I have been taking Koda there for over year and Dr Jones and Staff have always been great. Service is Top Notch. You can see and feel how they care for your pet and your concerns for your pet. I live 25 miles away and have other choices for pet care, but I am more than happy to travel for the care and Service they provide. Thx you Dr Jeff Jones and Staff

Pet Medical Center always tried hard to meet my pets needs. Even though they were extremely busy with s day full of appointments they found time to fit Gus in because I was concerned that he was in pain. I took my dog in for a second opinion. The veterinarian sat down with the medical books in front of us and reviewed all the records we had. She gave reasons why she believed it wasn't what was being said and backed it with medical reasoning. Then she treated my dog and my dog is getting better. They did an amazing job! I will be going here from now on.

Pet Medical Center was the first veterinary office I tried after moving to Harker Heights. I chose them because they were the only clinic I found that was AHAA accredited, not a small accomplishment. Since, I have been very pleased with the care provided to my animals and expect that that will not change, as I’ve become a resident in Harker Heights, of Bell County.

Really care for your pets as if they are their own!

My 18 year old had difficulty moving around all the time, and wavered a lot. I decided to find her a Chiropractor. Dr. Rachel Ramesar, DMV is FANTASTIC. My Old Gal is getting about get, and has Pep in Her Step. My 7 year old had Allergies, and gets his Allergy in a timely manner, I am able to go in at a walkin Basis, which is great, especially when the Allergies flair up a Friday evening!!! You All For Taking Such Good Care of my Pooches, I truly appreciate the time and patience you take with them.

The best Vet in the area.

My dog was not eating so I wanted to drop off a stool sample to check for worms. The lady at the front desk with a seemingly German accent looked up my name everywhere and said I’ve never been there before. Well I have been there because my dog got expressed this year. Sounds like poor bookkeeping. Anyway she would not test my specimen that I brought in for worms because they were all booked up for Friday. She said because they hadn’t seen the dog before they would have to see the dog and there were no appointments left. She would not send out the sample because she couldn’t get the results back till Friday and that meant that she still couldn’t see me because they were all booked up. I said well if the test was negative I would not need to see anybody and if it was positive I could take her somewhere else to get a script. She said then you would be paying us and someone else. Then I ask are you telling me you just can’t see the dog and she said yes. Well thanks for wasting my time. I had a stool sample already to drop off. She may not represent the vets themselves, however I would not have her working at my front desk. She seem more interested in the money than my dog being sick. I will never go to this vet again.

$50.00 to book an appointment because you experienced several "no-shows?" You have to be kidding me. How about you get a grip and learn about customer service!! I am looking elsewhere. SMH

The personnel at Pet Medical centre are always professional and caring. They have been my choice for my guide dogs care for almost twelve years. I trust my guide dog’s care to them.
