Took our Hermann tortoise here bc I was worried she was sick. Extremely happy with the service and quality of care! Everyone there was super nice and a wealth of information. The Vet was happy to answer questions and took his time and care with each patient and family:)

We brought our kitten in this morning with an emergency! He was drooling and his left eye was swollen shut. He was making weird noises. We rushed him in and were accused of trying to cut in front of customers that had appointments and turned away...IN AN EMERGENCY! I will never go back to Dr White's facility.

It is difficult to find veterinarians that will see guinea pigs and even though it took me 50 minutes to get to the office, it was well worth the drive. Dr. White was very polite and took time to answer all of my questions. It’s clear that the staff here has a passion for animals and a gift of hospitality.

Dr. White is the best vet!! He has saved the life of my animal baby several times and is such a nice person. I love him. His staff are excellent!

Being new to adopting a pupp.Our pupp Lobo got sick at night. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist said they were booked all day but to bring him in first thing in the morning. brought Lobo in and the Veterinarian was able to check him out. To me that's a person that cares. Thank you Briarcrest Vet. Clinic!

best vet clinic i have ever visited. i've never felt more comfortable and secure with the care of my birds, and will never visit anyone else but dr white. he and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and dr white even took / called us one on one to make sure the care of our cockatiel was secure and right. i love this vet more than words can describe.

Guinea pig was put under anesthesia for a teeth trim and passed away the same night.

Just called to try and make an appointment, front desk seemed to be very upset that I called about a guinea pig and before putting me on hold let out a huge sigh and said "fuuuuck" not sure if I was supposed to hear that or not but I think not. After a long hold, was then told to try another clinic because she was too swamped to make me an appointment....

I really recommend anyone who loves there pets to go here....the staff is very nice and helpful.....and the doctor is very knowledgeable in wat he does....he really helped me with my bearded dragon....and really helped me get him back to full health..... there's no question about it....Dr.White knows what he's talking about.......10 out of 10......

I love dr white. I've had animals for over 30 years and he is the best. I hope he knows how appreciated he is in our community. Every neighbor I talk to goes to Dr white for good reasons. He is the best!

The front desk clerks were very rude. Didn't help us at all After a misunderstanding and talking to the correct people, we got exceptional service. I am very pleased and will continue to see Dr White Thank you ????

Dr. White is amazing. He spends time with you and explains everything. He treats your pet like his own. My dog is very healthy and happy under his care. Minus 0.5 star because the front office staff could be better in terms of communication

Was very impressed with Dr. White. He spends his time talking to you about your pet and answering questions. Brought our rabbit in for neutering and cost was so affordable.

Dr. White and his staff are so caring and attentive when it comes to the health and longevity of the animals in their care. He takes the time to both examine your fur (scaly/etc.) babies and fully talk to you about what's going on, action steps, questions, or anything else. He doesn't just rush you out the door to get the next patient in. Our little girl cat, though she doesn't really enjoy leaving the house, has always seemed at ease and well-taken care of when we have need to go there- unlike the previous vet who asked us not to bring her back. She's a very sweet, docile cat, so we believe something happened to really upset her and rub her the wrong way that they would've had a bad experience with her. At any rate, we've been nothing but pleased with our visits to Briarcrest and Dr. White. We would definitely recommend him. He's sees/treats all kinds of animals, too. Not just dogs and cats. One customer today was waiting on the Dr. consult when picking up his rabbit that was going to need syringe meds, and another was waiting on a Dr. consult when picking up his snake! Seems like it must be a great medical place to bring all your animals. If you're looking for a vet, go for it!

I love Dr White. He's great with all animals and very educational with his patients.

Dr. White is probably the smartest, friendliest, and has the most knowledgeable experience of any vetenarian in the Greater Houston area, if not the state. He specializes in reptiles. His front desk staff are A-1 as well.

Dr. White is awesome!! He has been so helpful with my leopard gecko and bearded dragon!! And I’m very impressed with the low cost of the visits. Only 40$ for a check up and 22$ for a fecal test!!

Today was my 13 yr old boy doggie's last day on this life and Dr Larry White was his doctor. Thank you, Dr White for your compassion & loving care.

I brought my beardie in for her first check up, driving an hour away just to see the closest “exotic specialist”, everyone there was very kind and showed that they cared for my baby, doctor white had even told me “she is the healthiest dragon we’ve seen in a very long time”, he diagnosed her with very common worms in her tummy, said she only needed one dose and she’s perfect! we left that day having zero worries about our healthy girl. A week later she loses her appetite and hangs in the cool side, I thought this was just her going through brumation (reptile hibernation) since I was informed my dragon is perfectly healthy, I ignored it to be anything else. Today, A month later, my dragon has passed away from LIVER DISEASE. correct me if I am wrong but I feel as if that should’ve been diagnosed in her check up. I am severely disappointed in Doctor white for steering me wrong.
