I have been seeing Dr. Bringhurst for years. He is a remarkable vet and person. He has always suggested pragmatic approach to my pet's ailments and never suggested expensive/unnecessary testing or treatments.

Very pleased with Dr Bringhurst and the staff. They're kind and caring and take their time with you and do a great job of explaining things to you. Prices are lower than most vets I've been to. I highly recommend this vet - you're treated like family.

Horrible service, I’m dealing with an emergency they left me on hold for 8 minutes, finally she comes back and I explain what’s going on and instead of offering any advice or assistance the lady just says oh we aren’t accepting any new clients and hangs up on me.

Quick Service. Will fit you in if an emergency pops up. It would help if they could list service prices online or in office but they are comparable to other veterinary office/hospitals. Dr. Bringhurst has been around for a long time. He is very congenial and easy going.

I never post reviews and I hope Dr. Bringhurst sees the review. Our family has been coming to this vet for over 7 years. Dr bringhurst is a wonderful vet and takes a practical and conservative approach which we appreciate. I have always felt that my fur babies were in great hands with him. We live in the area and I have referred neighbors to this vet clinic over the years. However, my older dog again who has been a patient for over seven years had an episode. I called the office on a Saturday at 8:01 am asking for an appointment. Saturday hours are from 8-1 pm. I called out of courtesy vs just showing up because my dog wasn’t in pain and stable and we could of arrived at any point during the day. The lady that answered the phone told me they have no appointments available I said I understood but It was an emergency. She refused to give me an appointment told me they were working a half day and they don’t put dogs down on Saturday. All I wanted was my vet to do an assessment, diagnoses, and give one of his conservative recommendations that we trust. So here I sit at an emergency clinic were a vet that doesn’t know my dog will be making the recommendation during my vets office hours. I expect more from my vet I hope this is just a lazy employee who wanted to leave on time for the weekend. I hope that Dr Bringhurst would want to know that this is the message that was given to his customer. However based on this experience and the message I receive on how this office operates we will go somewhere else because a vet should be there for your animal during the hours of operation. Dr Bringhurst if you want to hear more about this experience it happened this morning and this is the Oliver Family the dog is Bella.

Dr.Bringhurst is AMAZING!! The entire staff actually is!

Took one of my fur babies. They Performed unnecessary tests. Charged me 700 bucks. Said she was perfectly fine. 2 weeks later...ketoacidosis set in. She was diabetic and they missed it. Go to Hearth stone on 529. They care about pets...not money.

Dr. Swanson was wonderful and I love that he didn't try to throw the whole book at my dog. Instead is waiting to see how she heals on her own and has her on preventative antibiotics.

Love the small family atmosphere. We have had 4 dogs and they all were patients of Dr. Bringhurst. He takes time with you and your pet, and your dogs always love him.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bringhurst. He loves our dog, always has new ideas for how to handle any issues with our pup (chewing, ear scratching, etc). His staff is just as wonderful.

Never bring your pet here. They are the most unprofessional organization I’ve ever encountered. One thing, and only one thing was clear when I went there. They do not care about a pet in distress.

Me and my mother take our furbabies there and Doctor d is amazing!

They took great care of my dog, went for ophthalmology and felt like they really addressed the issue.

Dr. Bringhurst is absolutely the BEST VET I think I have EVER ran across since owning my first dog in early 90's. He treats your baby like his own. He knows our babies are OUR BABIES and COMPLETELY gets it. My dog wasnt nervous, & neither was I. He spends time with you, and answers any questions you may have. I finally have a vet I can COMPLETELY have faith in. Compassionate, sincere, & an absolute joy. He TRULY CARES .... you can tell!!!! That's why he's my new vet to ALL my babies. Thank you Dr. Bringhurst!!!

Dr. Glaze has kept our bulldog's sightsustai Ed for several years.

Really honest and they don't force to take a treatment for you pet when is not necessary. And they give more options better for your dog ???? or cat????.

I've taken my service dog here for 2 yrs for her annual eye exam. The staff is friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

From the other reviews the veterinarian sounds wonderful. My complaint regards the woman who answered the phone this morning. My rescue cat is having eye surgery on Monday morning so I called the Animal Hospital side to see if while he is there they would take some blood for a simple combo test. She asked if he’d ever been there before and when I said he had not, she said no they wouldn’t do it with no explanation. When I attempted to ask questions about why not she said “I’m not going to argue with you”. Who was trying to argue? I think such a great vet would be better served by someone at the front who can be more gracious to new people and explain what they can and cannot do. She might also listen better so that she even knows what the potential client is asking for. Maybe she’s having a bad day but she was very unwelcoming and in my view, a poor representative for the vet.

We have been seeing Dr Bringhurst since 2000. I could not recommend him more highly. He's an A&M vet who knows and loves the animals. He has a great manner with them as well as their owners-I have had many great conversations with him. My dogs and cats have never been anxious with him. He treats them as if they were his own. My border collie mix lived to 16 with no issues and my gray tabby cat lived to 21. Dr Bringhurst took excellent care of both of my animals and is now taking care of my 4 year old terrier mix and my 9 year old DSH cat. His fees are beyond reasonable...so reasonable as to make me wonder why he does it....it is certainly not for the money. It is because he loves what he does. He loves every animal that comes through there. He has a passion for helping them. They just don't get any better than him. 5 stars is not enough.

Dr. Bringhurst has treated and loved two of our golden retrievers and our one very-mean cat. He is a great vet with an honest and healthy approach to dogs. He loves dogs and they clearly love him back. ( My dog never knows she is getting a shot and she LOVES going to the Vet! When our last dog died of cancer, he was completely honest which allowed us to choose the treatment option best suited our dog and our family.
