Great hole in the wall dog boarding, grooming and training center in The Heights. Found it on the Guugle and gave it a shot. Old house turned into a facility and though it doesn’t look like much on the outside, they care for these pooches and there’s plenty of room for them to tire out. Been going for a year and only cheated once and came back. $25 dog day care? What??? No pretense and high pressure sales nonsense. Thank you!

I've been sending my dog here for about a month now and am very happy. The rates are very reasonable, the staff really care about the dogs, and they definitely understand dogs. I've noticed my dog (who is an older rescue) is more confident, more obedient, and overall happier since she started coming here.

I use FurPaws Heights location to get both my yorkies groomed on a regular basis. Their online booking is simple and easy and you always get a response for confirmation quickly. If there are any scheduling issues they work with you to figure it out. I am usually picky about my dogs haircut and FurPaws has never disappointed! They ask for a description of what you want and you have the ability to send sample pictures of past cuts or anything new you may want. They are timely and check out is a breeze. If you are looking for a good groomer that is nice, will work with you, and also treat your pups great I recommend FurPaws!

I bring my dog here regularly to get her nails trimmed. They are always nice, accommodating, and do a great job! My dog is usually very uncomfortable with men, but she’s gotten comfortable with the man at Fur Paws because he’s so gentle and sweet with her. Would recommend!

My dog hates baths and we have tried several places before and this has been by far the only place she loves to there. Service is great and the staff always very friendly.

They were too cute but left unattended in a small enclosed space all together...no one was tending to them and their needs.

Amazing miracle working, dog-whisperers. We bought the 2-week basic obedience training for two sibling boxers, and they are truly different dogs as a result. We couldn't be more happy with our services from Fur Paws!

My pup is a rescue dog and had not been socialized, so his behavior was not appropriate for a three year old. I brought Harley here and it is night and day. The job they did with their two week obedience training is amazing! Well worth the money! They love on him and I know when I drop him off for daycare he will be just fine.

We are very picky with who we let groom Winter since she has major anxiety. Our last groomer closed their location and we were trying to find another groomer we can trust. While we were searching, winter developed an allergy and she needed to be shaved down to get some relief. We found Fur Paws since most places were closed on Sunday. We met with Nazira and immediately we felt comfortable. They had a waiting area for dogs instead of putting her in a kennel. Her son came to play with Winter and Nazira listened to our concerns patiently. After she was done, she sent a picture of Winter and let us know she was ready for pick up. I was surprised to see that Nazira followed everything we said and did such a wonderful job on Winter. My husband was happy that even when he came to pick her up, she wasn't put in a kennel but was hanging out at reception with Nazira. Most places I have been to try to upcharge you for everything, but Fur Paws didn't do that and we were pleasantly surprised. We are excited we stumbled upon Fur Paws and will be using them moving forward!

Short notice grooming available and my dog looks fantastic. Will be returning.

Very impressed with the customer service and welcoming environment for myself and my fur baby. Services were fairly priced for everything from nail clipping to pet stays. Staff was respectful to the owners and pets, which I always appreciate. Definitely recommend and will be going back.

I brought my two year old to Fur Paws and let me tell you the service was beyond what I expected. They are responsibly priced and treated my baby with care. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great groomer that cares about your pet.

This was my first time my dog first time getting groomed and I was looking all over for a place to take her. After looking for a few days I’ve found this place. I called her last min she gave me a time and I showed up late but yet she was so sweet and welcoming and still allowed my baby girl to come. She took great care of my dog and she looked so good when I came and pick her up I’m very happy and grateful that I had found her and will be coming back to her real soon..

The lady that answered the phone on 10/28/2019 at 10:49am when I called needs a readjustment on her tone and attitude. Either answer with a customer service voice or find a different job where your attitude doesn’t affect future customers or clients. McDonalds is always hiring. Rudest customer service I’ve ever received.

If you are looking to get your dog trained, this is the BEST place to send your pup. We did the two week board and train program, and it was the best investment we could have ever made in our dog. Nazira and Jorge did an amazing job with training. They are so good at training, that they DO NOT have to use shock collars or treats. They sent us pictures of our dog often, and have made themselves available even after we brought her home. If you have issues with your dog not obeying, you can text or call,t and they will also allow you to bring your dog back and help figure out where the problem is. They want you to feel like you got your money's worth.... That is how confident/passionate they are in what they do. These are very good people who will love your dog like it's their own dog. They will not send your dog home with you if they feel that the dog is not ready yet; they want to make sure your dog understands what they are teaching. Also, the special leashes they use are available for sale at the end of the program when your baby graduates. I can not say enough good things about them. I was hesitant to leave my dog with anyone because she was so wild, but I am so glad that I did and that I chose this establishment. My baby is a totally new dog! If I could give them more stars, I would. Thank you Nazira and Jorge for training Chopstick for us. We are very grateful!

They are very good and caring with your dog they treat them as if they were theirs it's a home away from home

I called last minute and they were able to take in my HUSKY! She’s very mischievous so I’m always nervous of the outcome . Not only did I get the most adorable pictures but my baby was treated so well and she smelled / looked great ! It definitely makes a difference when you can feel the love of the groomers for your baby! You know they are being cared for while also being pampered !

Fur Paws was absolutely incredible. With me having such a hectic schedule lately I wasn’t able to give my lil man Hunter a grooming for over four months. He’s a schnauzer; so he was beyond a dirty boy and mattes everywhere. I dropped him off to try this place for the first time and let me tell you how impressed I am with the work! Within two hours; he was finished. I was thinking he would need to be shaved entirely but nope! They did an amazing job and was able to give him a schnauzer cut just like he always has gotten. I was very impressed and definitely will be returning.!!!
