We are still in treatment with our dog's allergies. And these folks are super knowledgeable and explain everything! Our dog, Lilo, is doing much better!

I'm not sure how to put this review into words, and I usually have a lot of words, about a lot of things. It's not talked about enough how dismissive and let's face it, downright cruel the medical community can be to both people and the pets they advocate for. After months of being dismissed by both vets and doctors, Dr. Rossi treated both my dog and I with more kindness, respect and love than most people I've met, let alone medical professionals. Despite hundreds of emails (seriously - hundreds), they never made me feel insane or crazy. They fit me in fast, and did everything they possibly could to respond, react, and help my dog in a desperate and delicate situation. Dr. Rossi and his staff are angels in every sense of the word. And for the first time in an eight month battle, it felt like my concerns were actually HEARD, addressed and taken seriously. That when my dog walked into the clinic, I could breath a sigh of relief, not dread of more medications, follow ups, and irrational charges. I didn't write this because they need clients, they don't, but because everyone, doctors, patients and people should know how special this team of kind hearted, fair, thorough and smart this team is. Key word: kind. Most clinics and doctors are an in and out money machine, and right off the bat, you can tell, Dr. Rossi never forgot his medical oath or bedside manner. He is incredibly smart, thorough, patient and diligent - wanting to solve problems, not put a bandaid on them. You and your pet could not be in better hands at this clinic. <3 In Book II of "Rhetoric", Aristotle defines kindness (or selflessness in my opinion) as "helpfulness towards someone in need, not in return for anything, nor for the advantage of the helper himself, but for that of the person helped" and THAT sums up the team at Coastal.

Fantastic experience thus far with my West Highland Terrier. Dr Rossi and his staff have been super caring, responsive, and reliable. Our 15 month old dog has had skin issues (resulting in multiple infections) since 3 months old. Although our first visit hasn't cured her with the plan we left with, Dr Rossi has been genuinely helpful to get to the root of this, and make her quality of life (as well as our trying to care for her) better. Highly recommend.

It was complete and immediate relief upon meeting with Dr.Rossi and his very capable team! Our girl Billie Jack was in dire straights and truly suffering when he sized up her multiple problems. Dr.Rossi's intuitions are spot on just like his ability to detect small but significant details. We knew we were in the best place possible to get the answers we desperately needed! Dr. Rossi is so kind and very helpful. My dog has been having all sorts of skin issues and I have taken him several times to different vets trying to figure out a solution. I believe we finally got some answers and hope this is now the road to recovery!

Dr. Rossi is extremely generous with his knowledge of pet skin care. Maggie (Lab) had chronic ear infections, yeast infections and skin inflammation. With Dr. Rossi’s diet recommendations Maggie is looks and feels better than ever.

Outstanding care here for my GSD mix. Cleared up an Ear Infection that the regular Vet could not manage. Excellent care, excellent and caring staff. Highly recommend! Also, the doctor urged me to take our older GSD to a neurologist, which we did at his urging. She has a bulging disc that would lead to loss of hind leg function. She will have surgery to repair it in a couple weeks. WONDERFUL Caring people! Thank yo u!

Currently working with the doc to address my 9 year old dogs long standing aggressive allergies. I’ve tried basically everything and have been to multiple vets and this is the first time I feel like we are really getting somewhere with some results and on getting to the root cause of it. This vet is so wildly excited about what he does for a living and it shows. Even in the initial consult I could tell he REALLY nerds out on this, goes above and beyond to stay not just up on, but ahead of, developments in his field and I mean his résumé really just speaks for itself. So if you’re really in it for the long haul to work through your pets issue, this vet is too. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Rossi is the best. He helped my baby Lola get better and she is the happiest dog since her itchy skin situation has been addressed.

I can not thank them enough for what the doctor and his staff have done for my furry feline Lily. She had the worst ears ever and only after a couple visits she was back to playing again with her sister. Thank you so much and Lily is looking forward for her next visit in a couple weeks.

We love Dr. Rossi!! He had seen our previous Alaskan Malamute, Miki, for a skin condition and he fixed her!! Today we took in our new boy, Chief, another malamute, with a concern he may have a zinc deficiency (ZRD) because we know Dr. Rossi is familiar with this disorder when most primary care vets aren’t. Fortunately Chief doesn’t have it. Yay!! Chief did well with Dr. Rossi and his vet staff too. Dr. Rossi takes time to speak with you and I appreciate that. I ended up buying 2 bags of the treats they were giving him. Chief loved them that much haha.

Amazing doctor....i went to 4 different vets for my dog allergy-infection...this is clearly the best...i recommend this veterinary office to everyone....god job dr Rossi and staff.... Veterinarian nurse Kimberly was amazing as well....thank you guys. This is the best doctor ive seen in a long time....Andy thank you as well.

My dog Bailey has been seen at Coastal a few time now and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Rossi is an outstanding veterinarian that truly cares about his patients. Veterinarian nurse Alex is just as great and treated Bailey just like she was his own. I would hands down recommend Coastal!

My dog Bailey was helped , correction, was saved by Dr.Rossi and his nurse Alex. They were both so incredibly kind and thorough with their questions and examination of my pup. My dog has had severe itching around his stomach for a while and i finally decided to do something about it. Best thing I did. Best money spent.

Dr Rossi and his team are the best. They genuinely care about animals. When’s the last time your veterinarian sat down on the floor with your dog??? ????. Or knew your dogs name when you walked in the door? If you have any issues with skin or ears with your dog or cat, Dr Rossi will take time to explain what is happening and provide a treatment plan that WILL work (as long as you follow the instructions).

Dr.Rossi and his staff are amazing, they love your pets like there own and treat our babies from their heart. I love that Dr. Rosie actually gets down on the floor and plays with my big baby instead of just examining him and moving to the next patient. They are all the greatest!!!
