Miss diagnosed my pet. Said it was allergies, so I took my pet to Banfield and found out he has dry eye. DO NOT GO TO BUCKNER ANIMAL CLINIC!!!!

It was a good experience but I feel like it is expensive

I was very upset, That I Have been coming here for a few years, and to get charge more fees then ever, for something that does not make sense... I have already found a New Vet, Thank GOD

They do a really good job explaining what's going on with my pet

It's not the same place it used to be. Dr. Pruitt was the best.

The place to take your little Fido when he/she needs shots, nails trimmed, spay/neutered ect. Friendly staff!

Dr. Kernes and Ed were amazing with my special service cat, Raider. He is sensitive to anesthesia. They took extra precautions with him during his surgery. Love them. Turst no one else with my babies. Especially my lifeline, Raider!!!!

Leaves you on hold to see how long you will wait on the phone. I was on the phone for more than 30 minutes and they never answered the phone

Waist of time and money. Worst part is they don't care at all.

Staff is very friendly and helpful ????. They went above and beyond customers satisfaction. I didn't have a appt. And the Dr had seen her last patient. A assistant came to my car to help me.

They have saved my dogs life.

The shot clinic on Wednesday was convenient and the process was quick.

I been coming here for years, so after the clinic was sold, I could see the changes (not in a good way) I still continue to come, I breed miniature schnauzer, so I bring lots of Puppies. They started added charges to tail docking that they never did before, so basically they where gonna make more money one way or another. I now drive 40 mins one way to another clinic, and I couldn’t be happier. I came to Buckner animal clinic again to give them another chance, they charged me $189 for 3 tails docking. Last week I took another 3 puppies to my other clinic and they charge me $51. Please ask for pricing and shop around, you don’t need to spend almost 4 times more.

I had an appointment at 2:00 today. I take off work and drive the 30 minutes to get there and they tell me I don’t have an appointment. That’s all. No offer to work me in or anything. My friend and I made appointments on the same call for both our dogs on different days so I called her to be sure this was my day and time. It was, so I told her to be sure and call on hers before she goes. They must have plenty of business that they can treat people this way.

Idk how many times my family's dogs did stupid things and shouldnt be alive but Bruckner saved. Dog kicked in the head by a horse, ran over by a car, water moccasin bites, you name it.

One star is overrating this place! I wish there was a ZERO star option. Buckner animal clinic doesn’t care about your animal, money or time. I got to the clinic at 9 am to be seen, had to wait in my car, waited until 11:45 to be told I couldn’t be seen until after the vet went to lunch. This place is an absolute JOKE! All they care about is their money and your pet will die by the time the vet takes a minute out of their day to check on them. DO NOT take your pet to this awful place!

They were great, and are a little more affordable than other places. They also have a low cost vaccine clinic which I didn't know.

Affordable service. Very kind. We had our dogs creamation done here. They went above and beyond. They treated his body with respect and when the ashes where returned they gave us a heart with with an imprint of his paw. The urn is beautifully made as well. We are very happy with the services we received here

Badly no help at all

HAD AN SLIGHT ER VISIT THEY TOOK CARE OF MY AMERICAN BULLY WITH CARE. YOU ELIGIBLE TO STAY IN THE ROOM WITH YOUR PET NOW BUT DO HAVE TO WAIT IN YOUR CAR UNTIL YOUR TURN

Staff was great and the call taker was super nice despite my frustration bc I had a 10 am appointment and Luna didn't get seen until 1 hr 45 minutes later. So I was frustrated. Luna was seen rather quickly for annual shots and flee medication and also got her nails trimmed. Definitely wasn't a pleasant experience ????

I went a few days ago with my cat with a fever, who was going by days without eating, and spending hours without her normal activity. The nurses we're all kind and the wait wasn't too long. It was a bit pricey but thankfully the meds they gave my cat really helped and she's back to normal!

Awesome people and staff. Definitely will go back!

Great customer service and quick service

My dog gets serviced here. Staff are always friendly and accommodate my pet’s needs. He actually loved coming to the vet which says a lot about how they treat the pups here. I would recommend this animal clinic to other pet owners.

They nurse who came to the car and got my pets was professional and friendly. Cared for my pets as if they were hers. Enjoyed the visit. Will keep comming.
