Excellent customer service!! Very accommodating , clean, kind and they open Sunday’s !!!

I wouldn't voluntarily visit here again, much less board or groom a beloved pet. I was here to help a family member get their pets vaccinated and it was the nastiest pet place I think I've ever been to. The grooming area was empty of pets and people but had enough old hair lying in puddles on the floor to form several new animals from. The equipment was covered in dust, dirt, and fur. The kennels I saw where dirty and so where the animals in them. There was an old urine smell in every room. One dog I actually got to see in his area had very little water and the area was very dirty. Not pet overnight dirty, but old hair and grime everywhere that didn't even match the color or length of the current dog. Not to mention the kennel he was in was tiny, he could only take 3 or 4 steps and then would be at the end of his space. No bed, no toys, and barely any room to move around in. There was not one single clean area in the whole place. I've worked in a kennel and been in several others for grooming or vaccination services, this is the first one I wouldn't go back to under any circumstances.

They are the best. Best solution for traveling. Nina My dog adore them. ❤ when she comes back....she missed them. So they are good. Thanks guys....

I swear Khloe Bean is smiling in her Best Friends photos!!! I wouldn't take my baby any other place. They give me a peace of mind with updates while we are apart. When I pick her up she's happy as can be!!!!

Will definitely be bringing my cats again here! She was taken care of and fed and when she was picked up I saw how well she was cared for!

They take care of our little fur baby. He's excited, exhausted and just ready for all the loves when we pick him up

I feel obligated to give it a positive good review. I know my puppy had a great time, she was 100% safe and the awesome staff even let me stop by and check on my little angel in middle of her stay. I want to thank the ladies and gentlemen that are taking care of my puppy !! However upon making reservations the past 2 times, I ask for cost and both times cost is diff when I arrive. Upon picking my puppy up yesterday cost was $146 but when asked how much total was going to be ineas told $103. I will def return but I will not be so nice when I return and they try and charge me another extras $50

I leave town often for work and always bring my dog here. Staff is friendly and attentive. My dog comes back and seems happy. Facility is well maintained and clean.

I went for our puppy intake on boarding and staff was amazing. Answered all our questions and quoted a price. Price , atmosphere and staff is an A+ . Can't wait for our puppy Max to experience his first stay.

I know this is a franchise and the rules come from somewhere else, as well as what the charges are, but I went here for a couple of years and was only ever charged the boarding fee and the play time I pay for. It was $44 per night. My last visit was $79 for one night and among the many new and nuanced charges is a charge to dispense medications. My dogs medication is in her food, so I got charged $9 to feed my dog. Trying to engage anyone staffing the counter on errors is an exercise in frustration best avoided. Just don't return. It was my answer.

The worst experience I have ever had with the dog groomers. Unfriendly people. Made appointment for the wrong day. Made no effort to correct their mistake. Never take your pet there.

If I could give them ten stars I would! Not only is the facility well taken care of for the pups but the overall customer service from Sarah and her team is amazing! They really focus on the customers and taking great care of the pups while the parent/parents are away. The prices are much more affordable then most places, they're in some comfy digs, and most of all they get plenty of play time! Any time I have a friend going out of town I always recommend them!

I travel for work, sometimes with a ton of warning and sometimes with no warning. No issues with me last minute boarding my cat. Staff is friendly. No issues when I call.

WARNING! Do not leave your pet at this place. I boarded my dog on Wednesday and as I was filling out paperwork they put my dog in his assigned room. As I was saying goodbye I noticed that he already was scared and pooped his bed. I called twice a day and they told me everything was fine. I was able to view my dog on the petcam. My dog is big but not aggressive. I noticed that other dogs were mean and aggressive andstill allowed in the group area. The people who were watching the dogs were not actually watching the dogs. I was out of the country and was not able to leave fast enough. I had to call my ex husband to rearrange his schedule to be able to pick up my dog. Once he picked up the dog, they told him my dog was misbehaving and had a bad night. I was never called or notified, but they still sprayed him with water and locked him in a cage. If you care about your pet at all, do not leave them here. I am not one to leave bad reviews or talk negatively about a place, but my heart aches that my dog was treated like this.

Non responsive to emails. They obviously don’t believe in customer service. My wife and I are concerned because webhave been out of the country for over a week and haven’t received any email correspondence (with great WiFi).This will be the last time that we leave our cat with this establishment. I am considering authorizing a family member to pick up our cat because we are concerned about it him at this point and we won’t be back until Friday.

Boarding for a decent price. Dog always seems to have a good time. Wouldn't recommend training program here though.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. This place is literal trash. I took my shih Tzu there for a cut, was told I should pick her up in three hours only to be called that it was going to take much longer. I’m always very cautious about that because she gets really anxious when she’s away from me for too long. Long story short, I don’t think the dogs are even provided with water. I picked her up, the cut was a mess, uneven spots all over the place and she’d never been afraid of getting groomed ‘till after I brought her to this place so imagine what they must’ve done to her!! That’s not even the worst part... Allie later became very ill and although she’d gotten all her shots, came up positive for parvo. My guess is they don’t clean cages or grooming tables between dogs. She had to have a week of antibiotics shots and fluids. Needless to say, I urge you guys to ask to be present when your dogs are being groomed so you can see conditions and treatment for yourself & if it isn’t allowed I would run out ASAP.

Really nice, there are some less just say not so nice. I've read other comments on the grooming, it's a pet hotel, that does and offers a grooming service . They've always done great work and they have a new groomer that does wonderful work. No complaints

Good place. Cats have a two level condo. The place sends weekly photos of your pet :)

Our dog has stayed here 20 plus times. They are excellent at caring for him and even send us an email with a photo attached showing how he is doing. My wife and I will continue to take our do to Best Friends.

Very cute place to take your dog for a wash, day care, or over night stay. Every 'hotel room' has its own theme, with a tv play 101 Dalmatians! Everyone was super friendly, and helpful. Will definitely be taking my dog back. They also have a cat hotel

Originally our dog was supposed to stay overnight but conflicts in our schedule arose and we were only able to give her a play day and a wash job (teeth cleaning too). Best Friends took our change of plans in stride. Both the intake person and the pickup person were very nice and accommodating for our little girl (dog). The only negative thing (which they can't do much about) was their location, which was about 6 miles (in Houston traffic) from where we were but Houston is a big city and any place Best Friends was located could be a stretch for someone.

Our dogs LOVE their adventures here. They stay together in a suite to keep each other company and tht makes their stay more enjoyable for them.

They did an awesome job grooming our border collie mix who has a lot of anxiety and hates baths and hair cuts. She's very wiggly and difficult to work with but the groomer here gave a her the best hair cut she's ever had. Thanks Best Friend's!

My little poodle is very spoiled. She goes to work with me, and she is with one of us, usually on a lap, at all times. We do not leave her often, but when we must, Best Friends treats her well. I love the daily photo service, and being able to add extra attention times for her. We left her for a whole week last time. I missed her terribly, but I knew she was safe and well cared for.
