Communication was not great with the staff at this boarding place. I didn’t know that my dog ran out of food and medication during boarding even though I really thought she had enough. I was already planning on re-supplying her halfway through her boarding but didn’t even hear from the staff that she essentially ran out a couple days beforehand. They lost 2/3 dog tags that had some important medical and microchip info on them and although that’s not the end of the world I’ve called them quite a few times to see if they’ve located them yet and they haven’t even attempted to look for them yet or call me back and just say “sorry we can’t find them”. I also requested a bath before I picked her up and my dog never got one even though she was there almost a month. Given, they were busy, but it’s disappointing I paid a few hundred dollars for this.

Best boarding facility in the area!!

Sam was very rude on the phone when I called to find out if they had space to board for the weekend. Wouldn’t give me information and said I needed to come in to fill out paperwork. Well, I’m not going to waste my time if you can’t answer simple questions and definitely wouldn’t want rude people around my dogs.

Love this place. I’ve been taking my dog here for a little over a year now and I always leave happy. They have plenty of land for doggy day care dogs to play and run out their energy. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable group. 100% satisfied with their service.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They seem to really care about and get to know the dogs. We use both day care and boarding services and have been very happy with both.

Be very careful, as if you choose this facility you could wind up with a dead animal! A dog has died in their care because of their neglect and other dogs have suffered from anxiety and stress from being boarded at this place. Please, if you love your pet and want the very best care, the care you'd want one to give and treat them like their own, you do NOT want to take your pet here. RIP Buddy. <3

Wonderful kennel! They are welcoming, friendly and most importantly care for your pet as if they were their own.

Traveled all the way from Austin and it was well worth it! My dog has separation anxiety and when we went to drop him off it was like nothing. A quick bye Mom see you later and off he went to play with friends! Thank you so much for taking car of my crash!

Friendly and flexible staff with nice facilities, and the pup clearly loves going there!

I just called to inquire whether they had availability for this weekend. The woman who answered the phone (I'm not sure if I'm supposed to mention her name or not) said "We do not" then hung up on me. She didn't bother to see if I had a follow up question or anything.

Great staff and facility. Boomie loves it there.

SAMMY MY DOG LOVE THE HOTEL

We've been taking our dog here for a few years now. Jax always is excited to go, which means they are doing something right. The staff is always friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

They have cameras for dog rooms but not for cat rooms.

Our dog has stayed at Barker Heights twice a month for three years. The staff has always been very helpful and there have never been any issues. Our dog jumps in the car when he sees his bed and bowls by the door. We will be sad to go, thank you so very much for the wonderful service.

My baby (Rottweiler) stayed here while we were on vacation and I felt so comfortable leaving her here! Staff is very friendly.

We were there so Dr. Foster could give our semi wild cat his shots. He has always gone to him since he treated him from Kathy's Kitty's. He was a stray but tolerates us and our air conditioning lol. A very careing Dr. and keeps my cat calm.

Very happy with the service and accomondations. Could tell our pup was happy there.
