The staff are very friendly and respond to my questions. I trust them with my fur-babies, Noelle and Nickolas.

Main Street has been the only place to accurately diagnose several of our dogs’ medical issues. They are very friendly and care about you and your pet. We love going there.

This is by far the best vet I've ever been to. The compassion, kindness, thoroughness, and exceptional knowledge of the vets, techs, and staff, is unlike anything I've experienced. They go above and beyond to ensure that we are getting to the bottom of any health issues that come up. My dogs mean the world to me, and a couple of my dogs have some unique health challenges. Main street takes this all in stride and makes suggestions and provides solutions that no other vet in the past has provided me with. I am so grateful to have found them after multiple bad experiences with not getting the right care at other vet clinics, it's a relief to be able to trust them. It's reassuring to have a team of people who genuinely care about my dogs. THANK YOU!

We love our vet Dr. Brasheer, but they are very expensive in my opinion. If it wasn’t for her, we would look elsewhere.

I have referred people, even family. This practice is far from me, and worth the drive. I will gladly see whichever veterinarian has an opening, because every one of them is wonderful. I even continued my account at this practice when I worked for 2 different veterinary offices. Sadly, their excellent practice commands a price that is no longer in my budget. They certainly deserve it, as the doctors are exceptionally qualified. I will miss them!

My dogtor was super kind and super knowledgeable and she took care of my puppy Doc. she is the greatest dogtor of all time!

Dr Kernaghan is the best. We were honestly considering switching to a vet that is closer, but after loosing Tucker, and the care and compassion we received from her and the techs (esp Megan) and front desk staff, we knew we had to stay. He was a healthy 1.5 year old who suddenly passed in his sleep with no symptoms. They coordinated with Texas A&M to help get us some answers and closure. I think I cried on the phone with them every day for a week and they were so kind. We’ve already had phenomenal care for our latest edition. Thank you for all that you do

My dog needed emergency care after being bitten by another dog. They were able to work us in, which was such a relief. Kaitlin was so understanding and helpful with the intake! She was able to calm us down, regarding the care my dog needed. So appreciated!

The entire staff is incredible. We believe they really care about our pets. Dr B is the only doc I trust with my Guinea pigs.

Good quality assessment of my senior dog and informative responses to my questions. Recommended a lot of additional services but not overly pushy. Charged a higher amount for my exam and consultation that what I was told by phone before my visit.

From the doctors to the nurses to the receptionist they were all great help and truly care about your pets and yourself. They helped us out tremendously with my cat who had a fractured jaw and even after his surgery they helped us with the aftercare. All very nice people and I really have no complaints. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wondering. Groot is doing well because of them. I couldn't be any more grateful to the entire facility.

Everyone here is so caring of both the pets and their owners. The doctors are reasonable. They offer all possible choices and recommendations and allow you to choose what you want to do. They are gentle, even when the pet isn't pleased with being at the vet.

We moved here a year ago and have been super happy with Main Street for our dog and our cat. We have used them for boarding as well as veterinary services and they are top notch.

I have two dogs and they always receive the best care at Main Street Veterinary Hospital. Someone recommended this vet to me when I moved to Flower Mound and I’ve been pleased with them. They really have your pet’s best interest in mind.

Dr Susan Brashear at Flower Mound Main Street Veterinary Hospital is one of our favorite people because she is a wonderful veterinary physician, she has a sweet and caring disposition with us and our boy Brewster, and she is a totally caring professional. We’d be lost without her care for our senior citizen Lab. She has been our veterinarian for our Labs for many years and we’ve always had the greatest faith in her care. And our dogs just love her. She tells me that it has gotten difficult to be a veterinarian these days because people have demonstrated ugly behavior - physical and verbal abuse to hospital staff and being unkind and uncivil in appraisals of her practice. It’s disappointing to hear that people are being ugly and taking it out on dedicated professionals like Dr Brashear. Pet owners ought to be happy to have people like her around. It takes a special person to be a veterinarian like her. She gets five gold stars all around from our family. If your family member pet is a patient of Dr Brashear, be thankful and appreciative for the best care she delivers.

Our last visit to the vet was not as we expected. Even though we had an appointment scheduled, we waited for over an hour and a half between the waiting room and the observation room. On top of that we felt the vet was not prepared to see us at all, she did not review our dog's chart from previous visit and was condescending and judgmental towards us. Really uncomfortable and not a good experience. We were not expecting to leave so disappointed because our first visit to this place had gone well. We will be switching vets...

Dr Langston and the staff at Main Street Vet lays the gold standard in service. They are friendly and knowledgeable. My Sam was comfortable with them. I highly recommend them

I have been a Dog Momma for many years and they are like family and very good always with my fur babies.

Only have seen Dr. Kong. Very nice and professional. The office is conveniently located. Lowered stars because the staff can come off very judgemental and are pushy with services. Prices are not the cheapest but are reasonable.

The staff and Dr. we’re very professional and explained everything well.

Edit: tried to give them another chance I had another appointment scheduled for 3:15 last week. I asked if I could drop my cat off early to run an errand and come right back showed up around 2:35, waited 20min and no one came to get my cat. I called again with my frustration on how I was over promised and was advised the Dr was still in surgery. I cancelled the appointment and went to another vet a few miles down that got me in that same day and took great care of my cat. I asked to speak to a practice manager and have waited 3 business days with nothing. Definitely feel they over schedule and over work their staff causing poor customer service and care. Just got an expensive dental procedure done for my cat six months ago and then they called me to schedule another dental. When I questioned why that would be necessary so soon and if there was anything else my pet was due for, the tech, Taryn, got really snappy and hung up on me. Very disappointed

I called and was put on hold before I could even talk to anyone for longer than what you should consider a "brief hold". I was then informed that they are booked and that it would be several days before I could get in. Way to help out a disabled Veteran and their service dog. I will NEVER use this clinic after this poor response.

Our elderly cat has suffered from mouth problems for over a year. We had seen numerous vets who suggested various treatments and he continued to get worse. Then we came to Main Street Vet. The staff was professional and also very caring. They were able to figure out his problem and provided a plan to help fix the problem. They kept us updated throughout the surgery and called to follow up how he was doing a couple of times. We live in The Colony but it is WELL worth the drive. I could not be happier and our cat is returning to his old self.

Dr Brashear and her tech, Hannah, were amazing with their care and attentiveness with my dog, Jax, after we were in a car accident and my regular vet was unable to work him in. Jax also has severe allergies and they have gone basically untreated because my regular vet wasn’t concerned with them, even after I recently expressed my concerns of what I’ve been seeing. Dr Brashear jumped right into action and spent time to really go over and explain to me what is happening, what can be done to treat it, and why that is the best course of action. I was so very impressed with her knowledge and her patience in taking the time to make sure I understood everything and helping me come up with the best plan of action. I will undoubtedly be switching Jax over to their clinic permanently.

Walked out an hour after 12:30 appointment time because of no interaction and being stuck in a examination room. Obviously, we were forgotten about during the lunch hour. Absolutely, do not want any doctors at this office operating on my fur baby when they are this inconsiderate and unprofessional on our first visit.
