My animals have been going to this Vet for years. My experience has been good. I moved further away and still bring my animals here. I recommend.

It was a little more pricey than the other vet clinics. The veterinarian almost quoted everything I said in the comforts of my home-word for word. Odd, right? But they did see the stray cat I found and gave him, XOX(cat's name), his shot and optical medication that he needed. I was appreciative that they managed to squeeze me in-since I was a walk in. Overall, they provided friendly and courteous services.

I’d give them a negative zero or below if possible. I don’t normally make reviews, but I was very specific on my pets needs over the phone and they had me come in and spend a lot of money on my pets needs(mainly x-rays), just for me to find out afterwards they didn’t have the right vet to help me with my pet... All while the assistants side eye’d me. I felt VERY uncomfortable. My money spent there was completely wasted. I would NOT recommend this location AT ALL.

First visit for older dog. These folks are super! I chose a vet closer to home and had records transfered. I was impressed that the vet had reviewed them and become familiar with my dog's history.

Never have seen a more inefficient and incompetent veterinary office. They require 6 month appointments for all medication when every other office is annual, so they can bring in more money. They require exorbitant fees for them to even keep a record of your vaccinations and a $25 fee PER prescription. BUT they refuse to work with any online pharmacies so you have to mail them… This place will cost you twice as much as nearly every other veterinarian on an annual basis.

The staff is caring and the costs are reasonable.

I'd taken several of our dogs here years ago, then moved out the area. We had been using a vet in Spring Branch for ten years or so. He retired at the end of last year. I then went to a vet close by, and had a really bad experience. Then I remembered Bear Creek, and gave them a try. I was very surprised to see a business card for Dr. Eikenhorst. We had used him all those years ago. He was very caring and kind as I recall.This time our appt. was with Dr. Ivins. She was very thorough, took her time with us,was gentle and caring when examining our dog. She took time with us and answered all of our questions. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I was quite pleased with the visit.

Found a new fur baby! The vet was able to see us promptly. Answered all questions. They actually seemed to care about our specific situation. Offered options and discussed pricing. Very clean. Excellent staff. Completely recommend! Have had pets all my life and this vet is one of the best I have dealt with in all the years, in all the towns, with all the pets.

We had a very good experience with this veterinary office. They were able to work us in quickly when we had a concern about our kitten. They even have Saturday hours, which is a Godsend for those of us that have difficulty taking off during the week. The staff and Veterinarian, Dot, were very friendly with me and very concerned and caring with our kitten. The place was clean, and they did a great job implementing COVID protocols to keep everyone safe. They even had a coupon for a free exam on their website for first time clients. We had been looking for a vet office closer to home, and I believe this is the one we will be taking all of our animals to in the future. I really appreciate this office and all they did. Highly recommend!

Always making us feel welcome, we have been taking our dog there since he was a pupp, he's now 12 yrs old and the service has always been good.

Just spoke to the lady at the front desk she was extremely rude and was not friendly at all! Was very condescending when I was asking questions about prices and shots. Will NOT be bringing my dog ever! Free exam or not front desk clerk was rude and condescending PERIOD! Not recommending anyone.

They advertise that walk ins are welcome but prefer appointments... well I called for the appointment and they said they can’t see me till literally a week away... pathetic and lazy!!! Will NEVER go to this place.

Super friendly and very reasonably priced. Didnt try to sell me all kinds of things I didnt really need. You can tell they really care about your animals!

I called asking in they had any hiring positions and they were very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t realize that I had recently called before and they began to say on the phone “you’ve already called before and we don’t have any opening and we are not interested in what you have to offer” I then began to ask for the manager or doctor head of the receptionist and she concluded to hang up on me. If anything I could have left my resume for any future positions that came available but now they refuse to answer. I can’t believe someone could be so rude. I would never recommend these people to anyone

I called Bear Creek Animal Clinic at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon and explained what was going on with my dog. They told me to come on in. I was met with friendly and caring people. Dr Ivans evaluated my dog and told me what was going on. She prescribed some medication for my dog. Now she is doing a lot better. We are still making the trips to see the doctor. My dog was diagnosed with CHF and a Fluid build up. Dr Ivans even took the time to consult with a cardiologist. Awesome and friendly staff and doctor.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff! I drive agood distance to take our cat.
