The new procedure for covid is a little weird. The doctors were very compassionate and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and answered all our questions when we had our kitten spayed.

We took our 6 weeks old kitten who was limping to the clinic. They offer curbside, we stay in the car while they check out your pet, the only thing I wasn't favorable about however, they took completw care of my Sunny!! The price was very reasonable and the doctor actually took time to talk about his findings. He showed me the xrays and our little guy was fine. The staff was very friendly and attentive, they really care about your pet. We have found our doctor and clinic for our Sunny!! He is fast asleep after his visit.

I went to take my cat here to find out what’s wrong with his ears.spent so much money all for the doctor to say he doesn’t know what’s wrong with him.I’ll never be coming here again.

They keep my Loki man updated on all of his shots! This is an amazing place to visit. The staff is also very kind!

Dr Multani is an AMAZING VET! ALL of his staff included are CARING AND COMPASIONATE !! They go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help whatever is need from wellness to critically Ill They go OUT OF THEIR WAY TO make you and your fur barbies fell they are in the BEST HANDS! Thank You for ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY!!

I will never bring my babies here again.

Went to pick up my babies prescriptions pd and on my way home, Half way there when I realized it was the wrong prescription and had to turn around and go back for the right one.

I use to swear by this place when the older gentleman was in charge. They saved my dog from parvo in the past. But recently I took my dog up there for a simple flea pill. Had to wait and hour and a half. Their parking lot had enough parking for 4 vehicles at the moment. They don’t take appointments. While I was waiting for them to take my info they helped 3 people that arrived after me before they helped me. And they all left before me also. They wouldn’t allow me to go inside with my spooked dog and refused to use his leash attached to his harness instead using a choke loop leash. Even after they made me put a muzzle on him. He’s not a mean dog just scared. And as the young man was dragging my dog through the rain the you g gurl that also works there used her foot to push my dog through the door!!!!!! I’m very disappointed.

My dog passed, and our family was not allowed to say our goodbyes. Amongst other issues

I've been going here for years. My dog's allergy medicine is way cheaper here. The staff is friendly. The only thing is the wait time can be long if there are alot of people there because they take customers one at a time.

Very slow wait time. No customers allowed in building, must wait in your car.

3th time I come and still haven't attent me, they haven't help solve the problem for my dog am herebtoday 6/18/21 I hope I can get a solution been here for a little over 45 mins

I didn't like that I paid for a consultation and didn't get to speak with the vet. I had a long wait also. It wasn't a personable experience, please if you have to wait more then 35 minutes then Find a NEW vet who will actually care about your animal!! This place is awful!!!

Roxie had a piece of a stick wedged in the roof of her mouth. Painful and Broadway animal clinic came to my rescue. Great work...love them

They are too slow, I wait in the car over 1hour,just it was 1 dog ahead of me,I think little bit too much for waithing,the guy came out to take my dog inside,he was very nice and explained with details his name is veer

All I can say is I will never take my pets there again. My wife took our senior dog there and they did blood work and found that he was diabetic and she couldn't even go in with him. They sent her home with insulin and 2 injection needles for 2 injections a day for 8 days. They didn't even show her how to administer the shot. They was closed the following day so we couldn't get more needles so we had to call a different vet to get needles. I went today and they told me that they didn't have any needles to give or sell me and that a shipment was coming in on Monday with is a holiday so that was a lie. Another lady came out and told me to give her 2 minutes and come back out with 2 packages of needles that wasn't even the same ones they sent home on the day of the visit. They charged me $5.00 per package so I just bought 1 package of 10 needles. I called the vet that gave us the other needles and they told me that that wasn't the right needles. I'll be going to the new vet that was so perfessional to get the proper needles and he will be going to the new vet for his follow-up and future visits. All 3 of my dogs will be going to the new vet. VCA Saginaw animal hospital.

Whoever was answering the phones on 4/06/21, has to have the worst customer service I have experienced lately. He was short and rude not really helpful besides telling me to call Friday since they are closed, when all i was trying to do is get information about heartworm treatment for my dog i was recommended this place by a different vet place but if they are not help full on the phone i wouldn't trust sending my dog here

Saved my dog after she got attacked by pitbulls. Awesome vet and staff. Nurse kept me aware of everything happening and vet took the time to call and explain. Will never use anyone else.

One of the worst experiences. Whoever was answering the phones on 2/27/21, has to have the worst customer service I have experienced lately. He was short and rude to my wife and then when we arrived there were 2 cars in front of us. I call 4 times and this guy places me on hold each time and then hangs up on me after 1-2 mins. Each time I call back and state you keep hanging up on me, instead of placing me on hold can you just advise how long it will be (at this point we have been waiting 20 minutes, which isn't long, but a simple answer or even acknowledgement was even attempted by this guy. If this is how they treat humans, I don't want my dog being taken care of at this establishment.
