Cancelled on me the morning of my appointment date with no explanation or apology. Had no availability until another 2 weeks out. Poor customer service.

Marie did an excellent job with my rescue Rocky. She explained everything. She asked the right questions and was very kind to Rocky. I will definitely come back in 4 weeks. He looks like a stud ❤️

BEST Doodle haircut our dog has ever gotten in Houston!!! DJ did a fantastic job with our Goldendoodle and cut her exactly how I had asked. I knew she had some problem areas with mats and I told him if he needed to shave her I understood. I can tell he was extremely patient with her and this was the first time she let anyone blow dry her, too!! Highly recommend this grooming service and specifically DJ!

This is BEST GROOMING SERVICE WE'VE EVER HAD & We have been getting generations of Poodles groomed for over 4 decades! BRIDGET was our Groomer & she was AWESOME! Our 2 dogs were so calm with her & BOTH looked Great after she groomed so professionally! Our 13 yr old 6lb girl & 16lb 5 yr old boy were so happy they just wanted to stay & play with Bridget! We got the short puppy cut leaving whiskers on their faces & same length puppy type cut overall! They look FANTASTIC & Beyond what we wanted & expected so we signed up to have Bridget with Aussie Mobile Grooming come back every 8 weeks! Not only is having a mobile pet groomer come to your home and provide pet grooming services onsite convenient but my baby girl has an anxiety free experience! Highly recommend “Jennifer,” she did such a great job! ❤️ Will definitely book again!

It is so easy to book with Aussie Pet Mobile. They are extremely responsive and send a number of reminders about your appointment. Our groomer, DeJai, did a GREAT job with our pups and when we scheduled a second groom, our pups both wanted to go with DeJai, which is a great sign! Their cuts look great and they stayed looking nice for a really long time. My only complaint is that the service is a tad bit pricey, but it is a HUGE convenience to have them come to your home. Certainly enough for us to justify using them again.

Katharine has been grooming my cat, Franky for over a year now. She's wonderful. Franky isn't the best behaved cat of the litter and though not aggressive can be wiggly and fussy. I've never heard a complaint. It takes a special person to be able to handle cats. Katharine is patient and always does a stellar job. Aussie Pet Mobile is a little pricey but it's worth the cost knowing that my pet is handled with care and kindness and all I need do is walk to the parking lot to drop her off and pick her up. I would be remiss if I didn't sing the groomer's praises here. I'm glad I took the chance with this service. Highly recommended.

Natasha took care of Athena today and her coat has never been in better shape, she smells great and is very soft. A whole new hound, she seems really happy and content too. Her skins been bothering her with summer shedding, and she’s very calm and relaxed and not itching and scratching anything she can find, which is a total contrast to the last few days

I only have glowing reviews for Aussie Pet. They are responsive and flexible with scheduling and communication. My experience with the grooming process has been life changing. I have a large German Shepherd Husky puppy that’s about 60lbs of pure energy. His groomer Erika is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She understands the breed and knows just what to do to keep him calm and to make it through the process. His size and energy is not a problem for her. Erika always gives me a full report after they are finished. She shares what went well and tips on what mom needs to do to desensitize sensitive areas. For instance we are working on ears. I HIGHLY recommend Aussie Pet to everyone looking for a reliable groomer and who doesn’t love mobile grooming.

I don’t review much but had to with this team! My dogs look amazing, were exactly as requested, and were so much more comfortable staying in the driveway to be groomed. They were gentle and the grooming looks fabulous! Even the dogs are prancing around as they know how good they look. Will be our regular groomer from now on!

My labradoodle Sebastien and I love Aussie Pet Mobile Grooming! Our groomer Katherine was wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and well informed. She let me know what to expect for my overgrown labradoodle’s haircut, and afterwards, Sebastien looked better than I’d imagined. Katherine also helped me schedule a follow up appointment.
