I just called to find out information, on their grooming methods. Type of products, type of drying method…etc! Didn’t even get that far! I mentioned my puppies age. 12 weeks and 3 days. And that she had all of her vaccinations. Including her rabies. He immediately stated, that I needed to take my puppy to another vet. Because they’re not supposed to have, their rabies until 16 weeks. (Keep in mind sir, you’re not a vegetarian) extremely rude! Your a groomer. Stick to grooming advice!

I followed my furbaby's groomer here as she's the only one I have found to groom exactly as I requested and my baby LOVES her. (Jessica) This is a drive for me as I live in Pearland, but I can honestly say after meeting Lance, the owner, I am glad I brought her here. He obviously takes pride in his business, is very knowledgeable, and greeted the pets by name as they arrived. So happy Zinnia has found her forever groomer!

Very professional friendly services, exceeded my expectations. They transformed my son back to looking like a schnauzer lol. Definitely would recommend!

I have been searching for a great groomer to take my fur baby. I was originally going to Pooch Pad and the lady who used to work there left, now there's a guy there who does not know what he's doing, absolutely terrible. So I started researching to find a great groomer and came across A Dog's Dream. Let me tell you, Misty is awesome and my baby came out happy too. I can always tell by his reaction how well he was treated and he came not only happy but he was perfect. I have a toy poodle and my 2 go to cuts are the bichon cut and the teddy bear cut. This was his 1st time and Misty did the Bichon cut on him. He was so adorable. I will request not to have him cut low next time but other than that it was perfect. Misty is THE BEST! My dog loves her and comes out clean, beautiful, and happy! I can tell from my fur-baby's attitude that she's been treated well. Everyone there is nice, professional, and very attentive to the dogs. It's kind of a far drive for me but I wouldn't take my girl to any other groomer. I trust that she is safe and in VERY good hands! As an EXTREME dog lover, these qualities are absolutely essential where a dogs grooming salon is concerned.

10/10 always a great experience, they’re very knowledgeable and helpful and have availability. They get your babies done very quickly and don’t miss any steps. Highly recommend.

My wife and I brought our baby cashew for a bath and haircut he came home looking very nice and smelly really good.

We have carried all of our cats to get groomed by Misty. She did an amazing job. She actually groomed one of our cats and it has helped the cat with hair all’s and throwing them up. After Misty groomed her she has yet to throw up. She also designed a hairdo for our Himalayan and he looks great.

Horribly rude customer service. They don’t give a pick up time and keeps dogs in cages for hours.

I've only used them once but their service was exceptional! My baby came home looking beautiful and they took great care of him specially his ears which are always a problem since he has chronic ear infections.

I wanted so much to get a chance to love this place! I decided to call in today to get some pricing on grooming my mini schnauzer, I also asked to get more information on the dye service they offer. As I have no knowledge of dye for dogs I would have loved to get further details. I spoke with lance who to my surprise was so rude! I just wanted to get information on the grooming and his response was my puppy was to young she’s ten weeks. I had no problem with this response, I’ll have to get her groomed when she is old enough so I was still interested in the price. Lance never provided this information for me. Instead he responded to my question about the dye to “why would you want to dye a schnauzer!” In a very rude tone, I no longer felt welcomed at this point asked for his name and told him thank you and ended the call. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received over a call.

A beautiful two-storied paradise for pups of all kinds. The staff is kind and attentive, and the work they did on my dog was very good.

I gave this place 1 star because they were very unprofessional and wasted my time. I called in last week to make an appointment for my shih tzu first grooming and the owner answered and told me to bring him in on Tuesday so I left work early and when I got to the salon he’s gonna tell me I don’t have an appointment and he never spoke to me and can’t do nothing about it he dint even asked to reschedule or anything , either way I’m never going back. ✌????

After evacuation we found This place is amazing !!@felt so warm and welcoming and What a blessing it's bern thank you a Dogs dream my babies loved it so did we !!@

Been taking my 2 Shitzhu’s Misty and Maddie since we moved to the area about a year ago. I recommend A Dog’s Dream to everyone that asks me where I get my beautiful dogs groomed. They treat us like family. Pricing is good. Location excellent for the Galleria area.

We have been taking our dogs to A Dog's Dream - The Pet Salon since they were puppies (5 years now). They love the place and get so excited when we pull up to the shop. They have very experienced staff that have worked there a long time. We use them for Grooming and Boarding and highly recommend to anyone.

They are AWESOME! I came here after having a bad experience with previous groomer. These people are professional and will have your pup looking fantastic! I have a scruffy maltipoo and when I pick him up he looks brand new ???? Definitely will be back!

I have been bringing my cocker spaniel here for 7 years. I travel a lot and it is good to leave my dog with peace of mind knowing they are going to take really good care of him. Lance and his staff are amazing! They do a great job with grooming and boarding. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! (And so do our pups! ????????) They truely take the time to get to know their furry clients and can ever share stories or funny quirks about them (that speaks volumes to me!) I love seeing how excited the pups when you tell them they're going to see Mr Lance! Very clean, awesome groomers and great prices. 10 stars!!!

Terrible experience. The dogs had the wrong collars, they were crying. The owner was rude and a Racist. We did not feel safe. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. And SO expensive.

Prices are super expensive. The groomers are nice and the owner is a controlling freak who talks loud and has terrible customer service. Run away with your pet. There are so many great places, no need to go there. I’ll make sure none of my friends and acquaintances go there.

I love this place, my Furry Family member loves it too! She comes home clean and smelling so fresh. The owner is very friendly and ensures my pet is comfortable and safe! The prices are very reasonable and the location is perfect.

Misty always makes Penny, my Pomeranian, look so good. Penny loves to see Misty and is always happy after her grooming. So happy to have found her and A Dog's Dream!!
