I dont remember the names but basically everyone was really patient and polite. Location pretty accessible and clean.

My first time there with my little Kiara and felt like I had been going there for years which I will .the staff was very professional and Dr A was great!

I was particularly pleased that the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The waiting room was quite busy and I was able to observe a large amount of staff involved in the operations of this veterinary practice. I thought it a little odd though that short time tasks were given to the dogs right in the waiting room in front of everyone such as the Cytopoint injections. It was not a red light to me but it was still odd .

I have been a customer for 20+ years and have taken 4 cats for care at Beechnut Animal Hospital. The staff are kind, caring and efficient. I would not think of going anywhere else. The facility is absolutely spotless as well.

My dog has been to Beechnut a number of times over the years. I haven't always been able to go to them because we have moved around a lot but when I have they have always been the absolute best to both of us. Recently they helped her cross over to the next life and they were extremely kind, empathetic and compassionate to us both. I can't think them enough or recommend them highly enough for helping me through one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in my life.

Amazing. Everybody is nice-friendly. The front desk, the techs, vet docs are super informative.

Don’t waste your time with them . I’ve tried to schedule appointment for a week .

I want to thank everyone. I have had great experiences with you guys taking care of all three of my female dogs since 2008. I moved away from area and have tried other vets. But I must say you are top of the line. Your prices are competitive. I will only let you guys do surgery on my animals. You give the best attentive care. My animals always seem to be happy. They are never nervous when they come or leave. Thank you thank you thank you. Job well done guys

Like the vets. Staff is very nice, BUT I wish they would wear masks in upsurges of COVID. It bothers me to be in such close quarters with so many people. I live with my 93 year old father and it’s like navigating a mine field there when surges are high. I wait in my car, but still have to have close interactions with some of the unmasked employees. We’ve known six people to die of Covid, so this is not something I take lightly.

We dropped our cat off and in an hour she was dead, they call and left the most soulless, mono tone voice mail that she had "crashed" she was fit as could be. Then my girl and I called after hearing that voice-mail and they barely said sorry and j Iust wanted more money from us like this is just everyday stuff. I don't see how these ppl sleep at night, heartless tho and tho.

Very happy with Beechnut Animal Hospital. I was able to bring both cats in the day I called thanks to a cancellation. Dawn in reception was very personable and helpful; Julie the vet technician was kind and gentle with my 2 yo and 20 yo cats. Dr. Slack took time to discuss my concerns re: my elder kitty during the appointment and the next day when she called to discuss blood work results for my elder kitty. All-in-all, great service especially given how busy this practice appears to be. I'm very relieved to have found such a good veterinary home for my fur-babies.

This place took really good care of our dog (emergency surgery). The staff and the vet (Dr. Keidra Carmen) were fantastic. I am very grateful for all they did. Highly Recommended!!!

They are all great Dawn and Patricia at the front desk are very friendly and professional . They are top notch in my book and are always patient and helpful and caring about the animals. Although I will miss Dr. Matt because he has been the one that we have relied on for so long. Dr. A was very nice to my two small dogs Snowball and Duncan. Thanks for all being the great team that you are.

It was my first time in that place and I did it because my vet is extremely busy and did not have appointments available for this month; When I arrived the place was so dirty and for the record, I went with my dog ​​to where the assistant was about to take her blood test to my dog, an assistant who held my poor dog did it so hard, as if she was holding someone in a jail; my dog ​​panicked, she was such a bad-tempered lady, God it was barely 8:10 in the morning and she was so angry so moody, she should be kinder to animals I would never take my dog ​​there again, and not only that; They had all the garbage from the previous day uncovered, in the place where they were doing the blood tests and in front was the door where they were doing the surgeries I asked the nurse and she said yes Here we do the surgeries, but the place seemed dirty, she did not give me I trust to leave my dog, maybe the veterinarians are friendly and professional, but I didn't have time to meet them I ran out of that place,, My doggie is so sweet and beautiful and that lady treated her very badly without professionalism and was so rude to me I do not recommend this hospital

Awesome services. I've been bringing my 2 dogs and two cats since 2005. Patricia and Dawn are always very sweet and professional. The docs there are very good and nice.

I like this place because they are friendly with people and your pets, and would fulfill your need as much as they can. My vet, she was nice and professional too. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been going there since my dog was a baby, she’ll be 2 years in June, I’m very pleased specially the receptionists in the front office, they really like Lily, Thursday when I went, one person showed me a picture when Lily was only a baby, I was impressed, they are very professional and the doctor always returns my calls, I highly recommend them!

Dr. Slack was very thorough in her recommendations. She offered options that were best for my particular cat. I have used the services at Beechnut Animal Hospital for many years with a number of cats. I have seen different veterinarians there and they have all been top notch. The vet technicians are great as well.

For several years now i have been using the services of Beechnut Animal Hospital, I have never had any complaints about the service of their team or the treatment they have given.my Pets. That being said I did have a horrible horrible experience not to long ago with one of the new Veterinarian's they had added to their team. I can say that I am still using them as my pets Vet, This Is mostly Because of the great service i had always had and because of Patricia Cuevas. She actually took the time to speak with me and listened to my complaint in regards to that one vet. I will continue to use Beechnut Animal Hospital because they do care and over all have and give great service and care for all of my pets.

Great service, Great staff. They treated my little Buddy with great care and respect he didn't even notice when they gave him his shot. Everyone was super nice and made us feel really welcome.

I wasn't sure of leaving my Bebe Bella there because due to her dermatitis condition she had been rejected in other boarding, but in Beechnut Animal Hospital they treated us with respect and she was care safe and loved during her stay. Definetily I will leave her or other or my babys there without doubt.

I wanted thank the wonderful doctors who helped us with our sweet kitty Bloomy. We brought her in and y'all were so sweet and kind and very patient. As we had to do the hardest thing in the world. Putting my Bloomy to sleep. They treated us like we were the only in the office. Thank y'all again.
