Good selection of cat products. However the online price isn't in store and some in store sale prices aren't what they ring up as.

Deplorable condition of the Guinea pigs. How can staff willingly neglect the smaller animals. Absolutely disturbing.

I was very satisfied! Juan from the grooming is very helpful and awesome! He did a good job doing my dog's nails and brushing Lucky's teeth. Wonderful!!!

At one time, I loved this location. I would drive 20mins to specifically go here but after about a year, it’s awful. -extremely hard to find help around the store (which is understandable. I know everyone is under staffed) -there was only one guy that my dog would allow to do his nails and he left. A new guy assured me that he’s worked in animal behavior for many years and would be able to give it a try. He was unsuccessful (no biggie) and said that my dog was in a panic and not reacting well and he didn’t want to make it a traumatizing experience. So last min I had to rush to find someone and when we got there she explained “he was probably panicking because they clipped one of his nails too far down” -they also swapped my pets medical records. So one showed as vaccines being expired when they weren’t and the other showed as up to date even tho she wasn’t. -cherry on top is everyone is always so rude and has an attitude. Just an entire experience I’d rather not deal with.

Doesn't carry Friskies wet food because it's "not all natural". My cat is very picky and doesn't like the expensive all natural stuff. I went to Walmart 2 min away and got exactly what I needed and a few other things in 10 min for about 50% less than Petco's prices.

Always has what we need for our furry and feathered babies. The store has a nice grooming center and self-wash station for you to use. It also has a built-in pet clinic for primary care. We only took our dogs here once for their Bordetella booster, as our primary vet was booked solid which was very convenient and a good experience. The vet was thorough and helpful. Overall, this store is well stocked, clean and pet friendly. Highly recommended.

Petco is a decent Pet Store I think their grooming services are a bit pricey. Especially for small pets

I came in the get some dog treats. The General Manager was very knowledgeable was able to answer any questions that I had. My dogs loved everything he suggested.

Not real happy with this place right now. Called to schedule an appointment and waited and then was prompted to leave a message for a call back so I left my info. and waited. No callback by end of day so I went online to schedule an appointment for my two dogs for Wednesday June 30 at 8:00 am and the other at I was only able to schedule at 10:00 am Called again to talk with Mary the groomer and again had to leave a message for a call back. Called again yesterday afternoon to confirm my appointment and had to leave a message again and again no callback. Showed up this morning bright and early to drop the dogs off only to be told that my appointment was not until the 13th of July????? (Not sure how that happened) More the reason why someone should have called me back! I asked the young lady who was walking around swinging her keys like it was something and she said there were lots of changes going on in the store and that grooming was super swamped. I asked her why no call backs and again she said that they did not have time to make call backs at this time. Maybe she should be on the phone calling people back rather than walking around the store swinging her keys like it means something! Not sure what is happening here but this place is a disaster as I have had multiple situations happen here and when Mary was here things were better coordinated and we received call backs. To the young lady with the keys, put your keys up go get on the phone and start replying to messages that are needing call backs. Being a manager is more than walking around with your keys! Take care of your customers!

First time in this location and I will not return. I was here 20 minutes for 25 large Cricket. One guy in a Blue shirt with long hair ask me to wait by the cricket and never return. I walk to the cash Register to get help. I saw the guy and the blue shirt with long hair, He never acknowledged he was helping me or look like he was about to. Finally Ethan did help me.

Lots of selection, very clean, staff available to ask questions. Overall a very good experience.

Staff is always friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We are able to get what many pet stores consider to be specialty items to take care of our chinchilla, scorpion, snake, amongst many others. Repeat delivery is awesome, our squirrels never lack for nuts.

First time in the store, I needed a dog crate cushion/bed. The store is SMALL. It was very clean but definitely lacked product. The selection was very limited and the shelves definitely needed to be restocked.

Was calling to get pricing and the guy who answered was very rude on the phone about pricing and didn’t follow up with the questions he was just rude and very snippy. I recommend not going to this groomers if this is how they treat people and their business.
