I tried to call to ask a couple of questions and you can’t seem to even navigate through their extensive let me say very extensive automated system I was on the system for 15 minutes when I finally gave up. It must not be worth it to go to the clinic if they can’t seem to take the time to have a simpler automated system where somebody can actually get through to speak to someone. Definitely not coming here

Took my kitten in to be spayed. Excellent work. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly, go above and beyond to get your pet taken care of. Honest about what is needed. Truly care for the animals and humans! Can be a long wait but i like that they call you to let you know you are up in line that way you don't have to just stand outside.

I have used both locations and they are both very rude. The staff is not efficient at all, there are many girls just standing around doing nothing while one of them is helping one person at a time however there's 2 counters and there is plenty room for multiple guests with social distancing aloud. The last visit to this location there were several people sitting on the many benches inside and the weather was great why would you make people wait in the freezing cold?? shame on you!!!! I would rather pay full price for an office visit elsewhere else and be treated with respect. Animal alliance is better and worth the drive.

Real professional great staff and prices are affordable. They take the time to explain the recovery process and directions to follow.

The vets and workers are so amazing and they cared so much for my dog even though we had to go back twice. I’ve used them twice now for my dogs spay and neuter and I recommend them to everyone!

There is only one reason people go here, and it has nothing to do with all the rude people that work there

The entire staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions. They show true concern for our pets and the prices are good. It's a walk in clinic and my wait time was minimal.

I was a customer with the wayside location Epet! But when I went to the Monroe location Epet! I was amazed!!! My puppy is now eating!!! They knew exactly what to do!!! Thanks team Monroe! Laila and I love yall...????????????????

Fast, affordable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that loves there pet and in a budget.

They are good but the working are slow as hell working the computer and walking like they don't have a care in the world.

They always have the meds I need for my cats at a reasonable price. Love it! They just got their annual shots there.

I would highly recommend Emancipet. They are very professionald and very inexpensive. Only drawback is they are very busy and if you can't stand for several minutes in line you might want to bring a folding chair or something.

Emancipet is amazing. They offer affordable pet care for reasonable prices. They operate on a first come first serve basis. Depending on what services your pet requires will determine the wait time. My experience has been you wait outside to get registered, then if there's a long wait time they'll text you when it's your turn. Sometimes it can be a 2 hour wait. Staff is extremely friendly and trust worthy. They are mask required and observe social distancing. The location was clean and they offer water for pets waiting.

Even though it was a walk in clinic, we got seen fast. They were extremely kind and efficient. It was a bit of a drive for me but I will definitely be back for all of my fur babys' needs. Thank you!

I made an appointment in the and took my little dog to get spade. There was a line but they moved us as quickly as they could. They text me in the afternoon to let me know how my dog did. I picked her up at 5:00 p.m. as instructed. They are so much cheaper than what my regular vet wanted to charge me. ????
