Did a good job on my little cuddles. Removed 24x teeth.price was reasonable. Service was great. I appreciate their curbside service with ipad.

Dr Farmer is great. This is our primary vet and we have been very satisfied with the care and service.

Brought in a stray kitten that I had found and was thoroughly impressed with the doctor, staff and pricing. Will be bringing all of my pets here from now on!

Dr. Farmer and most of his staff are very personable, welcoming and warm. I went to this clinic, which was way out of my way, because I wanted to make sure the health certificate for travel was done well and indeed it was (with a minor mistake, which did not affect the outcome). Would it not have been for the change of price from what I had been quoted two months back, I would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, when I was shocked to find the new price for the certificate, the lady at the front desk showed little care for my concern and basically told me it was my fault for not confirming the price this time around. Responsibility is on the customer, I guess, when the clinic changes prices in two months, it’s my fault for assuming I’d pay the price they’d given me two months back. If she had showed a little more understanding for my surprise, I would have felt better but she was dismissive and short. If this is a normal practice to change prices within a couple of months, I would not go back despite the kind doctor and most of the other staff members who were very sweet. I would expect to be informed of price changes in most businesses.

!!! I called, did the call me back thing. I got called back less than and .5 hr later. Got seen less than an 15 min. after the call (short distance). Mrs. Tanya puts the "awe" in "awesome"!

We trust Dr. Farmer and his staff blindly. They are always polite and available whenever we have made emergency as well as routine appointments. We have never had any issues with this office.

I had to make several visits with my new pup (bad breeder) but Dr. Farmer and his staff have been great. You can see their love for animals. My pup is mending well and is now very healthy.

Ok, hang with me because this will be a lengthy review. To start off, I would like to acknowledge how stressful the process is to import live animals to other countries.. whew! It’s a whole ordeal. They need an international health certificate which entails a health exam to be completed only by USDA certified vets within 7-10 days prior to departing the country. After completing the exam, the vet fills out the form specific to the country in which you will be visiting/living and electronically sends it over to the APHIS to be reviewed, signed and embossed. From there, the shipping label (that the vet clinic is responsible for sending with the electronic paperwork) is attached and sent overnight back to the vet clinic. Now that we’ve covered that part I can get into the issues with the clinic. Firstly, Dr. Farmer is amazing! He is truly so knowledgeable, personable and up to date in his practice. He makes sure to educate you on issues your dog has and recommends the best treatment for those issues. My issue lies with the receptionists. This process was explained to me as a smooth process that they handle all of the time. I was assured that completing the health exam and sending the paperwork out a week prior to my departure would be enough time to receive the documents back. I hadn’t heard anything 5 days after my appointment. No updates whatsoever on how the process was going and the status of the documents. Because of this, I deemed it appropriate to place a phone call to the vet clinic, as my flight was in less than 48 hours. At this point, the receptionist informed me that they had messed up one of the dates on my paperwork initially, and that it had been resubmitted two days ago and that it hadn’t been approved yet. After hearing this, I went into panic mode (as most people would after spending so much time and $ on the process). I was following up throughout the day every few hours for updates. As I could sense their annoyance over the phone, I asked if there was any tracking info or ways I could follow up for myself instead of calling, to which they said there are not. Fast forward to the next day. I still had not heard anything about the status of my documents and I was down to 20 hours before my flight, so naturally I called to follow up. It was at this point when the receptionist became rude. She let me know that “no matter how many times (I) call, it wouldn’t speed the process up” and that she would call me if there were any updates. She also informed me that “the vet is the only one who has access to check the status of the documents, and that their staff is too busy to be refreshing the screen every 10 minutes.”all of this to say- my documents came in time but the responses of the staff at the desk answering the phones made my anxiety far worse than it needed to be. Customer service is the backbone of a great business, and until this issue is fixed, I cannot consider this business the 4.8 stars that they are rated. The sad thing is, I wanted to make this my primary vet for my dogs entirely because of how impressed I was with dr. Farmer and the office during my in person visit.

I came to this veterinary office last week because I recently adopted a dog and we went in for an overall wellness check and vaccines. My dog was really nervous given his new surroundings and the vet team did and excellent job of handling him and making him feel comfortable. They were all very nice and helpful.

Can’t believe my Dog can’t be seen by the Dr! She was seen about 4 weeks ago and given rabies shot and brought heart worm and flea meds! She was seen for dermatitis! The scheduler refused to see my pet fir a growth that was overlooked! My son said she had this growth last time! That was an emergency! Like all the rest of your Er drop off! The staff is very unprofessional and the issue is not schedule later ! For I believe she needed to be seen on an emergency bases! I read reviews from other customers and I also don’t want to return my pet with such callously run pet clinic!

Hands down the best vet experience we have ever had. Even in our difficult time. We will absolutely recommend you to all of our friends.

Hands down our favorite vet we've been too. The Dr always spent the time to have the conversation with us even if it was just random questions and careless conversations we were never rushed. We didn't even truly live in the area, but made the extra few minute trip. Never felt pressured for unnecessary purchases or given bad advice as far as what the Dr told us VS Google.

Very attentive, caring staff. We trust these guys 100% with the care of our pets.

I have been seeing Dr. Farmer since he was still in his facility off of Harrisburg. There is no one I trust more with my babies! He is so kind, honest, and is someone who truly cares about animals. Highly recommend him and his staff!

It was a good Vet visit

Oh my goodness. I went based on a friends’ recommendation and brought my 2 rescue kittens this morning for a wellness check and vaccines. Staff was so friendly and loving to the kitties. They ran around the exam room and loved on the vet tech end veterinarian. The doctor himself was so fantastic. Wonderful bedside manner and so thoughtful. He was sweet to the kittens and they adored him and felt so comfortable. I felt it was an affordable clinic as well. Definitely found our forever vet!

They treat our furbabies like their own. Dr Farmer is compassionate, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the best care. I also rescue kitties, and more times than I can count I have been squeezed in with emergency kittens. He follows up, even if it’s late at night or a weekend.... just to see how our bb’s are doing. We are thankful to have him. Dr. Farmer is our furever vet.

Dr Farmer and his entire staff are always extremely helpful. Every time I leave it's cheaper than I thought it was going to be and he has no problem talking you through whatever concerns you have. The entire clinic the entire staff and Dr Farmer himself should be the gold standard for how that visit should go. I'll use them until the day they close their doors.

Great neighborhood vet. Make sure to verbally tell them what you want for your pet because they don't read the paperwork you fill out online.
