Usually they do a good job but when I went there I told them to be gentle on the bottom but when they were done it looked like they cut it. It looked red and sore.

Good experience. Left our dog for boarding and asked to get grooming. Very friendly staff! When I went to get him I even asked if someone could help me walk him out because I had my baby with me. My dog pulls on the leash. Staff took him to my car with no issue. I really appreciate them. My dog comes out and goes in always in a good attitude. I'm so pleased with Shangri paw

They have always taken care of my Mochi dog with such love. I have always appreciated their help with daycare, boarding, and grooming.

They did a great job on my dog...exactly what I was looking for and expected. They were very nice and respectful of my dog!!! He had no problems when he got home which he used to before... I will definitely keep going there!!!! I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet!!!

I visit this place very frequently . Great with animals .locally owned. Wonderful place to wash a dog on your own or drop off if you don't feel like getting dirty . Highly recommend.

Best place to self wash your dog in the Killeen area. Price is based off weight of your dog. 21 bucks to wash my 100 pound Akita. Price includes everything: towels, soap, water, blower and brushes.

I haven’t had my little 5 pound dog groomed in over two years I dropped him off today I have never been so happy to see him I just about cried he was gorgeous it was worth every penny you guys are awesome

Omg she did an amazing job my fur baby got the summer cut and I luv it and everyone was so super nice n polite and the price was reasonable she will return when it's time thanx so much

We have taken our dog here a couple times to be groomed and each time it has been an okay job. This last time, they left him as a hack job. Didn’t trim his head, trimmed one part of one ear and then stopped, we rolled him over and he has razor rash in one spot and left his other leg a complete disaster. His back legs and multiple other places did not get all the hair trimmed off so we are currently sitting here trying to fix their mistakes. This is absolutely appalling to call this dog completely groomed. Oh and we paid $95 for this hack job. Needless to say, this is the last time we will take our dog there.

This place is awesome! Needs better location

I have been going here for the past 2 years and it's awesome! I usually do the self-wash for my two dogs but today was the first time I got their haircuts here. They did a great job on their haircuts and they also gave my dogs a cute tie and bandana. The self-wash is really easy and if you're a first timer, theyll explain the process to you. They're very nice and their prices are hard to beat!

Been taking my dogs here for a while and they smell good for about a month during the winter and 2.5 weeks during the summer cuz we're really active outside. But they're inexpensive for the services provided! They love on my dogs while there too so they're not too bad when I drop them off. It does take a couple of hours but they come back home super clean!

First time there & I'm not going anywhere else. They were super nice & took great care of Ginger. She looks so adorable ????

They were able to get me in immediately and everyone there seemed to have a true passion for animals, which at times is hard to find.

They were very helpful and took care of my dog's nails quickly. We were in and out under 5 minutes. Definitely will be going back.
