Ring Leaders Kennel Aledo, Texas

I have been taking my current dog to Ring Leaders for all of my vacations for over 12 years now and have NEVER had ANY issues. My dog is not very social with people or other dogs and could be a problem for anyone caring for him. He is a Basenji breed (African barkless) and he, in particular, is sensitive to his surroundings. As everyone is very careful with the care of their beloved pet I would NEVER hesitate to fully recommend Ring Leaders. The owners and staff have been together since the 80s. They still are caring people and who could ask for anything more? A caring stable environment to leave your pet safe while you need them there.

Assuming he was the owner, he look over over whelmb with customers, when I walked in he gave a look from hell...no one asked to help me... The place is Very dirty...smelled bad....and groomers looked at me never said a word. Cages where pets are kept are dirty. Some one should inspect that business. I would not recommend this place...nor would I allow them to touch my fur baby.

My dog looks great every time. They do wonderful work. They love what they do and it shows. I have a toy poodle that I have shaved but they clean her feet and face. This is her after she was groomed. She was a mess before she went.

My Ranger stays there almost everyday .. doggie daycare... Friendly an caring alot!!!????????????

It has been more than five years since we had a pet, and when we took our new dog in to Ring Leaders recently they remembered us and asked about our daughter who graduated from Aledo years ago. Ring leaders is like having family professionals take care of your pet! We had our dogs boarded there and they sincerely care for your pets while you are gone. The facility is not modern and swanky, but the place is clean and well kept. We have been going to Ring Leaders for more than two decades and will trust no one else with our pets.

have been going there for years, but recently our dog got flees/tics from there foreshore and won't go back.

I normally don't blast a company because I know how harmful it can be but my experience there for the has been so bad it needed to be said! I've used ring leaders off and on for 2 yrs now I travel in summer the place always smells and is very grungy. I've always used dropped off option due to my schedule and this morning handed them my dog they took him to back like normal. A man named Harley was working the desk answered the phone with me standing there a was extremely rude to the customer. Now it's my turn asked my name I said I don't have a reservation and he huffed glared at me and slapped the desk and said of course not. Got mad going thru papers and said why not. I said no sir give me my dog back. We left after listening to him be extremely rude to me and one other customer!!@ there are way nicer places in Aledo I will NEVER BE RETURNING BEWARE NOT WORTH IT
