Great service and good job

Great experience and my Bernese mountain dog came out looking the best he has of any other groomer - and more affordably!

I brought my labradoodle here for the first time. I just moved to Texas from Chicago. I will never go back! PRICE was $86.60!!! I never paid that much for a cut and they shaved her!! I will not go back again! Thankful her hair will grow out! Also I don’t even think they cut her nails...what a rip off! Also I did not give them permission to use her photo on Facebook I don’t believe I should not have tipped the dog washer, they deserve it!

They did a beautiful job on my baby. And was very polite. Will be going back.

Have been bringing Risk here for years. He is always happy to go and loves his groom day. Depending what holiday is around the corner they dress him up for pics that are adorable. Dec they have Santa pics for the pets. FREE but they do ask for a donation to the local shelter. There was one cut they did last year I was not a fan of at all. They brought him back in two days later and got him high and tight!

Called to find a appointment for my dog and the person who answered was so rude and unprofessional, when I was trying to find a time that could work with my schedule. She wouldn’t even listen to the information I was telling her and hung up on me. Definitely will tell everyone I know never to go to this establishment unless you want to be treated terribly.

First and last visit. Zero customer skills by manager. I sent manager a text as to my extreme disappointment with no reply. Several issues with my dog's grooming, as well, where I had to correct. Update: In response to the manager's reply; You did not attempt to call me multiple times. Once you, the manager, received my text, you, or anyone, never called me. I didn't want to speak to you, as my first call I asked for another person, I believe her name is Amanda, who seemed more in charge. Please don't try to make this appear to be on me, your lost customer. Geeze.

Took our 7 month labradoodle for his first ever grooming appointment (shampoo, Haircut,, nails the works). We are the lucky guardian/owners for this pup who is breeding stock for a nearby labradoodle breeder. The breeder has certain ways they would like us to groom him him and the breeder sent me lots of instructions and photos to be followed, so there was a little bit of extra pressure on the groomer there.(Tabby was our groomer). She did AWESOME job!. He looks even more adorable than he already was (which I would have said was impossible) and was not traumatized by the experience. I highly recommend this salon. They also answer the phone, promptly return calls or messages left after hours and are very reiiable and responsive and the price is quite reasonable. I Can’t say enough good about this place!

They did a fantastic job grooming my pup in time for him to be the ring bearer for our wedding. Great people to work with and Bear left looking good, smelling good, and happy.

Took my Westie there today for the first time-Well cut but rather upset it took five and a half hours to do the job.

They always treat our furbabies with love and care. I have tried out other groomers before finding Diggidy Dog. They are by far the best. Loki and Daisy Mae come home smelling and looking fabulous. What I am most impressed with is my dogs don't come out showing signs of stress or anxiety like they did with other groomers. I highly recommend this place.

I booked my pups one day before their appointment. Easy in and out and dogs were clean, happy and smelling good.

Diggidy Dog is friendly and the only place I trust with my pups. My little yorkies had their first haircut. Always professional!

These folks have taken excellent care of our 2 pups Cooper and Tucker! We know they are in great hands whenever we take them in to be groomed.

I've taken my dog there before and nothing but upmost quality. He always has his ear hair cleaned out and his nails are always cut and rounded off. The cut is exactly what I want and sometimes even more.The women up there are fantastic and I look forward to continuing business with them. I would recommend this salon to anyone despite a few negative reviews that I feel are far left field.

My dogs were scalped! They looked AWEFUL!???????????? They both had cuts in many areas and hair trimmed unevenly. I am glad I figured how to add the photos. Ridiculous!

Loved the service here! Fast and easy on my Missy dog. She has anxiety and is an older dog, so this was important to us both... especially with her black nails. She was happy with her nails. Price is very nice too. Will refer their services to others. Looks like my vet has lost this service.

Had a fantastic experience here. The groomers all love animals and care for them greatly. The service was top notch, and their haircuts were great. They were also fairly priced. I'll definitely come back here again.

They are super friendly and love our dogs very much. Also, the manger is one of the best people I have ever met. She is willing above and beyond for my dog. Diggidy Dog is truly blessed to have her.

Nicole and Jess are both great. I just moved away from the dfw area and I'm super sad that I won't be able to take my dog Leia here anymore. This salon really wants your dog to be as calm as possible and them to have a smooth day. They also do air brushing for a extra charge and I suggest it to everyone for light haired dogs, a little color on Leia always makes me smile!

We have been taking our dog Ritz to Nicole to get groomed for years! Nicole is always so happy to see him and we know he is in good hands with her. He always has the perfect cut based on the season! Even after we moved to far north Dallas we are still happy to take him to Nicole for groomong because she is amazing!

They do a good job but are hard to get ahold of. I have tried on several occasions but can never get through to anyone on the phone. I usually try to call to see if they are open since they are only open if they have an appointment. I have been a few times but I have always had to drive out there in person to see if they are open. On two separate occasions when I got there they were closed. What they need is a phone service during non business hours so people know if they are open, closed or just to schedule an appointment.

My dogs and I love diggidy dog. Sam and Gracie have had Nicole as a groomer for years and we love her. Best groomer we have ever used and my dogs are always so well cared for. I've come in early to pick up dogs before and caught Gracie giving Miss Nicole kisses during her nail filing. That's love.

absolutely LOVE this place and the groomers especially Nicole.. followed her from Petsmart and has groomed my pup for over 8 yrs .. she loves my pup as much as I do..
