I truly from the bottom of my heart am so thankful for Dr Robert's and her amazing vet tech staff. They were so helpful and worked with me as much as they could. Coming from the vet field myself. I fromike they did all the right things in trying to diagnose my baby WINTER. She end up need foreign body surgery. But she is home and thriving like nothing ever happened. But she hmgave me a heart attack. Thank you again to the staff.im so grateful.

I take all my cats here. They love them there, but ways. The Dr.s are very friendly, informative, and caring. I have recommended them to a couple of my cat loving families. ????

These people are crooks. They will suck every dollar out of your wallet then create excuses for you to spend more money while your pet suffers. I definately would advise caution if you choose to use them.

This place is great!! The customer service is amazing and there not like those other places that lie to you and are in it for the money. They really care about you and your pet. I really recommend this place!!

I love this place. The people here are so sweet and their pricing is good, not crazy expensive like some vets. They continue to do a lot of curb side which is ok with me. Them being Aggies is an added bonus ;)

Love this place!! When I had to put my dog down because he was having heart failure they gave us the time we needed before putting him down even gave my kids a Dr. Seuss book about pets. When I got my next dog this is where I went again. Cypress Falls has that small town vets office feeling! They care very much about your pet and when there's a problem (like my dog not allowing anyone to cut his nails) they work hard to find a solution. Wouldn't trade them.

Kind, caring, dedicated staff. Friendly will go above and beyond. I have since transferred all my animals records here. I recommend this place best vet we've ever had.

The only vet I trust! From Dr. Roberts to Dr. Edwards, I am just extremely impressed about their knowledge and their compassion. The front desk is stellar too which is hard to find. I could not recommend them enough!

I decided to switch to CyFalls Animal Hospital from another big animal hospital in the city, and I will never look back! Dr. Halbrook is AMAZING to work with, and you can tell she genuinely cares about your furry loved ones. I was surprised at first to get a call from her after an appointment, because I haven’t had a vet who reached out first, but she asked for updates on my dog’s condition and just from that, I could tell she was perfect for my dog. Not only is Dr. Halbrook so nice, easy, and accommodating to work with, but the front office staff and other veterinarians are as well, since I have gotten written prescriptions from them. They work very efficiently, tailor your veterinary experiences to how you like (cost-effective with best options), and they are so easy to communicate with. They don’t care about only making a profit, but rather helping your pet have a healthy life and giving owners a peace of mind. Dr. Halbrook does not overlook anything. She prefers to get down to the details and only give medication or treatment if absolutely necessary. Nothing done here is aimless. I am so glad to have been paired with Dr. Halbrook and her associates who are especially so patient with my mother, who has a bit of an accent, and help her understand anything if she is confused. We are blessed to have found this great team here in Cypress!

They take care of my girlfriends Yorkie 'Tippett' as if he was one of their own. Their knowledge and care puts my girlfriend at ease everytime she has to take him there.They have wonderful staff and amazing Vets.

I waited too long to post this review, mainly because I don't want this practice to get too busy for me????. I have been so impressed with Dr Morales, not only is she smart (as expected with any vet) but she's also compassionate. I have tried so Many vets in the Cypress area and most of the time I felt they were either too expensive or uncaring or too busy (or all of the above). Dr Morales is perfect (which is the best compliment i can ever give), i always felt I had her undivided attention without feeling rushed. Her staff has been great too, even when I had emergency situations they were able to see my babies the same day and coach me through the situation (since i get very nervous). If I had all the money in the world i wouldn't hesitate to bring babies to her, that simple. Thanks Dr Morales!! ????????????????

I took my senior dog here to have her checked out and found out that she had some major underlying health issues and the best option for her was to put her down. Although this was completely unexpected, Dr. Bourne was extremely compassionate and held my hand through the process. I know that my dog was in the best of hands. Thank you to all of the staff for your kindness during this transition.

Today was Sky's first visit. I am very very happy with how it went. All the staff were courteous and gentle with my Chihuahua. Dr. Roberts was genuinely interested in my dog's care. She took the time to address all my concerns. I was offered an estimate prior to any additional tests. Prices are definitely reasonable. I have found a new home for the healthcare of my dog. Thanks so much!

My cat is lethargic and has not eaten or drinking water for 4 days now. Charged $240.00 for blood work, cerenia injection and sq fluids. He went to his scratch board when we got home at 5:00 yesterday has been there ever since crouched and unresponsive. Vet said he was dehydrated. Hes not laying on his side sleeping, just crouched with his eyes like slits and his head hanging down. I'm scared hes going to die and they dont know what's wrong with him to cause dehydration. Oh the vet recommend a 4 pound bag of food that that cost $40.00 that they sell. They dont care about my Rocket. I've made an appointment at my vet Thrive Affordable care for tomorrow. I went to CFAH to get emergency help. I got nothing to help my Ricket.

My pup was treated with the best care. The staff are very patient and the doctor has the best bed side manner. This was my first visit but I will be returning.

We’ve visited here twice for my dog. The staff is amazing!! So glad we found this place. They were gentle, caring, and loving with my dog each time. Will definitely be back next time.

Highest standard of care. Dr. Edwards is the best vet we've ever had for our cat. The staff is friendly, and professional. Our cat has had a difficult 2 years health wise and Dr. Edwards has guided us in making the best decisions for him.

I love everything about this place. The prices are extremely reasonable and the care my dog receives is point on. The vets take their time in explaining step by step (dumbed down for me to understand) what’s going on and talk to me with respect, patience and care. My dog had surgery here for a hematoma on his ear and was given the best care I could ask for. You can tell the staff loves animals and cares for each and everyone that comes through their doors. They make stressful situations a little more easy for you especially in times where your animal is in pain and needs surgery. Not only is my dog cared for with respect and kindness, I am as well.

I am beyond impressed with every single member of the staff. Bar none the best vet experience we've had. I came to cyfalls after being referred by a former staff member..with a very sick puppy. The level of concern, empathy and follow up from cy falls is incredible. The admins, vet techs and doctors have all shown both my dog and I what real care looks like. We're so grateful to have found this place

I love Cypress Falls Animal Hospital! I have a “difficult patient” and they always treat him like he is one of their own! They always work around his “temper” and bring us in when there are no other pets around. They genuinely care about him and they take their time. Dr. Hallbrook is very knowledgeable and she gives great advice to the owner. Whether it be treatment guidance, food recommendations or health concerns, they are always eager to help!
