Feline Medical Center Houston, Texas

I have been taking my cats to Dr Moran at Feline Medical for a number of years. Dr Moran and her team, especially Catherine, are always kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Every time I go, I feel they care about my cat as much as I do! I have had limited experience with Dr Sims and Dr. Jong, but I can state they are also excellent. caring doctors.

I felt that all my questions were answered and they took the time to listen to me. They also had great connection with my cat, Baby, the end resulted with me and my cat leaving feeling happy and satisfied :))

Feline Medical Center is a great place that specifically handles cats. I felt I had time to take in everything during our appointment and make an informed decision. They also can schedule home visits for euthanasia which is really important to us. I can tell they really love their feline patients. I’m grateful that we found Feline Medical Center.

Absolutely wonderful visit, handled my cat with extreme care, was able to answer any and all questions or concerns I had. My cat was only slightly uncomfortable with the vets, which is a DRASTIC improvement over a visit with other vets, and I attribute this to the amazing care of this center. Would recommend, 11/10.

A little expensive but I feel that I got the quality care that I needed for my kitty that was sick. I went to a cheaper place and they bumbled everything & didn’t diagnose her. You get what you pay for. Dr. Jong was so thorough and seemed to deeply care about my Chloe. Thank you Feline Medical Center

I can't more grateful for the care that Dr. Moran and Tech Rachel provided for my baby in the last moments of his life. It was a relief stepping into the clinic and knowing from the very start that they actually cared. They listened to all of our concerns and most importantly made him feel comfortable. You can rest assured that your baby is in good hands. For the first time, going to the vet with a timid cat was a calm and peaceful experience due to their expertise and compassion. As a pet parent, nervous about my cats serious condition Dr. Moran was able to calm my worries by explaining everything about his case thoroughly. They treated my baby with gentleness and respect. I started bringing my senior cat here for boarding, and have now transitioned all 3 of my cats for vet care as well. Everyone is nice and professional. I have seen 2 vets and both were very down to earth and easy to discuss care and issues with. Very happy we made the switch to Feline Medical Center!

LOVE the Feline Medical Center! They take their time with us every time, we never feel rushed. Super friendly and caring, especially when it comes to the loss of a pet.

I have tried several doctors and spent alot of money on my cat. Not ONE doctor took the time to listen or even do a proper exam. In frustration- and my cat's condition getting worse- I decided to look for a doctor who treats specially cats. I found Dr.Sims.. She listened to me. Took my concerns and my cats condition very seriously. She took her time and did the best physical exam with such gentle care I have EVER seen any vet do. Dr.Sims and her staff treated my cat and I with respect. They were very knowledgeable about professional. My cat is already feeling and looking better over night. This is the best she has been in a year! I could not be more pleased, nor could my kitty. I am forever grateful to Dr.Sims and her staff. She is definitely gong to be the my cat's doctor . WE ARE VERY PLEASED ! EVERY CAT PARENT SHOULD ONLY TAKE THIER CATS HERE! SERIOUSLY.

It was a great experience despite the emergent conditions that we presented with. Everyone is professional, warm and caring. I would highly recommend, and I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

Dr. Jong and the vet tech Catherine (Cat) are angels . My cats have never been so relaxed after a vet visit.

They were all very sweet in the office! My cat warmed up fairly quickly and everyone was well informed. I plan on going back for any needs I have for my cat! They also offer decent plans to keep your cat/kitten updated on shots, wellness visits, etc.

Such a positive experience! Both of my kitties were rescued from a house fire a few hours before they were seen. The staff established two cats as new patients and they were seen the same day. So thankful for their help!

So yesterday was my first visit to this clinic. My 18 month old cat (Milo) was acting strange, like he was sick. I was frantic and Angela (the receptionist) was very comforting and caring. They were able to get me a same day appointment with Dr. Sims. I came in and was immediately shown to a room and within 10min a vet tech (who’s name I forgot, I’m sorry!) came in to take Milo’s vitals. He was reasonably a little skittish and wouldn’t come out of the carrier so she got on the floor with me to help get him out. She was so gentle and sweet with him! He didn’t make any any fuss or anything while she was looking at him. Afterwards, she went to go get Dr. Sims and again, it wasn’t more than 10min before she came back. Dr. Sims is so very kind, comforting, knowledgeable, responsive and dedicated to her patients! She told me everything that we needed to do for Milo to feel better and she walked me through each and every step. I am extremely pleased and my big baby Milo is already feeling better! I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Sims, she will be the doctor for my cats from now on.

I called and made a new patient appointment for my cat. Then on the day of the appointment, everything went perfect. The technician asked questions over the phone, then came to my car to get the cat. Then the veterinarian called me to let me know how the visit was going and recommendations. The overall visit was very professional and personable. I was very pleased!

My cat (and if we're being honest, me) is very high maintenance. It's one problem after the next, and Dr. Moran is SUPER amazing and patient with all of our needs and questions. And we (I) have a lot of questions. Everyone is always welcoming and they truly seem to care for our bubble kitty. Can't recommend them enough!

Excellent experience. They did everything same day and I got results of tests and clear instructions re how to care for my fur boy. They came very highly recommended and they were wonderful with my cat. He made himself at home in exam room :)

Took in a stray cat that was very anxious and difficult to vaccinate at another clinic. At Feline Medical Center they are patient with her and they do not try and rush her through the appointment. I could not ask for anything better!

I've been taking my (sometimes difficult) cats to The Feline Medical Center for years, and I'm always impressed with how thorough and understanding everyone is, but especially Dr. Sims and Angela. They're always very patient with my cats and explain what's going on in detail. Although I've been coming here for years, I've had two important appointments in the last six months for medical concerns where Dr. Sims walked me through step-by-step what to expect. Dr. Sims and Angela were able to make my cat feel comfortable and didn't make me feel like I was being as neurotic as I know I probably was. They have a way with cats and people!

Everyone is always professional and friendly. Very caring towards all my cats. I love that it always so quiet so my cats are not anymore stressed than they already are. Never a long wait time, usually within 5 minutes of appointment time if even that.

They have always been the best of the best. Staff is wonderful and I know my kitties are getting the best care around.

You know it speaks to the quality of care & interpersonal skills in an office, when a 5~star rating is given at every visit…Due to the Pandemic, i wasn’t able to meet Dr. Moran in person until this week. Nonetheless, she won me over on the 1st visit. Not only getting my senior kitty quick relief but listening to my concerns. What? This is unheard of! Having worked in medicine for many years, I know how difficult it is for a physician to allot extra time to patients. For this & several other reasons listed, all My Kitty Business will go to The Feline Medical Center & Dr. Moran. =)

I have been taking my cat to a veterinary clinic for the past 3 years but decided she needed a cat specialist doctor. Due to Covid, I was instructed to call when I arrived. A tech came out to get my cat for the doctor. The doctor called me after the appt with an update. I was impressed with the amount of time she spent with me discussing my cat and her allergies. I have found my new vet! I highly recommend this facility!

Awesome place! We had Dr. Moran, smart and kind. The whole experience was the best I’ve had with a vet in years and reasonably priced too! One kitty had good news one kitty not so good but I was told straight forward and given meds that are working. I canceled my last vet and am here to stay. Thank you to Catherine and Eva for making us all feel at home. Star and Zeus thank you too????‍⬛????‍⬛

The staff at Feline Medical Center are very caring and professional. They always manage to fit in an appointment for me when I need one at the last minute. Highly recommended.

An excellent clinic devoted to cats! Our fur babies have been treated with the utmost in care, and Dr. Sims goes the extra mile to keep us informed on the best course of treatment for our babies. The staff is also outstanding! They are always professional and courteous. When we call the office with a question, they will quickly and happily find the answer or solution. They will also make follow-up calls the next day to make sure everything is okay. I would not take my fur babies anywhere else! ????

The team at the Feline Medical Center always takes care of my cat and my concern with professionalism and timely responses. They truly care for your cat. Would 100% recommend to other cat parents.
