I can't reccomend Devoted Pets for pet cremation services enough. They were very respectful and helpful. They did not judge me for cremating my pet rats (both in terms of my unconventional pet choice and choosing to cremate such a small animal) They were able to get me in quickly and after they had passed and return their remains in a timely fashion both times. (not immediately though. i believe it was the day after i called, but i don't know the process for a larger animal) Prices are reasonable, not only for the cremation service but also the cases for the remains, and the engraving option. The wooden cases are beautiful and well made. I have cremated two of my rats with Devoted Pers when I lived in Houston, and I wish I could've used them again with the boys that have passed here in Washington state.

Devoted Pets came to my home to pick up my precious girl (giant breed) due to her cancer after we put my beloved pretty girl to sleep. I had nothing but wonderful experience with them. They were so patience with me as I asked multiple questions about the Private Witness Cremation. For almost 3 hours I was there (private witness cremation), they were very accommodating to me, answered all my ignorant questions and gave me a lot of spaces with my moments. Their patience and compassion they had shown me made the entire the process of grieving and coping easier. If you would like a personal experience with private moments with your beloved pet, they are my number 1 recommendation.

Devoted Pets saved me a huge deal of stress when my bearded dragon suddenly passed. Never in my life would I have guessed a process like this could be so easy and painless. Beyond grateful to have found Britt and her facility; her compassion coupled with her expertise was very reassuring during such a trying time. Extremely reasonable prices as well!

I cannot recommend this company enough!! The owner has gone above and beyond for me three times now, providing excellent service from beginning to end, even delivering to me when my scheduling did not work out. Most recently, they helped me out with my best friend's pup this week. Previously, I lost my oldest cat Fourth of July weekend during the pandemic. (Three days later, his best friend also passed, and their ashes are together in the same engraved urn.) With my kitties, I knew it was coming and had attempted to contact several companies in advance. Devoted Pets had the quickest and best communication by far, as well as the best prices. When we pulled up, I realized part of the reason for the great pricing is their location, but don't let it fool you - the inside is nice, they have a ton of different options, and the staff is amazing. They truly are caring and professional and they have my business and recommendations for life. Please hit save and bookmark this page so you know who to contact in hard times.

My husband called several places when it came time for us to have my 15 year old Toy Fox Terrier euthanized. I had literally had her for half of my life (since I was 15) and it was an extremely difficult decision. I had long ago decided that I wanted to have her cremated so that I could keep her with me. The places that bothered to call him back weren't willing to cremate her separately. And I did not want "communal ashes." When he spoke to Britt, she was helpful and informative, and she seemed to genuinely care. We set an appointment for after the Veterinarian visit, which was two weeks out. During that time, our cat unexpectedly passed. When my husband called again, Britt recognized him and was able to fit him in that day and we got a private cremation for our cat, as well. Britt is very patient and understanding. She walked us both through the process (separately, since I was too upset to attend our cat's cremation). She let us place our pets into the chamber ourselves. And we were even able to have them cremated with their favorite toys. For our cat, she placed the ashes into a wooden urn that she had ready. And for our dog, she placed the ashes into an urn that I had pre-purchased and brought in. She was respectful of our needs and handled everything so professionally while remaining personable. Britt chatted with us during the process and made us feel at ease. She was pleasant and I truly enjoyed her company. This experience could have been an awful one, but thanks to Britt it was actually very relieving. I got the closure that I needed without being overwhelmed. If and whenever we have to go through this experience again, I am glad to know that Devoted Pets Cremations and Britt will be available to help us through it. My pets' remains are in good hands here.

Britt was very helpful during a very difficult time. We only had to wait two days to get our baby back. She went above and beyond trying to get a good nose print for jewelry I plan to have made.

My sister Kennedy and I had two small senior dogs, both very close in age, I believe 10years old. We had an all white Maltese (Roxi) and a black and white Shih Tzu (Moomoo) They were initially our Mothers dogs. Sadly we lost my Mother in 2013 to pancreatic cancer. (She was 46) Once our Mother had passed, my sister and I took ownership of them and have loved and cared for them ever since. It was the hardest decision me and my sister both had to make. We weren’t ready to let them go. They were our baby girls!! But both of us knew it was time. It was time to bite the bullet. While searching for a Pet Crematorium, I came across Devoted Pets Cremation and Memorials on Google. The shop was close to home, and it had several fantastic reviews. I was instantly sold by reading the reviews. I got in touch with Britt a few weeks prior to our dogs passing, to gather information. I wanted both of our girls cremated together and in one urn. I asked about pricing, how the process works, what to expect and any other additional questions I had. Britt answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and informative as well as sweet and patient over the phone. I was holding back so many emotions during the call, trying to keep my composure. This was my first time doing something like this. I’ve never been in this position before. Britt was able to provide some relief for us and walk us through the entire process. On Wednesday August 19th, 2020 our Shih Tzu Moomoo passed away in our home with us by my sisters side. Shortly after, we had taken her sister Roxi (The Maltese) to the Vet for a scheduled Euthanasia that same day. Both dogs were very old, sick, and had severe health problems. Once we left our Vet, I had called and spoke with Britt to let her know we were on the way. We brought them to Devoted Pets Creamation and Memorials. Upon arriving, Britt greeted us outside and held the door open for us. I brought my sister, and my sisters childhood bestfriend with us for emotional support. We sat down and browsed the urn selection they have on display in their office. My heart sank into my stomach because I had came across the EXACT same urn my mother is in. (We had our Mother cremated) Im talking about the same exact urn my mother is in. What a coincidence! It was almost meant to be!! Both my sister and I were sold. Britt then walked us through everything. We wanted a pet mold, with both of their paw prints on the same mold. The mold is beautifully done, theres also a small hole in the mold so we are able to tie ribbon/string around it and hang on our Christmas Tree. We also had the urn engraved too. Britt was able to take some hair clippings of their fur as keepsakes. The clippings are placed in a small sealed clear bag. Once everything was finalized we said our final goodbyes to our pups and headed back home. Fast forward to Monday August 31st 2020. With all the Covid-19 and Hurricane season going on, I expected a delay due to everything that has been going on in the world. It didn’t bother us at all. We are very patient and understanding people. We knew they are in good hands. I cannot put into words how happy me and my sister are to have them back home with us! I met with Britt and she greeted me with a nice bag of all the contents we had arranged. Britt pulled everything out to show me. I was pretty much speechless because everything was beautifully done and packaged nicely! I just kept thanking her for everything. I really recommend Devoted Pet Creamations and Memorials. I had a great first experience with Britt and the whole process itself. We miss them both very much and know they are in a better place! We spent every day of the last decade with them. So many happy memories we have with them! Thank you to Britt and the whole team again for everything! You guys are awesome!

Edit: Gladly. I both emailed and called (left a voicemail) seeking information and stated it was urgent. I never received a reply to either. I was extremely disappointed considering the good reviews you guys have. I was expecting a call back for hours and never received one so I searched elsewhere.

Britt was so kind when our elderly labrador, Sammy, passed away. She even offered to drop by our home to pick him up, then dropped off his urn afterward. We were comforted during this time of grief that she was taking such good care of Sammy. Highly recommend!

Earlier this week, we lost our beloved Roxy whom we had for the past 10 1/2 years. My family and I were completely devastated. Thankfully, Devoted Pets came into the picture and everything just fell into place. Pricing is excellent, and most important, the care and compassion that they showed was out of this world. Only took a couple of days from the time we dropped Roxy off until we were able to pick up. I would recommend them to everyone who is in need of their services, and will use again in the future.

From start to finish Brit helped get me through the loss of my 13 yr old bullmastiff, Austin. Grateful my vet mentioned Brit, even though that practice offered the cremation service too. Devoted Pets was actually cheaper and with awesome service. When she picked Austin up from my vets, Brit sent me a text to let me know Austin was in her care. A few days later she contacted me to let me know Austin was ready to come home. Brit personally delivered Austin to my house. She had such an honest empathy and thoughtfulness. Unfortunately, I will go through such losses in the future and I will call Brit for her loving touch as another sweetheart crosses over. Love hurts but worth every kiss.

If were possible to add more stars for the care and compassion for the grieving human family and the loving respect for the remains of a piece of our heart.

We are glad to find Devoted Pets Cremations at last minute. We asked for a Friday afternoon witness cremation at Houston Cremation Services two days before our beloved dog to be euthanized. The lady kept saying they cannot work overtime and kept pushing the time way ahead even after I told her that we need some times to mourn. When I called DPC, no one picked up the phone and I left a message. Within 10 minutes, Britt called back and helped me through the process. She was very passionate and caring when I met her in person. Britt is the owner and will try to accommodate your needs. Their prices are also very reasonable which includes two complimentary different style of urns and name tags on urns for you to choose. Thanks Britt for making our difficult day easier. ❤

Devoted Pet Cremations came into our home late in the evening to pick up our baby girl , Tinkerbell, after her passing and stayed with us to allow each family member to say good- bye. Tinkerbell was also part of our family for many years and as difficult as it was to let her go, this process was handled very professionally and respectful. I truly love her paw print that was made and treasure her hair clipping.

My sweet 13 year old pet boxer Oliver died at home after an year long illness. Which was still very shocking, being he was very happy and active that day. When it came time for him to crossover. We believe he wanted to be alone, and ask to be let outside. When he found a spot laid down and died quietly few minutes later. My entire family was devastated. The next morning I called and left a message with several companies. I received a call back within 15 minutes from Brit. But I didn’t pick Devoted Pets Cremations because they called back the fastest (which the did) or because the had the best prices (which they do). I picked them because they were very compassionate and caring and took the time to explain the whole process. I decided to drop Oliver off, for a private cremation. They returned him to me within 3 days with a beautiful wood urn with his name engraved on. I decided to not upgrade the urn. Because my family decided we are going to spread his ashes on our property in east Texas buy our lake in the spring. Where he loved to swim with our kids and spent most of our holidays. In the meantime he’ll be on our mantle, so the others he touched can come and say their goodbyes.

I highly recommend this place, they where professional and caring. My kitty passed over the weekend and they promptly showed up even after business hours. I really did appreciate what these people do. It makes a difficult time a bit easer. God bless

Brit made all the difference for us during a difficult time. My daughter and I are extremely grateful for the referral to use Devoted Pets. I am writing this review so others can also benefit from the care, compassion and professionalism. If and when we need this service again, we will definitely call Brit.

If you have lost a pet, this is the company to go through. Britt was absolutely awesome and compassionate. I called on a Sunday evening and received a call back within 30 minutes. Unlike the other few places that I called to find a place I could have Angel, my dog, put to rest, Devoted Pets is a genuine company that provides an exceptional service and helps people. Through other I received quotes as high as $600 to have my pet cremated, before they added on their "it's Sunday and it's late" fees. The other companies I talked to seemed like the person on the other end of the phone had no sympathy for my loss and did not even want to work on a Sunday night. When Britt called me back, she was incredibly sensitive and understanding, and I could tell that she CARED about what she did, and she understood what losing a family member feels like. She did not charge me a penny more for the fact that grief struck late on a Sunday. In fact, when I got in touch with her, she was almost home for the night, but turned around with no hesitation. Although Angel weighed around 95 lbs, the cost was very reasonable and affordable- which goes to show the values of the company. I would recommend only this company to anybody who has lost a pet. Cannot say enough good things about Britt and Tony at Devoted Pets. We lost our 18 year old Shih Tzu and were heartbroken. The compassion and care given to us all and our beloved Gizmo meant so very much. Thank you Britt and Tony.

Recommend without reservation. They are so kind, professional and made everything so easy. We got our dogs ashes back the next day in a lovely box and it was really nice, in a sad situation, to work with people who genuinely care and who handled everything perfectly.
