Always amazing service. Vets are helpful and knowledgeable.

They are wonderful and great. We have them for several years. They took care of my two dogs for years. Staffs are very nice too.

We love how professional and courteous Brookdale Animal Hospital staff are. We came from another vet office who was very judgemental and expensive. Our boxer dog just had surgery at Brookdale Animal Hospital, and I was quite shocked at how affordable it was. Highly recommend them!

My furry baby Turbo died on July 22, 2021, but Dr.'s at Brookdale Animal Hospital did their best with my baby that had renal infection with hydration and went into renal failure. I thank God for our 13 years together.

Front help very rude argued with me last time no big deal. Like 3 Months ago .my 12 ur. Old takes dog back up there with grandma,they said she and her dog was not allowed back .

Dr. Deschamps is the best! We had an emergency with our Shih Tzu for she sustained an injury at the grooming salon. Her animal hospital where she had been going to since she was a pup was unable to provide care. After calling around town, my hubby went into this place. Dr. Deschamps immediately took our injured pooch as top priority. She treated my pooch cleaned the wound and sent her home with meds. She really showed more compassion than the average vet in town.

It always had being a great place vet place for your love ones. I can said I had always go there since Dr. Duchamp was in the across building in the dominoes place. To me they are the best drs for animals that really care and love helping your dogs or cats.

First of all, I have been a customer with Brookdale since 1986. My family has had many pets and have recommended many many friends to them. The office is always clean, professional but also friendly & like family. Services are extremely reasonable and offered on a as needed basis only. The front office staff is great, and even if they don’t smile sometimes because they are always busy, they are friendly. I have been loyal to Brookdale as they have been loyal to me. You can also order their products online just ask them for the email. Super easy, super fast. Thanks Brookdale for all these years of love you have shown our furry friends and our family.

We love our Dr. Keener! My kitty enjoys seeing her, even though he doesn't like to be at the vet. She is so thoughtful, kind, and educated about veterinary matters. The people at the front desk are also helpful.

They were really patient, they left a good impression, she came home with no stress. Thank you for helping us, and providing a wonderful experience for my beloved dog.

I’ve gone here for years, with 3 of my dogs through out the years. Thankfully my dogs have lived long healthy life with the exception of skin allergies and I haven’t needed to go as frequently. I’ve seen multiple vets there and I can say the vets are nice and helpful. There is one staff member in particular , who’s been there for years (most of them have), and she always has a terrible attitude and horrible customer service skills. As a healthcare provider myself , I would imagine that as people deal with their pets( who are loved family members) health concerns , that perhaps being friendly should be a must. My husband has also gone on separate occasions and mentioned the exact person to have a terrible “stank face “ as he called it. I hate to give this facility 3 stars, however perhaps it’s time to train your staff to be kind and compassionate or at the very least fake customer service skills .

Office Manager doesn't care about anything except money ! No compassion at all

This vets office is hands down the best. My poor baby got sick and they diagnosed, did surgery, and were very knowledgeable. Always got us in really fast. We had to go many times. Prices beat anyone else by far. Dr Deschamps and her group were awesome. I’m so thankful for the time I got to spend with my Coal before he crossed over. Thank you so much for your time and effort.

I used to live right next door to this place and though now that moved about 25 minutes away, I still bring my animals here because the doctors are great and everyone who works there cares for the animals.

Went there in 2016 & it was great. My cat has an appt tomorrow morning for an ultrasound to rule out pancreatitis.

The veterinarian was nice, but the one staff member in particular was rude and condescending when I asked for a copy of my dog's files. JUST GIVE ME THE FILES WITHOUT THE SASS, PLEASE.
