Doctor Lowenstein always takes the time to explain what's going on and to respond to any concerns we may have. The clinic always calls to follow up after any concerns, surgeries, etc.

EVEERYONE is cordial, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't take my puppy anywhere else!

When my fur-baby is having a problem, the clinic works with me to get him in as soon as possible. After seeing Dr. Lowenstein, she always calls me with his test results and to consult about his care. She exhibits compassion for the animal as well as the owner. I would recommend her to anyone that loves their pet as much as I love mine!

We changed clinics recently and the staff at Braescroft has been very responsive in the care of my elderly dog. They have gone above and beyond. They even called me to see how my dog was doing on the new medication. That means a lot to me.

Staff is very efficient and have a unique way of making my pets feel at ease. They're even on first name basis, hehehe. Highly recommend to have your furry friend or friends to be taken good care of.

The Virus has affected the way they do business. But they have very knowledgeable staff and can take care of your pet's needs by phone, by curbside for the pet parent and their normal care for the pet. I like this office and the staff and have used them for many years.

I took my three month German shepherd pup, Rocky, here who was very sick when I adopted him and they saved his life. The cost was reasonable and the service was insanely top notch. Although I had a long established relationship with another vet, when I found a puppy that had major health issues, Dr. Lowenstein was able to see her right away. For veterinarian services other than true emergency care, you won't find better in Houston.

I was very satisfied with this my 1st visit for my pug, Bruno. The vet gave him a new patient checkup. Since we cannot go in the clinic at this time, the vet was Thorough with details of his condition and recommendations. Their pricing is reasonable. I will be going back.
