I use to be a loyal customer before my Eva passed away and Bellaire staff called me I’m 2019 asking me about a negative review on them that I had nothing to do with today I tried returning but was refused service because of that review because the person has my last name and “miscommunication on both parts” they waited for me to update my profile with the new rescues I saved had me confirm appointment via email wait till the appointment and time of arrival to refuse service thank you for wasting my time I will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely a wonderful place with Friendly staff and Drs. Will be coming back for all of Shelly's needs now.

I've been coming to Bellaire Richmond since I was a child. They are always trying to help solve whatever problem you might have. I absolutely love all of the staff and doctors. I always think of them first when it comes to any issues or maintenance in relation to my little buddies

My boys are so comfortable going here! The Docs & Techs give above and beyond care for them and the Hospital is super clean and welcoming. Would recommend 12/10

Bellaire-Richmond is one the best around the area. Been taking my beloved pets for over 10yrs with them. Great services. I recently lost my beloved Nico, and they they were so comprehensive about his situation. Would recommended to everyone that has a beloved pet, they care about your pets.

Dr.Beckham is amazing !!! This clinic is fast and is good on pricing! Not only did Dr.Beckham explain what my puppy was diagnosed with but he also explained how we could treat it fast !

Excellent physicians esp Dr Tewary and staff. Everyone is attentive and very caring for my pets and their needs. .Covid protocols are in place.

I've been taking my pets there for years and I trust no one else with my pets.

Initially, I was gonna take my puppy to a popular televised vet until I read the reviews. I then checked for closest vet hospital (which is right around the corner from home) and the reviews made the decision easy! Sarae (tech) was nice and informative. Dr. Beckham was awesome!! They took care of my baby, Oreo. Explained everything to us regarding procedure and medication. My puppy even behaved for Dr. Beckham! I know I made the right decision choosing Bellaire-Richmond Pet Hospital for my family pet.

This place has been so good with my dog “Toby” and the veterinarian and staff thank you for listening to all of my concerns and feedback! Definitely recommend this place! Toby abs Jax out my babies

Best place to go. My dog was sick, falling down, getting sick everywhere. I was freaking out. Luckily we were referred there and the doctor was amazing. Dr.Beckham came in calmly and was so comforting. The exams took a few moments and he was very professional and friendly. The vet Tech Chris was also awesome. Chris explained all the pricing and procedures needed and made it to where I understood everything. The whole exam, along with blood tests, took only a few minutes. They had all the medicine needed there. The pricing was not as bad as I thought it would be either. Definitely worth the drive there. 100 percent would recommend. We found our new vet place.

REVISED 08/20/2020: Been coming to Bellaire-Richmond for over 20 years. Staff is pleasant & knowledgeable and the Docs are the best! Dr. Kennedy did a tricky operation on my cat and he is purrrfect now. Doc Garza is gentle and kind. Dr. White, if he hasn't retired yet, helped me raise my Jimi from the day he was born. Love, love, love these folks! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dr. Stephanie Kennedy is no longer with Bellaire Richmond pets nor is Dr. Garza. All the "Old Guard" have retired (Dr. Copeland and different Dr. Kennedy; Dr. White moved into part-time work)) Had 2 horrible experiences with the new people and that's enough. Will not be returning. :(

Love my vet, Dr Tawari. She's awesome and my dog and cat love her. The staff is also very nice and take good care of us all.

The doctors and staff members are extremely professional, loving to the animals/owners, and the total atmosphere is above any standards of a veterinary clinic/office. I will always come back with my dog and completely recommend anyone to bring their animals here!!!

My cat needed 2 staples removed from an injury treated by Vergi. Two other area vets I called wouldn’t help me but BRPH welcomed me on the spot and, without an appointment or charge, removed the staples and wished us well. There are multiple vets working here and in my brief time in the waiting area I witnessed a level of kindness and professionalism too seldom seen these days. One woman with her dog was sensitively explained a final days’ plan and comforted with genuine empathy and patience. Another couple shared they’d been long time clients and the whole staff seemed to share a familiarity with their banter. It’s a nice environment. I am active in the Houston rescue community and am delighted and confident in the level of care this office gives its patients and their humans.

I actually was there to pick up a cat for adoption. Staff was awesome and friendly!

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Beckham was very attentive and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. Definitely a pet friendly environment.
