The people that work there are very friendly and nice and doctors very good and price is very reasonable

My dad graduated with the Vet who runs the hospital and we need my cats tail amputated asap, he got us in the very next day and did a FANTASTIC job with our sweet babies tail. You can tell by his work that he cares and wants the best dealing possible for your furr babies. I'm so happy that we went here. Any other person who needs a vet, I'll forever recommend him and his staff.

This is a great place to take your animals for treatment, vaccines, maintenance on your pets. You get to always be with your pets throughout the the whole process. Very nice people. Love the vet.

All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Anderson is the best and never charges needlessly. He's also very fair and honest about products he recommends.

They hold 45.00 for your appt. If their going to do that DONT leave us out in the heat. For 15 minutes over that appt . Plus they took out 50.00 didn't even credit us for it . Went with a friend I will never use that place

My first visit went well I thought Dr. Anderson was a very nice vet. My second visit not so good. From the time I walked through the door I just felt like the Dr was annoyed me and my dog were even there. My dog King was scared to even step foot in his office and kinda pulled back and barked at the vet. I told him he has never acted this way with anyone this is so odd. But my king is only 5 months old and his last visit there he got his nails trimmed and I said I just wonder if he remembers that and he is just afraid. And I laughed. Dr Anderson did not laugh. He continued to walk off as we came in and said he is not very social is he? I said well He has been around lot of family and visitors and never once barked at them and I said he's around multiple dogs as well so he has always been very friendly and sweet. And Dr Anderson said that is not social kinda rudely.. Im thinking ok well what do you mean. But I hold my tongue and continue with the vet visit. I then remind him that I made the appointment for that certain day because they said his assistant would be there to help me and the dr hold king when trimming his nails again and he says very rudely again that they don’t usually do that but they will today. Im like ok excuse me??? I only needed help because the last time king was smaller and I could barely hold him he was jerking and crying bad and I got all scratched up so I wanted to be prepared this time. But then we got through the nail trimming ok everything went better with help still don’t know what the big damn deal was about it but ok??? Then I asked do I leave king up her so you can do his shots and his assistant said oh he just did the shots I said oh gosh that was fast I didn’t even see and I laughed and said sorry I work nights I am so sleepy and dr rudely says again yeah thats what I was doing over there I roll my eyes and we pay and set next appt and I told cashier well bye sorry we were such a bother today damn and walked off I was so angry and upset I am the customer and felt like I was being treated like a bad dog parent which I am not I love all my dogs and care for my dogs and train them to the best of my knowledge. So Ill be finding another vet that shows more compassion and respect to their patients and their patients parents good bye and good luck with your poorly ran business!!!

Thank you from my siezure dog for being there for him during the big freeze! You saved him from having siezures! And we have time to find the right vet in our new place! So very helpful!!! I highly suggest this vet!

I don’t know if the doctor was having a bad day or what but he was terrible. We walked into the room, he asked me to weigh my dog and then looked at his chart and said based on his symptoms there wasn’t anything they could do without taking bloodwork. They couldn’t take bloodwork because my dog had breakfast this morning and the results would be skewed if he hadn’t fasted. He then proceeded to explain that four more times as if I didn’t understand him the first time. He was going to send us out without even examining my dog. I had to ask him if he was going to listen to anything or check anything out. He said he would if only to “pacify” me. No joke. I brought my dog in for an examination and the only reason he even touched the dog was to “pacify” me. They didn’t have a problem charging me the full $45 dollars for the exam though. Save your money, there’s a lot of quality vets in the area that care about your animals. From my experience, this does not seem to be one of them.

They wouldn't answer a simple question about my friends dog...they just want your money.

Dr Bill is the kindest and best vet in our area. He takes the time to know your fur baby and family. His knowledge and experience are unmatched in Fort Worth.

They don't make 'em like this anymore. Dr. Anderson is a seasoned expert. Enjoy it while it lasts. There's nothing fancy that this vet has to pay for in this facility, and he passes that savings to the community he serves.

After spending $350 at a vet for our cat diagnosed with ear mites he was still suffering so my hairdresser told me about Haltom City Animal Hospital. They were a blessing. Wonderful staff and great doctor. He found ear infections in both ears. Cost was $80! We have found our new vet. Bringing our cat in next week to be neutered for a fraction of what another vet would charge. Bringing my dog in my yearly check and shots! This vet is in it for your animal family member and not to take people's money. No complaints with anyone there!

The doc is extremely professional and very good with my cats. His work is excellent. A bit pricey, but worth it! He spayed both my girl cats, and they healed quickly and are healthy and happy to this day!

I wouldn't go there for the simple fact. The GIRL that answers the phone,,, she needs to be replaced.

Best veterinarian my family and neighbors have ever had. Our neighbors referred us and will never go to another veterinarian. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, almost always right on time, very knowledgeable. Dr Anderson is a very experienced veterinarian, very helpful, practical and caring. Don't waste time elsewhere.

Just one phone conversation was enough to let me know how terrible their service is. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the lady on the phone.

This vet is awesome ???? I have been taking my my dog Rex's here for over 10 years. Would not dream of taking him anywhere else.
