Love the veterinarian here very down to earth knows what she is talking about clearly loves her job just 10/10. Very affordable vaccines and check ups will be bringing my bonito back for his next visit. As you can see very happy boy now <3

I went as an emergency as moms dog had been feeling bad for days and was at a point where the dog could stand or walk on its own. Called as a walk in and they willingly accepted us to come. Dr was super friendly and bilingual which is a plus. She explain everything to us in full detail at all times so we could understand what was going on. Dr truly does care for furry animals. Thank you for being a great clinic!!

Went to meet a lady that was going to foster kitten, she was late and vet or vet assistant came from back extremely rude. I have 3 dogs I would not TRUST HER WITH THEM AT ALL. Hateful attitude, don't like your job get a new one. EDIT it was ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT FOSTERS. SOOOOO READ AGAIN. YOUR JUST POINT BLANK RUDE! EVEN OTHET PEOPLE MADE COMNENTS!

My dog Shadow pulled a muscle in his leg and they took great care of him! We did have to wait awhile because of an emergency but the staff was great and friendly!

If you want a vet that will call you at 8/9 PM, never emails you back, and is unprofessional in the few responses you do get, go here! I have brought my dog here for over 4 years, but due to reasons unbeknownst to me, we have been dropped as clients. I only was made aware of this because I called for his Trifexis prescription, for the third time mind you, and was told we were no longer welcome at copperfield. I asked why, I of course was flabbergasted being as we have always come here since moving to Houston. I got no explanation and no warning. For the past 4 months it had been on my mind that I wanted to change vets. There was a change in the quality of care we got around this time. But due to the busy nature of my life, we did what was convenient and continued to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I should not have done this. The thousands of dollars we have spent here when we could have gone somewhere else for cheaper, but decided to stay loyal. The hours spent driving because we have never lived close, gone to waste. We were loyal to them, they were not loyal to us. Too many times to count they did not email me as promised, nor return my phone calls. When they do, it’s always very late. Anyone else go to bed early nowadays or is it just me? It’s not acceptable for a vet to call so late, I expressed this. Maybe that’s why they dropped us from the books. The staff were consistently rude as well, always having an attitude and never an explanation as to why they hadn’t fulfilled their obligations to us. I paid good money to get my dog seen here, and they don’t even have time to email the documents? Don’t tell them you need anything by a certain date, they do things in their own sloth-paced time. I had had an issue with Bentley (my dog) having partial seizures, the vet was not even aware of the type of seizure he was having. I had to explain multiple times what was happening. She told me, “Oh he’s just anxious” seriously? How is it that a vet cannot recognize a seizure. I asked them to perform an allergen test on him during an appointment, they never did it and never informed me that they hadn’t until I specifically asked about it. Save your money, save your time, save your frustrations. Do not go here. You will be vilified if you need clarification or documentation. Which is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Dr Goldberger is top-notch. A very nice vet clinic. Be advised, they open early for drop-offs, not to accept emergency patients. And the quality level of the staff averages high, but there are some who still need some experience to improve. We unfortunately had to put our dog to sleep, and they couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Looking forward to happier visits in the future.

Absolutely never any availability no matter when I've called to bring my dogs in they are never able to see them. I'm so sick of it. I was really happy with the service we received. It was a little bit of a wait but the staff was super friendly and worked efficiently once we were seen.

I just wanted to share my heartfelt experience about Copperfield animal clinic during my first visit today. My 13 1/2 year old Chocolate Lab Roxy had been dealing with vestibular disease for about 3 weeks. First time she got it she stumbled a bit for a few days but recovered back to normal almost 100%. About 2 weeks later she had a severe episode which lasted 5 days where she couldn't barely walk and stopped eating (didn't even want people food) / throwing up. Tried medication for vertigo but didn't help enough. I knew it was time to end her suffering but our normal vet was closed on Saturdays so we found Copperfield Animal Clinic. We gave them a call and even though they were booked solid they managed to squeeze us in. I felt the Vet along with everyone else was very compassionate and understanding. She gave me all the options & ultimately decided it was best to say goodbye to my sweet girl. The process of putting her down couldn't have been any better. I held onto her with tears flowing from my eyes as she passed so peacefully & for that I'll be forever grateful & never forget! She was my Best Friend & I decided on cremation with a paw print casting so she'll always be with me until my time comes. I plan on getting another Chocolate pup in the future at some point after mourning & the time is right. Copperfield Animal Clinic will be my future Veterinary choice & once again I want to personally thank them and all their staff for the care they provided my girl Roxy during her final moments. We've been with them for 13 years. After our cat died while being spayed at another place. We decided that the rest of the cats we get fixed will be here. It cost more, but we didn't lose a cat. Plus, they're bilingual (Spanish/English)

They've taken great care of our cat, Carter! Our poor kitty was attached by another neighborhood cat and suffered some pretty horrible puncture wounds and scratches. We brought him to Copperfield Animal Clinic and they patched him right up! Carter had been reclusive and not eating since the attack but the day after his treatment he started feeling much better. This is the second time we've taken our cat to Copperfield Animal Clinic and we will continue to trust them with out pets' health needs. Thank you guys!

Love this place! It was under sad circumstances because our 1st there was to put our old baby boy YoYo to sleep. Seeing the way they treated our baby as well as the family there who all loved him so much, We’ve been taking our other dog as well. They’re very caring, polite, not to mention welcoming. Great customer service...If I could have I would give them 10 stars because 5 is just underrated for this facility. Thank you all for your services.
