I would do a commercial for Echo Lane if they would let me. They really care about your fur family and their paying customers too! Dr. Dees just spent almost 20 talking to me on the phone about the challenges that my 15 1/2 year old kitty has. She never rushed me and offered many options to get her on the mend. The entire staff has always been professional and courteous over the past two years or so that I have used their services. Thank you!

We really like this vet clinic. Exceptionally fried staff. They take our concerns seriously and answer all of our questions. Very solutions focused and take into account our pets unique needs. Affordable compared to other vets in the area.

The entire team is amazing. After moving further away from my previous vet, I was not sure how our visit would go. I am happy to say that they truly care about your pets well being and am thrilled to have found such a wonderful vet. I was concerned about my doggies leg & was assured it'd return to normal in no time, which it did. Two of the team members also trimmed his nails while holding him lovingly & talking to him to ease his nerves. Very genuine team with honest recommendations. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Dr Michelle is the best! She spent over an hour on a surgical removal on our old schnauzer and he is alive and well! What a God sent angel! Thank you for your heart and dedication for all animals young and old!!

First time visit and it was such a great service and fair pricing. Came for my kitten having redness in her gum and doctor gave me medication for it. I was thinking it would be $100 for just that but it wasn’t. It was a good price. Will update and see if medication works ????????

Dr.Haglund and all of the staff here are so kind and thoughtful you can tell how much they love on your pets! They make you feel heard and answer all of your questions, even take time out of their day to listen to concerns and personally come to your car for updates! 5 stars isn’t enough

We first went here before Covid started and our dog absolutely loved it. But when we made our next appointment for a check up, they switched the vet without letting us know. We couldn't go in with the dog because of Covid and she did not know the new vet, and freaked out, and they muzzled her to give her check up. She did nothing but cower on her bed the rest of the day. We went back recently for an issue she had, and she hated it so much they couldn't even get her on the table.. They now suggest that we sedate her with pills and bring her in.. Switching to a different vet.

We LOVE ELAC! Our new pup Buddy (fka Barney - AJL) LOVES Dr. Frye and her staff. Whenever we pull up to the clinic, he literally jumps out of the window to get inside and walks in with his tail wagging. Came to be seen, called and a lady named Brittany put me on hold and proceeded to be on her cell phone giggling. Keep in mind I’m at the door looking right at her. While the other receptionist looked busy. My tech was amazing LOVEEED Maria! She was very informative and sweet! Mayra and Fatima were amazing when I called back with questions! And Graycie was helpful carrying my heavy dog inside ! Great team just one rotten tomato.

I have been coming here for 15 years and I have never been so unhappy with this clinic. I came in about 2 weeks ago and I got a reminder about something that I literally have gotten done, they tried to charge me for what I already gotten done! Also my dog saw a different doctor and this doctor forgot to give me medication! Also the receptionist took forever to answer the phone and when I asked questions she never knew any of the answers. I don't understand why everyone that was working there is gone! Mayra isn't there neither is Fatima or Zeah. They were always amazing! They answered the phone with such love and now it sounds like a voicemail. Honestly i'm only still there because MARIA is still there. If she isn't going to will be working there either I WILL BE LEAVING. Dr.Frye and Dr Haglund are amazing ! Def recommend them. Honestly I hate this new clinic, they need to go back to how things were.

Please dont waste your time at Echo Lane Animal Clinic. Worse place ever. Dr and staff!!! Waste of time after I spoke to them about my situation. Lesson learned. Not everything on the otherside of the freeway is best.

First time coming to this hospital and it was an awesome time and we got back good news from the veterinarian today thru text and my wife and I are very pleased with your services. We will be transferring out two dogs over to your care as well. Thank you all very much in what you do for our four legged family members. And Gracie is one of the vet tech's that helped us out thru it all and she is amazing, she made us feel like we are at the right place for our new kitten who we found out is a girl thanks to the professionals at Echo Lane.

Echo Lane animal clinic is the best I’ve ever been too ! There are so sweet especially Fatima the receptionist, she was the sweetest and most kind and helped me with every concern there was regarding my dog. Also the staff is super sweet HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I am so disappointed in Echo Land Animal Clinic. My parents have been customers for 40 years. One of their dogs had surgery a week ago and had a check up this afternoon. Their other dog which is about 7 lbs has quit eating. When we called at 9 this morning to see if they could look at the smaller dog today or during the other dog’s appointment, we were told they had no appointments available until Monday. When we commented that she might not live that long, they “accommodated” us by working her in on Saturday. (Today is Wednesday) Pitiful.

Dr. Frye and all of her staff are absolutely wonderful not only to my fur children but to me and my partner as well. We all love coming here, and their prices can't be beat compared to nearby clinics. When my 13 year old lab mix, Maya, had a neurological emergency she didn't hesitate to get us in the same day, and thanks to Dr. Frye, Maya made it past Christmas and New year's! Initially we weren't sure if she would ever walk again, but thanks to everyone's compassion at Echo Lane she's walking on her own again like nothing ever happened. We absolutely love this clinic and simply cannot sing enough praises to do it proper justice. ????????

We love this place! Our dog has a lot of anxiety meeting new people and especially at the vet. Everyone here was so sweet to him. They allowed Sergeant to come meet and greet them on his own terms. Dr. Frye even did her exam for him in the lobby area to avoid any added stress. Every time Sergeant comes for a check up every staff member remembers him by name and he is always happy to see them!

They are quick and efficient and offer a great level of care and knowledge. They actively support rescue dog groups that need help and truly care about your animals. All of their employees are responsive and helpful even with the busy part of drop off and pick up. Maria was the Vet Tech that brought our still puppy out to us after surgery and she did a great job of explaining the issues to watch for. They have genuine compassion and care for our animals.

Excellent pet care at affordable prices. Dr. Frye is awesome.

The doctors and staff are beyond sweet and amazing. I brought my dog here to get spayed who is insanely hard to handle and they did SO well with her! I am so appreciative of this clinic for taking such great care of her. Although I work at an animal hospital myself I will for sure be recommending people here without a doubt.

This facility is very friendly and have a nice and clean place for your pets. The staff makes sure that u are very satisfied before leaving. I adopted a puppy awhile ago and i had brung my puppy in to get check they where very understanding with everything that i was explaining to them and they helped me.
