My puppies get great care here. I don't worry when i have to travel because I know they are cared for and happy.

Came into town to visit relatives and needed a vet quickly for our dog that was acting weird and coughing. At the time of the Covid scare, we had to leave her and pick her up later. I was impressed when the doctor asked " Have you been to Utah or Arizona lately? I believe she has Valley Fever." I was blown away and told him that we had just moved to Phoenix. We got our girl started on meds right away. Our vet in Arizona confirmed and continued her treatment for Valley Fever. Look no further if you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and a caring group of professionals. They will treat your pet as their own. Very grateful for them.

The staff are all very friendly, helpful, caring and gentle when handling my almost 19 year old dog and advising on treatment.

We have taken quite a few babies there including Bevo, Mango, Cheeto, And Gizmo(Siblings) as kittens and got fixed up great!!! They are now HEALTHY BIG CATS and are thriving . We've also taken a Persian Baby Tracy Morgan there as well.THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!! GREAT STAFF! #GODBLESS

The staff here was very friendly and understanding that this was my dog's(patchez) first time being away from me. They stayed in contact and even though my dog was not always cooperative, they stayed the course and bonded with him. I will definitely recommend the vet to friends and family

Update: I brought my cat into the vet because I was concerned she might have fleas because she was scratching a lot. They told me she didn't have fleas but instead had allergies so gave her some medicine. Two weeks later and she has a ton of fleas. I'm not sure if she had fleas and they didn't see them or if coincidentally she got fleas right after going to the vet. Such sweet people and very quick!

I was referred to Animal Medical Center of Cypress by another vet who doesn’t have a cat groomer. My Persian cat was terribly matted & I felt like such a bad mom to her. When I called and explained what I needed, they were understanding and so quick to respond. They actually got us in the same day! They were all so nice, very professional, and took such good care of my kitty. I will definitely be going back and highly I recommend them!

They take care of your pup beautifully! My sweet puppy went to get fixed and it was a good price, and loved my baby! My other 2 will be going there as well.

After just one visit my "Demi" (fur baby) is very much relieved from her allergies. Everyone was informative, helpful, polite and compassionate. Dr West is our new hero.

Doctors and staff are fabulous!! My dog loves going, she never knows if it's a check up with shots, grooming or an overnight stay. She is always excited when we get there. Highly recommend.

I called this place by mistake (thought I was calling my vet), my vet was closed on Saturdays for a couple of weeks and I can only do Saturdays so I set an appointment. My wife and I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted in the parking lot by staff a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My dog was taken back and within a few minutes I had a call telling me what I needed to do and what could be done to help my dog. Very happy with my experience, my wife was pretty happy as well and wants to bring our other dogs when they are due. If your looking and you happen to make the mistake of calling this facility like I did it would be a very good mistake!

I brought my kitten for an urgent care appointment, and all of the staff were kind and informative. They also saw my kitten fairly quickly and were transparent about the costs. The medicine was costly but for an urgent care appointment that I was lucky to get last minute, I paid for it without reservation. Thank you especially to Finn, who has been amazing and reassuring. I would recommend this animal clinic to my family and friends.

We started going to this vet clinic after a friend of mine recommended them. They have great prices with a great staff. Our dog has lots of allergies environmentally and food wise and this place takes care of her whenever her ear infections come up or has tummy trouble. I’ve recommended this place to my mom when she got her puppy and she loves them. I would just like to say, one of the vet techs, Finn, is so kind to all of the animals that come in. You can see that he makes it a point to build a relationship with your pet when he meets them. My dog hasn’t always been the warmest when first meeting her, but Finn never let that get in the way. My Stella trusts him when she has to go with him and I know that I don’t have to worry. I will always recommend Dr. Baker and her team to everyone I meet.

We are a 501c3 in Northern VA and had taken on a mom and 6 pups in Texas. Through recommendations, this vet office was where we took our group. The experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The vet called me to go over her exam of mom and pups and wanted to confirm what procedures I wanted to move forward with. She took a lot of time and never tried to get off the phone. When all was done, I received a call from checkout and they went over everything as well. I received a full detailed bill via email along with doctors notes. We will absolutely be using them in the future.
