Excellent Service, quick and reasonably priced for what I needed in an emergency. Found an injured stray cat, they were able to fix him up and now I have a new friend.

This clinic is nothing but the best! The greeting we get when we go for an Appt. It is phenomenal. My fur babies get so much love when we go. I think they forget they are going to the vet, lol ???? thank you all for such a great team, and it's always just so clean and fresh.

Dr Rocky and his staff are wonderful to work with. Very professional and good at communicating. They send texts to help you remember your appointment and also will give you a call. They always have a smile on their face when you go into the office. And they listen to your wishes of how you want your animal to be treated. Highly recommend!

We love Turtle Creek Vet. Been using them for 11 years. They treat each pet as if they were their own. They take such great care of our fur babies. The staff is always super friendly from the moment you walk in the door and their medical team show such compassion and concern when times are hard. Their level of care is unmatchable!

said they had no openings for 3 weeks and suggested going to urgent care in rockwall which will never happen. sooo..found somewhere else to take my business.

They did a completely unnecessary medical procedure, administering a profolactic drug to my already SICK cat, AFTER, I declined it! My cat died several days later. They ran $500+ worth of testing and found nothing wrong with a cat, who had lost about 10lbs in a month, was puking and had constant diarrhea. They have cameras in every room, yet remove your animal to "the back" to do everything without any oversight. I should not have trusted this set up in the first place.

There is a reason this place is so successful in such a small town ???? Absolutely adore TCVMC, the entire staff that consistently goes above & beyond for their patients ???? We’ve used this office numerous times for our personal pets & the lion's share of our grooming clients use them as well, have yet to hear any complaints but rather praise on the level of care, service, & due diligence that they continually provide for those within Hunt County. The office is impeccably put together, always spotless, efficiently ran, & friendly. If you are new to the area or thinking about transitioning into a new veterinarian, do your beloved pets a favor & see why so many remain loyal to Turtle Creek Veterinarian Medical Center ????

Excellent vets. They took in a stray, couple week old kitten found in a parking lot.

Super friendly team they've got here! We took our puppy there for her first checkup and vaccines, they were super reassuring, put up with all my questions, gave us a price prior to doing things, and gave extra reassurance when I called a few hours later asking about the pup having some tummy issues after her shots. While I wouldn't say I look forward to bringing our puppy here (because who looks forward to bringing their dog to the vet? ????) I am glad we've got what seems like a great place close by.

We have always had great service at Turtle Creek Vet. Medical Center. Everyone there goes above and beyond to take good care of us and our dogs. In addition to routine care, we have had three surgeries performed there with excellent results.

If I could give 100 stars... The day was perfect. The kitten I rescued from the county road 'dump zone' down our road was now becoming a mommy. (Our road had a sign for over 20 years that read 'please don't feed your unwanted pets to our coyotes". After trying to have her babies in my lap, I made her a nesting place. Watching her deliver her babies was amazing! A week later, being the awesome mother she was, wanted outside. I thought, 'ok, we all need a break sometimes', and I let her go outside. She usually stays on the porch, but as I called her, she lay there. My heart dropped. Observing her, I grabbed her and her newborns and sought help. No one would help us. What do you mean you are full and can't help me with my babies? I was overwhelmed, but remembered Jennifer Little works at Turtle Creek Vet, so off I go. We show up. I run in, explain that my Baby Kitty is hurt and she is a new mother. Without hesitation I have people coming to the car, helping my Baby and her babies. There is hope, I thought. There are truly vets who care. Reviewing ultrasounds, x-rays and all that is involved, my Baby is indeed in need of emergency care. I was heartbroken. If I, myself needed emergency care, I would think of the cost and bow out. They took her in. This was on Thursday. I had a very important test for a license on Friday, but canceled, due to I needed to pick her up and care for her babies, as she would be unable to. This was just the beginning. Days and days of treatment, more procedures,, physical therapy (who knew this existed for a tripod cat?!) They fell in love with my Baby Kitty, and it showed. She even had her own blankie. ???? After ruling everyone out, I figured out who was going to care for my 'littles' over the weekend, when the decision was made that they needed to keep Baby Kitty over the weekend. Her leg needed amputated. My heart sank. How am I going to care for a tripod cat who needs to care for her babies? One of her babies was near death, but an angel, Erica was their guardian angel. (She didn't tell me, I figured it out on my own). Thanks to her, I have 3 healthy 'little ones' and they are my heart. It is like being a mom and grandma all over again. We have twins???? a girl named Rose and a boy named Rocky. The 3rd, a beautiful, long, silky haired gray girl is named Minga. Meaning fierce, little warrior. She fought hard with Erica's help, and is my heart. She looks at me, with her paws on both sides of my face, and gives kisses. I am truly blessed beyond measure. I brought the babies home. Needing nursed, I was faced with a delima. Go to work and take the babies, or stay home and care for these babies. I took them with me. Thank you, Dr. Underwood for understanding and loving these babies! He named one of them 'Freckles'. Patients understood and were amazed that I had babies with me, when they heard baby kitten cries. They helped nurture these little ones, also.We have twins ???? 2 weeks later, understanding they wanted to see her OFTEN, I got to bring my Baby Kitty home. Though, she never accepted her babies again, due to time and medication, I will be FOREVER grateful to Turtle Creek Veterinarian Clinic for their absolute LOVE of our animals. baby Kitty and her babies are healthy and awesome! Dr. Rocky and his team are nothing short of AMAZING. I will forever be indebted to them. They hold such a special place in my heart. The love they showed for my babies, and their compassion they had for me during this time was more than I can ever repay. Due to the cost of multiple procedures and the cost, I was connected with the SPCA. The daily messages and updates from both were more than I expected. There is so much more to this story, but words could never explain or express my gratitude. If you are looking for a veterinarian home for your loved ones, please keep them in your first thoughts. I don't believe our experience could have been any better. The emergency service, attention of the tech and dr, and thorough assessment and explanation of dx and treatment were beyond my expectations. Again, we feared for our dog's life, late on a Friday night and we are so grateful for your services. Thank you for being so kind, caring and courteous even at such a late hour.

I just lost my baby of 5 years to FIV and Leukemia. They took very good care of him that day waiting for me to get to the building to see him off. Im very grateful that they were able to see him so quickly and help us give him an easy way out.

Very professional, friendly staff, and doctors. Always take the time to explain everything and answer any questions we have. They take the time to check on our pet the following day and make sure she is doing well after the visit. Always an amazing experience!
