What an awesome experience it was for our dog, Lola (Golden Doodle). My wife has been bringing Lola the past 4-5 times as I’m unable due to my work schedule. Today, I had the opportunity to drop Lola off and meet DeeDee. Deedee was so welcoming and Lola instantly felt at ease with her. I was introduced to the YouTube live and enjoyed watching the care and attention Lola received, firsthand. It was so refreshing to see someone so passionate about their work snd most of all the care they provide to you furry family member. On a different note, she’s a fellow sister that has served in our world’s best US military. It’s great to support you, DeeDee. Thank you for loving on our Lola and making sure she gets the best grooming experience.

I have been watching Dee groom on u- tube have learned so much. I have been grooming my doodle and need all the help I can get. I placed a order, she called and talked to me personally you just don't get that anymore and I was really impressed ???? not only that but also told me if I had questions to call and that is just awesome!

If I could give Dede 10 stars, I would! I didn't want to sedate my 11-year-old chihuahua to have her nails clipped because she was aggressive. I googled how to groom an aggressive dog and found My Favorite Groomer. I called her and was able to make an appointment for the next day. I hadn't had Tinker Bell's nails clipped in months because her veterinarian and office manager used to clip them, but they retired. Dede expertly positioned Tinker Bell to clip her nails, groom her legs, and remove a matted area. I was amazed at how well this session went, and she took great care of my dog. Tinker Bell has suffered from skin allergies and ear infections her whole life. Dede took the time to educate me on the best way to treat her ears. I knew Tinker Bell's skin allergies were due to her diet, but I didn't know how to change it. Dede helped me understand what dog food ingredients caused skin allergies and suggested what food would be best for her. I highly recommend Dede at My Favorite Groomer!

We went to my favorite groomer due to our shorkie nipping at the groomers at petco. She sat us down and had a interview about our concerns. She was very gentle with our dog. She understood why he was showing anxiety and was able to handle it without harming our dog. We were able to watch the whole grooming and she did an excellent job. By the time the groom was over, our dog started to trust her and had relaxed enough for her to groom his face. We highly recommend her.

I contacted Dede via email late evening on October 24th with an inquiry about The DogUpStand and received her extremely thorough response very early the next morning. Her friendly email contained a lot of information, links to even more information plus she sent a follow-up email with links to her videos. Wow, right off the bat I was impressed with her customer service and willingness to answer my questions. I ordered a stand, Dede shipped quickly and the package was delivered to my home in Arizona on October 30th. One cannot ask for better service than that! The stand is a high quality product, easy to use and solves the problem I have with my year old Golden Retriever sitting down on the grooming table. It is exhausting to try to groom a 60 pound pooch who refuses to stand up! Thank you Dede for developing the DogUpStand and for providing an excellent shopping experience.

My order was shipped super fast and packed really well. One of the items was not available but it was traded for another item with no problem. I am very grateful we have the dog grooming videos to watch! Extremely helpful and has really helped with learning to know my puppies!! The videos have help train my puppies on the grooming table, cutting toe nails and just settling down when I am working with them. Thank you so much!!

I ordered a mesh face guard for my biting cat who doesn’t like trims. The mask is great quality and fits perfectly. My cat doesn’t love it but tolerates it. Thank you Dede for your guidance with this product.

Looked for this site after watching an awesome TikTok video of Dede grooming a german shephard since I have one. The grooming kit I bought was perfect for my dog and has helped me brush out her coat better than anything else I have used before.

Let me start by saying that Dede is the bomb dot com. She is absolutely amazing and so sweet! I found her on YouTube looking up schnauzer cuts and I was so happy when I seen she was local. I loved how she was in the videos with all the fur baby’s. Patient n gentle yet firm when it’s needed bc this is a job that can be dangerous. I was like I like her, Dede is going to be our groomer. Our first visit was yesterday and she did an absolutely outstanding job with my 3 mo old mini schnauzer. She takes the time to get to know a little about you and your pet before the visit and gave me a lot of very informative knowledge. I’m so thankful to have came across you Dede. You are now My Favorite Groomer ????

Very professional and wonderful experience.

She has an abusive way of grooming and she doesn't put the animals comfort first. It's disgusting really and I don't think she deserves the praise she's getting. I'm a groomer myself and I would never EVER treat a dog the way that she does. She over prices and makes the owners do all the work as well. Please take your dog to someone else. She's already choked out too many dogs

best groomer on YouTube i was so excited she was located near me and she even got back to me the same day at 10:20pm after I had called and left a message towards the end of the day. I had told her I felt it was a emergency matting situation for my mothers dog and she was so kind to get intouch with me even at that time to help. She informed me on what her rates might look like and what different things can increase or decrease the rates so I was prepared and asked if I would like to proceed witch I did and she explained what documents I needed and when I wasn't sure if I had them or if the vet did she was even willing to call the vet to help me and then gave me info on a clinic $25 shots and things to use if I needed to to get him current. I have watched her on YouTube and will be getting her help soon she is the most talented groom on the platform and dfw is blessed she's local. She's willing to help very difficult cases others turn away and she's got the knowledge and skills to do what others can't.
