We took Toaster to get checked out because our vet was not in the office. They took great care of him and he has felt so much better since.

The people that work at Animal Medical Center of Highland Village are wonderful, caring and professional. I can always expect a warm welcome and a considerate method of treatment for my pets and myself. Dr. McCullough and his staff are simply the best! Thank you for providing stellar service for our pets.

The staff at Animal Medical Center rise above the rest. They take a personal interest in all the pets that come through their clinic, and they are very personable. I don’t live close to their facility, but I am willing to make the drive because I trust their staff with my pets.

Dr Austin Strauch has been our vet for over 30 years treating all of our pets along with dozens and dozens of dogs we fostered. Actually all of the vets have doctored the fosters with as much care and kindness they give personal pets. The front desk staff is super friendly and efficient!

This veterinarian staff treats my dog as if she’s their own. Best customer service I have ever had w a vet. We use Dr. Schoelkopf and she is j”authentic and genuine “ when she talks about what’s best for my dog. She always speaks with compassion and care. I have a Senior dog who has a lot of complex issues happening and she doesn’t blink taking care of us. The entire staff is amazing! ???????????????? Best decision we ever made was switching to this veterinarian!

5 stars. The best animal medical clinic Ive used. They are friendly, clearly love their jobs, professional, organized and caring for the animals. They are not expensive and they are fast in and out. Very well run clinic. I wish our human doctor was as good.

Everyone on the team is wonderful. They are not only friendly to my dog Zoe and I, but also patient when she does not wish to cooperate.

Everyone in the entire office is friendly and welcoming. My pup is super anxious and they are so patient with him. Very happy with my experience so far!

They did an amazing job with our Rhodesian Ridgebacks tumor. She even busted her stitches open 3 days after surgery, and the doctors fixed her up and made an even more beautiful correction incision with staples.

Very Friendly & Organized helps all pets when they are in pain they all know what is best for our pets, love to share have to call 1st bef u, arrive at the vet esp this virus going around we got to be safe.

Excellent staff and very caring for your pet. May be a little higher cost than some vet clinics but definitely worth the difference for the care of your pet.

Very convenient. accommodating.. I needed rabie shot for my dogs haircut they took appointment for me right away.
