This was a nice place, and they don't do only curbside. I have to say I wasn't super pleased how one of the techs handled my elderly cat and when they trimmed her paws one of her claws just got ripped out completely and she was limping for a week. I don't think my cat will ever let anyone touch her back paws ever again. Otherwise, I really liked Dr. Trevino. He was friendly, direct, communicative and explained all the problems that it could be and how we would start with the easiest most immediate fix. I will definitely be bringing her back to him when it's time for her vaccinations and check up.

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Long for a very long time now and all three get so excited to see her! She is thorough and catches even the smallest of changes.

Ahhmaazzinng! They took the best care of our furry guy! They were patient with me when I had to take a moment to make financial decisions and willing to help any way they could! The ladies that took care of us were truly awesome! Will be going back!

Doctor Jannay and the Staff are all PHENOMENAL, I am new to TExas and just recently got a new puppy, I took her there for all of her shots and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my pup was taken care of and the facility was sparkling clean. Everything I had done to my pup was affordable and reliable and they walked me through everything they did and gave amazing advise. If you are looking for a vet this is the place to go.

We've been with Dr. Janney for a few years now. He's down to earth, attentive, explains his procedures and doesn't try to beef up the situation. I trust him 100% and that is basically everything when it comes to taking care of our fur babies.

Once again, a fantastic experience! We arrived, checked in via phone, and tech came out promptly to greet us. Our boy needed a pedicure and was in/out in less than 10 minutes. The staff is so efficient and caring. I could not think of another place for our pet's health care needs. Thank you!

I have been taking my furry family members to this animal hospital since 2004 and I have never been disappointed. They are always kind, compassionate, and responsive. Dr Long is my personal favorite. Her knowledge base is expansive! Besides treating our dogs and cats, I have also taken a very small tortoise on the verge of death and one of my backyard chickens to her. She seems undaunted by the animal challenges I have presented to her. She is a consummate professional, as are all of the vets I have encountered at Bay Glen. I highly recommend!

I was told about this Veterinarian service almost 20 years ago when one of my long time pets passed away. They had a grieving room, provided cremation services and returned my pet to me within a short time along with providing a great deal of empathy. I moved away for quite a while and returned to the Clearlake area recently and found they were still in the same location. My existing veterinarian was able to forward my pets records to them and I have received the same degree of professionalism, empathy, kindness and attention to detail I remembered from all those years ago. I truly would go no where else trusting them to care for my beloved pets!

They were great about answering my questions and addressing all my cat needs.

They were very kind and informative. My 2 Yorkies had the most calm vet visit my older Yorkie has had in his 15 years. I'm ever so thankful. The paw plan is awesome to take care of your pet all year long.

Has been the vet office for my dog for last three years. Great staff.

Took my kitty binx to the vet from a suspected urinary tract infection. The co pay was a bit expensive, but they got me in fast and quickly evaluated binx. The doctor explained his symptoms and informed me nothing was out of place, my kitty was just stressed. They also provided a itemized receipt so I knew where my money was going. I left feeling satisfied and secure in my cats health.

I always feel like the staff are happy to see my doggies and give them the best care, I would highly recommend to anyone!

It gets no better than Bay Glen. They are the only vet I trust with my aged Golden Retriever. My highest recommendations!

Dr. Long *knows* my pets so well! It is helpful and reassuring to have them cared for by someone who learned their personalities and norms, so she can tell when something is outside of them. She and the rest of the staff really care about their furry patients!

Bay Glen has been our vet since we started adopting greyhounds in 2011. Our cats are patients there as well. This visit (like many over the years) wasn’t planned, but our cat Bentley became ill overnight and needed medical attention. Melissa was able to fit us in Saturday morning. We saw Dr. Long and she, as always, was extremely kind, caring and professional. Vet techs Mabel and Christian handled Bentley with care and compassion. I highly recommend Bay Glen Animal Hospital!

This is a review from my past experience with Bay Glen. I feel like I owe it to them after what they did for me and my dog. When I was in college, my childhood dog had a problem. At the time I was on the Banfield pet plan and taking my dog to them. Banfield had no idea what was wrong with my dog. They wanted to send me to a specialist which I had no money for. I decided to get a second opinion and thats when I found Bay Glen. All the vet there had to do was feel her stomach area and he was pretty sure she had a tumor on her spleen. Just from feeling her. He said to be sure I would need an ultrasound but if I didnt have the money a radiograph would be the next best thing to do so I did the radiograph as that was all I could afford. The vet actually ended up doing the ultrasound free of charge and that confirmed that she did have a tumor in her spleen. At the time I was a broke college kid and the fact that they provided this to me meant the world. I had to say goodbye to my dog but they told me I could have the weekend with her to say goodbye which was nice. Had it not been for them my dog could have gotten to the point of extreme pain, but I was able to let her go peacefully before that happened. These people truly care about their patients, even if not long term patients.

They treated my Ferret anyway, knowing it needed emergency care and did what they thought it was best just to get my money. Expensive giving me hopes and my poor Jupiter died on our way home after they injected her with some antibiotic knowing she was weak and haven’t ate properly. I won’t take any of my pets there.

Our pets have been going to Bay Glen Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We appreciate that our dogs and cats have gotten wonderful care from vets who help with medical needs, while making our much loved animals feel special!
