They are not my regular vet but they made time to see Macie because I was so scared and didn't know what was going on with her. I am so grateful and would recommend them to everyone.

First of all, Dr. Schwears is great. She took care of my pup and showed a lot of love and appreciation for her when she needed a biopsy done. We were so happy with the thoughtfulness they (doctors, reception, vet techs— everyone) showed her! BUT, there are caveats to being a regular customer here. Every time you go in (regardless of what it is for), you’ll pay an examination fee. I brought my two dogs to get a bordatella vaccine ONLY (and even called ahead to confirm the vaccination price). They charged for the vaccine, naturally, but also charged a $58 exam fee for EACH dog. The exam consisted of checking their ears, heart rhythm, and weight. I came in expecting to spend about 55 dollars, and walked about spending about 170. My advice would be to come to this clinic when it’s something relatively serious, and get your vaccinations/routines done elsewhere. They’ll care for your pet, but are ultimately there to make money.

Edit: Spoke to Paige today to try and get my dog in for a nail trim and to buy a bag of CET hextra bones. Paige enlightened me that she was not happy about this review and has decided to end the vet/pet relationship. Hmm, people usually get mad when they are guilty of something. She did ask if I remember what I wrote and I absolutely do. I'm not the only one with lost records! I've noticed a few front of house employees were missing... I bet this is why! My review will stay and I will make sure everyone in my area is aware of these issues so they can make an informed decision. After years of visiting I'm done. What's more concerning is they lose records. No records of prescriptions they prescribed yet i have them in front of me. Missing records of heartworm testing. Its a pure money grab. Plain and simple. Losing prescription records is concerning to me though. Of course with covid 19 I can't go in to show proof. Avoid this location if possible. Also, if you lost your job due to circumstances like covid 19, don't expect a courtesy from them. 6 year patient here.

Super nice staff and they all seemed super knowledgeable and seemed to treat my dog great! The only reason I’m frustrated leaving this rating is that when I called the day prior to boarding my dog, I asked the question “is there a examination or pre check fee” for my dog, I was looking for lactation and didn’t do this, and had locations in mind. For convenience I went with Winrock and over the phone, 100% was told there was not that and that it was $22. I come in today for pick up and have a $67 charge added for an examination. I definitely tried to establish my case of I was told completely wrong, but nope they wouldn’t budge at all which is frustrating. I’m a new customer and really was told wrong. Lifetime of a customer over a one time payment I won’t use them again if you can’t own up to your own mistakes.

Be aware!!!!! Ask and confirm the price before they do anything. I am not happy with them. I took my cat for his 2and shot which supposed cost around $40 I ended up paying $175 for stuffs which I didn't ask (I told them I'm not there for check up, my cat is healthy just need the shot).

The staff is super courteous; they were helpful and clear of what my dogs needed, they also helped me to get a reasonable price for the medicine my dogs needed, I will be coming back with them whenever my dogs need anything.

They are very professional and friendly. Most of the basic works I need to get done are here because I can’t rationalize going anywhere else. They will always be my 1st choice.

Dr. Banks, Dr Campbell and the other doctors, the front office staff, and all the technicians, especially Jen are the BEST. They care about the animals and their owners. My family has been going there for over 20 years. The office is no longer convenient for us, but we wouldn't entrust the care of our four legged family to anyone else!!!!

We have been using Winrock Clinic for years and they have always gone the extra mile to help us with our dogs needs. Highly recommend establishing a relationship here.
