Absolutely wonderful, I had left for awhile because of distance. They are by for the best..????????????????

The grooming of my dogs was beautiful, but the owner and staff are Rude and unfriendly. I was told my dogs could not come back anymore because the barked to much. They have anxiety when separated from eachother..I thought this was a very weird reason for mydogs not to be welcome back, as they get groomed about every 8 weeks.

I took my Pomeranian dog to get groomed. That same day at night, I observed a strange behavior in him. Something was causing him pain & discomfort. When I checked him the next day in the morning I realized that they left cotton in both of his ears. I called the owner of the grooming place and she told me to take him & that she would remove them. I did and she did not even give me an apology, I had to take the dog to the vet to administer something for the pain, I never went back there & i would definitely not recommend the place or groomer. They put my dog's life in danger and not even an apology or a call to see if my dog was better.

The best in the city

I have 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and I'm so happy to have found Lisa and her place. Long story short, they were a matted mess in the under carriage, I found Lisa on Google, read the reviews, and booked an appointment. She is great bc she'll actually take the time to check out pics and text with you to make sure she knows what you're looking to get done. And she's amazing bc one of the two is kind of nervous, and they are super close, but she put up with their ways and I'm so grateful that they look amazing. I'd give 10 stars bc my dogs aren't anxious or traumatized afterwards. Thank you for being so kind, Lisa- Scout and Sherlock ????

First timer. They did a good job with my malshi. Only reason I didn’t give a 5* is they are crates and the process can take many hours.

Grooming by Lisa did a terrific job! I seldom write reviews but wanted to praise this top notch groomer in Houston, Texas. Treated customers and canine with lots of care and attention. Provided a beautiful, artful cut. I will return and recommend whenever I am in town. Thank you Lisa and team.

DO not recommend!!! Costumer service is unbelievably terrible. Lisa and groomers are unprofessional, extremely rude and overcharge.

Grooming by Lisa is by far the best grooming salon in Houston. I only trust Lisa and her gang to groom my Archie. After all, i'd never let JUST anyone cut my hair...

I have been taking my 2 shih tzus to Grooming by Lisa for about 6 months. They never get the haircut the right length.. well let me be clear, every other time (on average) it is right. I don't have time to stand there and let them recut my dogs hair again. Beyond that though I went to pick up the dogs today and they cut one of their tongues!! I was told that she licked the siccors but she is missing a portion of her tongue. They didn't make me pay for it and said I can send them the vet bill if I take her but "i don't need to, it's not a big deal". Well I didn't take her to the vet but its a big deal to me! In my opinion it was a careless error and I will never take my dogs to careless people.

Best groomer in Houston for my Shih Tzu..

This is thevbest groomer we've found! Fruendly, they OBVIOUSLY love whstvthey do and the furbabies.... truly affordable..... Cannot say enough....

they did a very good job on my Pomeranian. the only thing was that his nails were sharp. i called to see if there was anything they could do they yes it would have been extra even thought the package we got included that in it..

I have had an opportunity to watch Lisa at work and have noted that she does not rush and cares about the comfort and well-being of the dogs. Quality work too.

Being new to Houston I was really skeptical about any dog groomers, because of issues that I've had in the past. When I went to pick up Cosmo I was really impressed, he was cut perfectly. Cosmo is a 6lb Pomeranian.I like him to be poofy but not too poofy and I like for him to be cut down but not too cut down. Anyway they got it RIGHT, I am a staple customer for now on!

Based on the reviews, I decided to bring my rescued dog here about a year ago. I wanted to find a local grooming business as opposed to just taking my dog to Petsmart... Grooming by Lisa was a perfect find and I've been taking my dog here for regular grooming ever since. The location is pretty convenient to my home and office in the Galleria area. They are very flexible with holding your dog until 6pm if you work and it's not ever a hassle making appointments. Sometimes we call on the weekends when they are closed and leave a message. The respond back to us on Monday or even sometimes on the weekend to schedule something for the week that works for us. The pricing is also very affordable. For my 40 lb. dog, grooming costs about $30 which includes a bath, nail trimming, ear cleaning and much more. My dog always comes out smelling nice. Every one who works here is really friendly. I've got nothing but great things to say about their customer service and the quality of the grooming services.
