We have used for years, we have or had 4 dogs,our them c 16 year lab just passed away. It has been so convenient to have them come to our home ( all of ours are big shedding dogs) and with out older dog it was easier for her to get in there van than in and out of out car. Pet love has always been great with our dogs and they look great and are always happy to go with them.

No ability to be able to rate, except I was disappointed that they are not accepting new clients.

We love our groomer Sara! She does a wonderful job with our 2 dogs. Very gentle and does terrific work. Our long haired chihuahua always looks like a million bucks after a visit with Sara!

I've used them for years and they always do a great job. So convenient for them to come to you and the pricing is reasonable considering their vans and gas and the service itself. My favorite techs are Jeff and Carrie! Thank you for always taking such good care of my "son" Oscar!

First Weimaraner I had them come twice and he got staphylococcus twice. Killed my second Weimaraner. Their vane are filthy! Do not use these people.

DO NOT USE THEM! They came out last week to groom our dog and really did a number on him. They burned his belly and private parts so bad that it got infected! The Vet said it looked like the razor was too hot. After a very sizable Vet bill, he’s been down for over a week! Miserable! He required constant monitoring to keep him from licking it and making it worse. Medication, ointment, the works. When we called them, they didn’t call back. After calling again, they said they would escalate and call us back. Crickets!!

Great experience. Would use the service again.

Have been trying to find a mobile pet groomer for my two cats since I moved to Roanoke. Was put on their waiting list and finally got a spot and boy am I glad I found them! D'Ann did an amazing job and the boys look great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

No grooming . No customers without standing Appointments

Look at this picture of my poor dog. A groomer of this company did this to my poor dog. They do not take any action with the person who did this. Instead, they double down and are allowing this person continue grooming pets. Their groomer then complains that we were upset. They hurt my dog and made him go to the ER. Some lousy company! Do not use this company unless you want your pet to end up like this!

They have groomed my Persian cat for 3 years and do an excellent job. The staff and groomers are very professional and courteous. My appointment was two weeks away and they called to let me know there was availability 2 weeks before he was due to be groomed which was great because my cats hair was needing his summer cut. Their prices are very reasonable and always do a fantastic grooming. I will always use them for my groomers. Thanks Pet Love Mobile Grooming for all you do!!!

I love pet love they clean my baby Maxx so well and cut his hair I dont want anybody else but pet love to groom my baby and they pull up to my house and groomed him..it was so nice..the service was great. Thank u pet love.

When I first called in January to make an appointment I was told I would be on the waitlist for no more than 6 weeks, and here we are 6 months later and I still haven’t been able to get an appointment. Terribly unprofessional.

Just called to inquire about availability and pricing.

I’m so disappointed. We used these groomers semi-regularly for years for our two dogs. We sadly lost both of them, but we were happy to make room in our home for a rescue dog- a large pit bull mastiff mix. After having her groomed by Pet Love, we were charged the same price they had charged us for both dogs previously. $165 to groom one dog! I called thinking it must be a mistake, and after a run around, I finally spoke to someone in accounting. It was explained that the cost for the trip ($35) was the same and the cost to groom a mastiff is $94! I was never asked to sign anything, I never chose how much to tip the groomer, nor was I made aware that our typical price of $39 would be more than doubled! I think that is ridiculous! Our dog has short hair and there is no reason to increase the price. I guess we’re in the market for a new groomer now.

To be upfront, this was my first mobile grooming experience so I can't provide comparisons. The groomer was punctual and very professional. I have two dogs that were getting groomed, one of which gets very anxious in new environments. was amazingly patient with both pups and walked me through everything they did. The van was kept surprisingly clean and very comfortable for the dogs. My anxious dog was not being cooperative about her nails being ground (bad experience with another grooming service that cut her quick). The groomer from Pet Love explained what was happening and asked how I wanted to proceed (either to have her grind the nails regardless or to just cut them and be less stressful for the pup). We ended up just clipping her nails and the charge for grinding was dropped without even asking. Overall it was excellent service and amazingly convenient. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is a bit pricey but you're paying for the convince as well as excellent grooming. Thank you for the great service and I'll be sure to contact y'all when we need another bath!

Wow, terrible customer service. We "were" a returning customer scheduling our next appointment. They called us back to tell us they are too busy and would put us on their waitlist. I asked what that meant and was told, "it means you are waiting for me to call you back." I then said I was asking how long that could be. She said, it could be days or it could be months. The woman was incredible short and acted as if she could care less about our return business. We will not be back and I am extremely disappointed at how rude and disrespectful they were.

I love Thalia, I have a Havanesse. She has very unusual hair and most groomers have done a bad job! Pet love s great and Abby loves them.

The groomer did a horrible and sloppy job. Have a Golden Doodle and she shaved off all of her facial hair. Was offered for another groomer to come the next day to fix all that was messed up but I declined.

I have been using this grooming business for over two years, I have a Male Doberman and I am very happy after each bath my dog smells fresh and its coat is shiny. Their employee's name is Angelo. He knows what he is doing, is an experienced person, has a great attitude towards dogs, does a very good job and is a person you can trust. Riley showed up today with Pet Love to bathe my 13yo Lab, Geronimo. Riley showed on time, was beyond nice, and took excellent care of our dog! Amazing! My dog looked amazing , and was so happy and stress free. Then I was happy and stress free! :) Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would! 2nd time that a grooming appointment (scheduled 3 weeks ago) was canceled AFTER the scheduled arrival time. Inconsistent groomers, sky high rates for mediocre grooming! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS! awful service, rude interactions...STAY AWAY!!!!

We had our mini dachshund and Yorkie groomed today (1st time using them!) by Alice and she did an amazing job!! Very happy with the results and she's great with my babies which is most important to me! It is pricey but absolutely worth every penny. We have 2 corgis and I will be making their appt soon!!

Ask for Jeff as your personal groomer. We have four dogs and he did an amazing job with every single one and dealt with their quirks flawlessly. We are gone be having him back as soon as we need him.

They never got back to me to schedule an appointment ????

So I had given them a bad review yesterday after the no show no call but this morning they called me and told me that I should have received a text message with the cancelation due to weather... while I did not get it I was happy to see that they called and had someone already on their way to groom my baby. She came over right on time and did an AMAZING job with her. I have a GS that is not too trusting of anyone and she just took her time and just did great with her... I am so please and now really glad of having selecting them. Will continue to use them going forward!!!
