Really caring and helpful even during the most difficult time. The ER and day practice are top quality.

I have used Dr. Pat for over 20 years. But, since she has retired, what is left is an ER clinic. They do what needs to get done, as quickly, as possible. Gone is the few extra minutes that a kind like Dr. Pat. If you want a timed visit with efficiency only, this is the place. Me, I want the compassion , efficiency and lots of compassion.

I took my 11 year old border collie in @ 10:30 pm, knowing it was probably the last time I'd see her. She'd been on borrowed time as it was. They are so compassionate and helpful and efficient. Thank you so much

The staff is excellent and efficient. They gave us a couple options from which to choose for treating Major. That is most appreciated.

We had just moved to the area and my kitty was not feeling well, we took her in late in the evening and they took excellent care of her.

Exceptional. I use them as my vet as well as having needed their hospital services in an emergency.

Our regular vet who we love and trust recommends their services for weekend emergencies and I can see why. Dr Heidi and her staff are always so kind and friendly. We have used their services several times with multiple of our pets and they are always great. For emergency services, I feel the price is very reasonable.

Love the Dr's. They are Very thorough in the exams and make sure that you understand what's going on with your pet. Very nice and clean place. I am a client for the life of my fir Baby!!

I’ve been here twice. Dr. Heidi Zinser is a god send! You can tell she is passionate and loves what she does. I brought my dog in who was very sick. We didn’t know how sick she was at the time. So, it didn’t go over well. RIP Trixie. However, the Drs were very hopeful. It’s just nerve wracking when there are 3 different sets of eyes making diagnosis’s.

I will continue to take our family pets to this location. Especially Dr. Heidi.

We had to spend Memorial day weekend with our cat Lucky making several trips over 4 days since our vet wasn't open and wouldn't return calls. We had some ups and downs but she finally recovered. Very friendly and caring. People complaining about the cost need to realize this is emergency care and you are paying for that,their expertise and they are there 24/7. They won't have the same pricing as a regular vet.

Gave medication without doing lab work as REQUIRED. My baby of 16 years died. Did not know lab work was required and relied on the professionalism of the doctor. Will never go there again. Very sad day for me. Your response is incorrect, the last time Peanut ate was Monday evening May 31st, she nibbled a bit on June 1st and died on June 2nd. I never refused diagnostics or blood work, you never offered that. You gave her Onsior for her sore paw without doing lab work as recommended by the pharmaceutical company. I did not need to bring her in for an emergency visit for her paw and scheduled the appointment for May 26th. My mistake was trusting you and not asking more questions about the medication you prescribed for her. It's all documented.

They listened and offered treatment options. Expensive yes, but worth it. Very kind and caring.

They were really good with my dog both times we took him here. They provided him with great care.

As sad as I was i want to believe that my dog went as peaceful as possible i wish vets weren't so expensive but as far as the staff the lady that day was very compassionate and very understanding of how I felt I appreciated it very much as it was hard to put down my baby .. they had him on a cart with blankets and well as for my good bye it wasn't going to be easy but I can tell these people care for the animals coming in thankyou for TRYING TO work with me .. We always use the after hours emergency services at Animal Hospital of Conroe for any emergency with our pets. For 16 years they have treated our dogs from snake bites to a Sago Palm poisoning! I've seen many a pet and owner reunited after successful treatments from Animal Hospital of Conroe - Including our own!! Very nice people too!!

They do not care about the animals all they care about is how much money they can get out of you I do not recommend this place at all

Very professional and COVID conscious. I am happy, wife is happy and we hope Lucy. the dog feels this way also. Makes it almost look that animals are better off then there owners. No sitting in a waiting room for hours. Very quick intake for the dog. A estimated bill before anything is done. Call from vet before anything is done. And a check-up call the next day. Doctors can learn from this.
