Great service. They were so patient with me and my dogs. Both dogs came home calm so I know they loved them too. They looked great too :)

This place is awesome. I have two adopted hound dogs that are very scared of people and have a hard time separating from each other and from me. This is the only place that I have found that will allow me to stay with my dogs in the front to get their nails trimmed (which they really hate). The staff is so kind and don’t make you feel bad if you pups are a little wild (like mine). They go out of their way to help make your dog comfortable. Definitely recommend, especially if you have some special requests for you dogs!

My little chihuahua has never liked groomers. She has a fear of baths and thrashes whenever she gets her nails cut. We got a recommendation from a family friend who swears by K9 Kourt so I decided to give them a try after multiple failed attempts with other groomers. We scheduled a nail clipping and a bath with a deshedding brushing after. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted by the staff. I filled out my information card and got ready to hand over my dog to the groomers expecting a full-out fight like she usually does. However, my very suspicious pup who doesnt like strangers easily let the groomer pick her up and seemed comfortable in her care (this is a BIG deal for her). I felt safe leaving her in K9 Kourt's care. When I received the call to come pick my dog up a couple of hours later, I was so nervous she gave them a hard time like she has done with every groomer in the past. I walked in and she was sitting pretty in a cage, not shaking or nervous, but comfortable and excited to see me. She even had a cute little Christmas bandanna around her neck! The groomers said she did great, and when I asked if she gave them any trouble they assured me she did not and that she was a pleasure. They handed her back to me, and she smelled great, and did not try to claw her way out of the building like I have always experienced before. I know I can trust them with my dog, they are so caring and compassionate, and I will be sticking with them from now on!!

They love my animals just like I do

We've been bringing our dog here for nail clippings which dont require appointments according to them but I'm very disappointed with this last "visit." The website and their door sign says they close at 5 p.m. My husband took our dog after work yesterday, got there at 4:15 p.m. and they were closed. Called the place to complain today and all she can say was if they're done for the day, they just close early. I completely understand that but I also dont think it's fair for customers who are trying to get there after their day job, make it before closing, only to drive back home in traffic. Very disappointed.

I don’t live close anymore but they were so sweet to my puppy when I took him for groomings and were so thoughtful. I never had to worry about how he was treated. Affordable pricing as well!

This place is such a magical hidden gem for our Giant Schnauzer! Not only are the services impeccable and crazy affordable but they made our Guinevere apart of their family! They treat her like the special girl she is!!! We truly are so blessed to have found them!

My husband and I moved to Grapevine in November and was hesitant about a new groomer. Found K-9 Kourt and our pups love them! They are so kind and we are never disappointed. We recommend to everyone.

Groomers were very nice. Easy access to the place. I was pleased with how they took care of my Shih tzu. I plan to take him back in the future.

I dropped my dog off for her appointment at 8am. It took 8 hours before she was ready to be picked up - all she got was a bath. It would be different if I were a walk-in but I made the appointment days in advance. And she still smells. They must've just rinsed her off and called it a day. I also don't think she was ever given water or let out to potty in those 8 hours. She came home and gulped up 2 whole bowls of water. Their service took forever, it wasn't done well, and they didn't take good care of my dog. Guess we're going back to PetSmart.

Amanda does a great job with our dog. Had recently moved into area. They helped me tremendously!
