would recommend #Stoneridgeveterinarymedicalcenter if you are living near Conroe and The Woodlands.

New to TX and had to get a vet. I went to two prior to visiting Stone Ridge. I didn't like them. They didn't help my dog Louie's ear infection in which he got worse and I finally found a doctor to help him. They take their time and listen to your needs for your pet. They are not pushy like other vets.

These people are the best! If your fur baby deserves the best medical care, this is the place. It may not be the cheapest, but you know your furry companion is getting the care they need to provide you with years of love. If you can't afford the vet, you can't afford the pet. We love Stone Ridge because the sick kitty we rescued seven years ago is healthy, happy and going strong thanks to Stone Ridge and the quality care they provide.

This vet clinic is clean and professional although the wait times are a bit long and they are very overpriced. They charged me $45 for 4 24 mg tablets of cerenia when I can get it on chewy for $17. As well as quoted me $1800 for my dogs heartworm treatment(which is half way done already). We called other vets and their treatment is more than $600 less.

Sweetest staff and saved my dogs life. After our old vet gave us hell we brought her here and they were so sweet and understanding. If not for them my dog would have passed away. My dog was diabetic and my old vet clinic wouldn't even let us come in with an emergency. This place told us to rush her in and they were able to save her life. Edit: My baby girl Itty passed away from cancer in February. They gave her great treatment and cuddles, we bring our other 3 dogs here.

I had started at stone ridge with a pet and I thought they were very expensive. Some time later I had a new pet who needed and emergency surgery. Not only were other vets unwilling to take her due to the upcoming weekend but also the vet er wanted $4k for her surgery. Stone ridge took my pet and did the surgery that day within the hour. They called me and gave me updates, they checked up on my pet, and they had a price that was even under their low quote less than $900…. They treated me with respect and kindness and truly do care about your pets. I highly recommend them. After this experience I couldn’t be more thankful to have them here in Conroe. Thank you stone ridge!

Stone Ridge Veterinary Medical center located in Willis!! And Conroe too!! This place is TERRIBLE!!!!! Especially Dr. Pettyjohn!! Most unprofessional place I have ever been in my life. The vet did not even read dogs complete medical records and prescribed the wrong medication. When I told her that this is medication that dog is not supposed to have she started yelling and screaming!! “Stop harassing my staff!! Get the f out of my office!” She yelled several obscenities in front of other customers. Plus my dog did not get proper medical care. So sad that there are people like this treating such sweet, trusting animals!!

Price charged for everything walk$$,15min cuddle$$$ she was so excited to come home she went for water where she drank for 5 min. Then she brought me her bowl. She's a large dog and usually eats 2 cups 3 times a day, but she acted differently she's brave and smart now she is really protective of our family. She's appears well taken care of, Happy to be home. Like I said a tech said he had found "hook worms" undermicroscope added almost 200.00 to flat fee 150 for 3 days 2 nights. Tried to get us to leave our vet. We will stay with our vet.

“WE CERTAINLY CANT KNOW OUR CLIENT’S FINANCIAL STATUS” was what I was told by Michelle ( I think was her name) when I called to ask why I was sent home with a $150 antibiotic that I can purchase for $70 online. Surely there were other options. . . A script could have been offered. . . Or maybe even just Amoxicillin as I specifically told the vet that it had worked well in the past. She also responded with “ Well it’s certainly not the most expensive antibiotic - there are others that cost much more”. Well thank you for that - I feel so much better now. Lol. Should a patient’s financial status really matter? Nobody ever wants to feel like they are being ripped off. We ALL want providers who are cost conscious as our fur babies can be quite expensive. The clinical staff was nice during our treatment - that is not the issue . We were there for a very long time so when the tech told me a total ( in the treatment room) I paid right there in the room never imagining that over half of my bill was for one medication . She said the receipt was being emailed - now I know why! Of course Michelle said NO RETURNS even though each pill is individually wrapped and sealed. She said she would put a note that I needed a treatment plan in the future. Sounds like everyone should be getting one. I always want what’s best for my pet. I just want to achieve it in the most cost effective way possible. Pretty sure that’s what most people want.

This is the best vet/ grooming place I've been to. Everyone I've encountered has been VERY nice and when I take Daisy to get groomed she always looks great. I've also had her boarded here and they took really good care of her

Beautiful facilities. Great staff from front desk to doctors. I have a handicapped kitten, Raven and staff was very understanding and caring. I chose this hospital because tgey offer digital xrays which thankfully we didn't need. I'm a 20 year receptionist in vet medicine now retired so fully appreciate that unnecessary testing was not pushed on us.

We adopted a three year old Dachshund from a rescue organization. They told us we had to get her spayed from Stoneridge. We picked her up that afternoon and took her home. She didn’t want to eat or drink water all that day, but started throwing up bile. When she did try to eat, she’d throw it up. I called the vet the next day and they told me they’d get her in. We took her into the vet and told them she had been throwing up, not eating, and not drinking. The vet took her back and did an X-Ray. She told us that there was nothing wrong with Ruby and gave us Cerenia to help with her vomiting. However, there was nothing wrong with her according to them. So, we take her home and to work with us, but she’s pooping blood now. All night she’s lethargic, won’t eat or drink, keeps vomiting. When we get home, she starts pooping blood everywhere. We get into an animal hospital in Cy-Fair and there’s fluid on her abdomen that was picked up on an X-Ray!! They saved her, $1,100+ later. We returned to Stoneridge and wanted to talk to the vet to let them know what happened. Well, the desk lady we talked to told us that they couldn’t talk to us because we weren’t her owners!!! They brushes us off with the worst attitudes. Our Ruby almost died and not everyone has $1,100 to spend. She’s ten times better and we will never go back. In response to your reply to my comment, we were standing in YOUR facility requesting to speak with the vet about ruby and the front desk lady said you couldn’t talk to us. Ruby was not our pet and you could only talk to the adoption facility. You didn’t try and call us multiple times, one time. That one time was to say ruby was fine. We brought her back to you people and you said she was FINE. You gave us cerenia and said it’s ‘normal’ and even did an x-ray on her. Why would we even want to bring her back to you after we were spoken to like she wasn’t our pet and after you sent us on our way and there was nothing wrong with her? As soon as we left your office she was pooping blood. The animal hospital did more than just give her meds, I have the entire record to show it. But why on earth would we bring her back to you after all of that? I’ve always had issues with the other location and my other dog, but never this. You’re being blamed because you’re lying and sent us away multiple times saying that’s nothing wrong with her and refusing to speak with us. You called us back once, two days after we went to the vet. You wanted to talk to us about how her reaction was normal. Not about how she was at another animal hospital! I pray that no one ever comes to you guys because not everyone has that much money to spend on a screw up. Why on earth would we ever bring her back there after she’s pooping blood after being spayed? After being turned away and told we weren’t her real owners so you couldn’t talk to us. After telling us she’s FINE. What a joke.
